They inform you to book an appointment because they no longer do walk ins, but never have anything available when needed. Definitely disappointed. I have been a long time customer and never seen issues like this before. I was able to get better service in 2020.
Pretty good service. I suggest going through the same service advisor everytime you stop by. I go with Justin. Theyll text you if any issues arise. If you respond in a reasonable time, theyll do it before you pick it up. They have a nice waiting area woth vending machines and coffee. They have a business center with two computers, Wi-Fi, and a charging station.
There is a recall on our Nissan and the letter states that repairs should take less than an hour. However, this dealer will not let you wait for repairs for a recall in their lobby. There’s “no room,” even though the service advisor confirmed the part was in stock. We’re a one car family, my husband is gone for work right now, and I have two small children. After explaining this and that I really needed to wait for the repair, the policy was only reiterated. Awful customer service experience. Hopefully my hood doesn’t fly up while driving before I find a dealer who will fix it!
