Alex and his team are top notch. I ran into a few extra problems before my retune and Alex chopped away at each problem like a true professional. Him & Steve are super humble with excellent customer service. No other tuner or shop comes close. Come here and get it done right the first time.

Brought in my brand new 2019 Infiniti Q50 Luxe to get my car tuned last year and end up getting the car back with the engine light on and the radio system turns on and off ever since the tune. They tried to blame it on Infiniti saying my cars software has to be updated which is NOT true. Took my car back and nothing was fixed. So I brought it to another tuner Vinny Ten Racing, my car radio goes back to normal and the engine light came off ever since I got it re-tuned by them.Mind you, my car only had 5k miles at the time when I brought it to them. For them to mess up the car and takes no responsibility is not a good business practice.

My Subaru wrx threw a p0172 code in May 2019. Their mechanics could not find the problem so the charged me about $1000 in repairs (not including towing fees to keep bringing it back on 3 separate occasions) TRYING to figure out what was wrong. Just to later find out my MAP sensor was dirty and needed to be replaced. Which only cost $300. When I replaced the MAP sensor it drove okay for a few weeks until the same code came back up. They said I needed a tune. I got the tune (not to mention they showed me no proof of tuning such as power difference) AND THE SAME CODE STILL CAME BACK. Even though I found clear and cut 5 common reasons my car sends that code. They ignored it and did whatever they felt could fix it and charged me for ineffective work. NEVER GOING BACK!!!! Unless you have a Nissan or infinity dont recommend bringing your car here for performance upgrades. I am now trying a mechanic in Long Island that focus mainly on Subarus. Should have went there first.

I was in a jam when I ran out of gas down the block of Real Auto Dynamics. I was just 1/4 mile from the costco gas station, which I thought I could make it. I asked around the shops to see if anyone could help me with a jerry jug so I can go to costco down the road and get gas. NO ONE WOULD HELP. I walked into Real Auto Dynamics and met Steve. I told him my situation. STEVE was awesome. He found a gas can that I needed to borrow and told him I would be back to return it. I got back into my car and it cranked so I immediately got over the hill and managed to get to Costco Gas station, without using the gas can. I return to Real Auto Dynamics to give back the gas can and wanted to give him a reward for helping me when other shops in the area wouldnt. This goes to show how great the employee are. Again I would like to thank Steve for helping a stranger in need! Hope he remembers me, 92 red Maxima

So I take my brand new 2019 Infiniti Q50 Redsport to get work done over $6000 and I can’t get my parts or a call and my car blew the transmission turbos and fried ECU with only 5000 miles on it. Thanks to this place. Lawsuit!

Best place for pormance work and regular maintenance. Never tried to up or chance something that isnt broken. Performs the same level of service whether its my 370z or my 02 sentra
