N&M Auto and the owner Ralph is one of the rare breeds that knows how to take care of the customers, without ripping them off. I brought in my 2012 MDX for a complete post purchase service. When I moved to the RVC area, I needed to find a new mechanic. Ralph runs an amazing shop and really cares about his customers. As a younger female, I’ve had terrible experiences with mechanics before. Talking down to me, trying to price gouge me. Ralph is honest and goes out of his way for his customers. He’s also just a pleasant guy! Anytime I need an oil change, I can go first thing in the morning and be out before an hour is up! When I needed my brakes unexpectedly replaced on my car, he made it happen within hours and even helped me out with a ride to get home to get ready for work. The car was done ahead of schedule too. I highly recommend N and M Auto. Good work, honest prices.
