Great customer service! They were able to help me get a new battery for my car. They were friendly and helpful without judgement for my lack of car knowledge. I would recommend them to everyone. Also, supporting a small business and a local family are important to me.

I needed an older style battery and they were the only one to have it in stock. The price was 30% less than anyone else from Oceanside to San Diego. The salesman also installed the new battery and had his tech fix the vapor line from the battery at no additional cost. I felt like I was back in the old days when retailers took special care of their customers. I will always come there for batteries and will refer this establishment to anyone looking for great prices and expert service.

This is a long overdue review but these gentleman are amazing. Local family owned business, father and son. My first experience with them was with a car battery that O Reillys said needed to be replaced. The battery was only a year old but I didnt drive that car often so it drained the battery. I read that these guys did battery testing so I took it to them. They could have lied and told me it needed to be replaced but they didnt. They said it just needed to be charged overnight which they did for a few dollars. My second experience again involved O Reillys who wanted to charge me $150 for a battery that these guys charged me under a $100 for. These gentlemen have earned a customer for life. The only reason I went to O Reillys in the first place was that they were across the street. Never again.

Dropped off my dead marine battery. They put in on a long low amp charge and brought it back to life....gear service, great prices....the service every size battery imaginable.

Battery World is a hidden gem. I knew my battery was bad but Daniel did a quick check to confirm it. $70 cheaper than O’Reilly and included installation. Friendly service. Worth going out of your way to go there.

I went to Battery World to spread the wealth as they say. Instead of going to the local AutoZone. Well after a year the AC Delco battery I bought has been acting up, and starting to struggle getting the truck started.Since Battery World moved, I went to the AutoZone to get a test, they said it was a bad battery. Then I called Battery World they said I would have to leave it there for 3-4 hours to charge first then test. How could the other guys test and give me an answer in minutes but I have to wait hours with the battery store.The guy definitely got defensive when I told him about testing at AutoZone. Saying they don’t know how to test... Battery World needs to update their test equipment or something. This being my only vehicle, I just can’t wait around for a long battery test. Seems like a deterrent to me.

Fast & great price !! They even walked me through my battery and the reason for the change. I am so bummed that they have to move. They did say that they will try to keep close, but to look for them online. I will definitely keep an eye out on line to see where they land!

I went in today and they were not even open yet and the the owner Roy was kind enough to sell me a battery and install it so I could be on my way. This place is the best and they had the lowest prices and I checked 6 other retail stores and they wanted extra to install it also. Go see Roy for the best deals in Vista on a new battery

This business is great. They checked to make sure my battery was dead before selling me a replacement. Turned out, Auto Zone was wrong. There was nothing wrong with my battery. It just needed to be recharged (which they did at no charge). Their batteries were already $50 cheaper than anywhere else. But this helped me out a lot!
