Amazing! Honest, accommodating, easy to deal with and will give you options that are cost effective if there are any. Have been going here for the past 5 years for both cars and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles.

I dont not recommend taking your vehicle here at all! They didnt complete the work I dropped the Ford Flex off for and I was in a loaner car for 3 days with no work being performed on my vehicle and no information given to me that it wasnt being worked. Then I was told they couldnt do the work and I had to pick up my vehicle with no repairs performed and an Enterprise bill. They comped up $100 after a hassle and dealing with the managers rude attitude. Took my car to another shop and it was done in 2 days with no issues. Take your car there at your own risk!!

I LOVE this place. We have had them fix our car and they did great. They were very friendly and even remembered me when I came back. Highly recommend these people. Ray is absolutely a sweetheart!! And if you are in the military, EVEN BETTER. They fully support the military and help out members so much!

I just moved here. My fan belt shredded while on the interstate. A nice woman referred me to them and I’m so glad she did! Not only did ray explain everything to me he also showed me a complete breakdown for cost of repair which was VERY affordable! Upon further investigation he told me that my powersteering pump blew and waited for me to see it myself before ordering the part. I got my car towed to them and it was completed in two days. I highly recommend them and will be taking my car to them for everything now!

Wow, I just called them asking about the services they offer. I informed them that I was nervous bringing my car into yet another mechanic as I havent had positive experiences with any mechanic.. always something else going wrong after.You know what they said-Well then take it to your dealerOkay... how about I just let everyone know that youre not for making the customer feel comfortable.Worst customer service I have ever experienced.. at least the other guys will kiss your ass wanting you to bring business there.

Another job well done! Everytime they have been honest and professional. The only promblem is, when I ask for the Lamborgini, they tell me they cant help me.These guys are the best! Great service and pricing is fair! I thought I had an issue with my brakes, even though they have fairly new pads. I was preparing for the worst. But nope, it was the hub caps making some noise. They were honest with me and explained I didnt need anything else, but the oil change. Thanks guys!

5 Stars. Had a problem, autozone said it was something way off, no other mechanics were open so I called Purrfect Auto and over the phone walked me through troubleshooting steps and helped me fix it, then had me call them back and made sure it was fixed. I found a new mechanic!

Great customer service and same day auto service. I got a quote for almost $300 at the dealership.... I paid Purrfect Auto $104 and picked up my car 2 hours later.

Took my car in to get serviced and they did a great job! Good prices and very friendly service!

Took my car in to get my front brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced, on the way home realized there was a loud clank every time I went over any uneven pavement. Took my front tires off that night to investigate and saw that one of the two bolts holding the driver side caliper on to the car was left only half way bolted on. After tightening it to the specified torque, I took my car for a test drive and there was no noise. This carelessness could have caused damage to my car and more importantly could have caused an accident resulting in my family and or others being injured or killed. Will never take my car here again and I would not suggest anyone take there car to a mechanic that is so careless. Paul is a good guy but he needs to be harder on his staff and hire more qualified guys who take pride in what they do.

Where do I begin? Ive been a customer of Purrfect Auto for 15+ years. I have a 1987 Corvette and when I first purchased it used in 1998, I would take it to Weseloh Chevrolet for service since they are a Chevy dealer. After not so great service time and time again I discovered Purrfect Auto and have never looked elsewhere for my automotive needs. Ray, the owner and Paul, his right hand man go above and beyond to take care of all of my vehicles. Best prices and best service, they do the job right and are honest hard working guys. These guys have always been honest with me. Plus their 15 dollar oil changes cant be beat. Get there early in the day though.

Went in because of a alignment coupon no parking anywhere, bad sign. I pulled in to their garage and got bad looks every where and to top it off the place looked more like a junkyard instead of a mechanic shop. Found a spot a block away. Walked inside and an older gentleman greeted me, I told him about the coupon he said his alignment guy was busy doing something else. It was gonna be 4 hours or so. Really! I told him I was in a rush he gave me his business card and said to call to see if the guy could do it later. I took my car to big o tires paid 90 bucks but was done with in an hour. I recommend people to stay away from this dump.

Ive been coming here for 10 years. Last time my car was supposed to get and oil change and front roters. After having it all day they only did and oil change. Today I dropped it off at 11 am for an oil change. I called several times no one answered. I showed up at 4:30 the guy that does the oil changes isnt in. I will do business else where from now on.

The guys there are great, and their work is affordable. I have had an incident with their work one time but we came back and they fixed it right up.

I am a naturally skeptical person, and mechanics are notorious for being untrustworthy. But when the guy volunteers all of the facts and costs up front, writes it down, and says that I am going to research and check around... even before I suggest I would... he gains some real credibility with me. They did a fine job (with mechanical items it is either good or bad), but this review is based on the personal dealings. I would go back, and that means a lot.My only suggestion is that they get a dropbox for early morning keys. They dont think they can due to the block-wall type architecture. However, I notice that they have lots of windows on the alley side that with a little effort could house a drop. They could also install a cinderblock pillar containing a lockbox.

Good group of people, everytime I go in they always take the car immediately, none of that its going to be 3 hours for an oil change, these guys are awesome and take care of the military also without ripping anyone of, very reasonable and ill continue going here!!

I had transmission service done and was promised that it will be warrantied if I had any issues with it in the future. 2 years later I moved to Texas and had another transmission problem so I went to my local shop. Paul from AutoZone and Purrect Auto had a driver take my transmission from the service station and never reimburse me for the expenses after stating that I would receive a check in the mail.

Besides the long wait this place was great.
