Horrendous experience. Unfriendly, unwelcoming staff. I brought my car in for diagnosis of an oil leak. Mechanic there broke my engine hood latch cable so the hood of my car no longer opens. Hans denied any responsibility, openly mocking and disrespecting me, and cursed me out telling me to get the f*** out of his shop. I was respectful the entire time and never became confrontational. I had to pay BMW $350 to fix that cable today. I will never seek to do business with this place again.

Some shade tree mechanic told me I needed an alternator, alignment, speed sensors, tires, brakes and an ABS pump. I took it to Hans and he fixed the issue within 5 minutes and only charged me $80 for simple programming after the battery was replaced. Best Service ever, I will be back and I highly recommend you take your BMW or Mercedes to this shop.

I have been doing business with Hans since January, 2002. Have a Mercedes 300SD and it purrs like a kitten. They are very knowledgeable and honest, which is rare. If they see something which needs attention in the future, they let you know what it is and give you an estimate. Hans and his staff are respectful and courteous.

I talked with Hans about doing a pre buy inspection on a used bmw 3 series convertible. Although he did not end up looking at the car because we decide against pursuing it. Hans was very helpful an incredibly generous with his time and expertise even though we live in Arizona and would not be repeat customers of his. Although it may seem impossible to see a mechanic shop or similar place as enjoyable, this is an exceptional establishment. These guys have been my personal mechanics for the last four years for my four different BMW vehicles. I have tried several shops over the years to include other German car specialists as well as the dealership from which I bought my last BMW. This shop is hands down the best Ive found in North County or in San Diego altogether. Peter and Hans are standup guys and truly honest brokers. Id taken my 750 to two other shops for a couple of issues and the other guys tried to upsell me crazily whereas Peter and Hans who are absolute experts not only were straight with me about what my car really needed and did the work for 1/3 of the cost of the other guys but also took the time to educate me on important preventive maintenance so as to make my car last and stay out of the shop. I could go on all day about how pleased I have been over the years with this shop and these guys but rather Id just wholeheartedly recommend you try them out for yourself if and when your vehicle needs care. This is the type of mechanic shop that you dont just visit once but one that you become lifetime members of like your childhood pediatrician that cares for generations of your family.

Hans does a great job and he will treat you fair. He will even loan you a car if you need it.
