These people are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I came in to get my air conditioner fixed and it was even cheaper than they quoted me. The receptionist was very kind and it didn’t even take half the day! Will definitely be coming back!

Robert is well versed on all makes and models. He is thorough andprovides good detail in regard to the problem. He walked us through the repair and also reached out to a tire company on our behalf. He was diligent in making sure the job was complete. If there is something that he isnt completely sure of he researches and finds the solution. He is very courteous and respectful. I would recommend S & S.

Our Car Club, the Little Guys Street Rods, had a tour of S&S last year. Since several of the members have had service of some sort done there and everyone was very pleased, so I took my 36 Chevy there for air conditioning and some minor repair. I couldnt have been happier with the work and service. I took the Chevy back for a complete tune up and oil change and the car runs like never before. My son took his 64 Malibu in for his air conditioning and some minor repairs and he is delighted to have air again. When I picked up my 36 I dropped off my wifes 64 Olds for several minor repairs. I couldnt be happier with S&S, Robert is an amazing mechanic and a really friendly giant. His mom Cheryl runs the office to perfection. Its like going to a car show when you visit due to all the classic cars there being worked on. I cant recommend them any higher.

Good service and very friendly

Scary walking up but great mechanics. They received a core for my radiator, for our 1940 Hudson. They found it to be unacceptable and sent it back. It runs and looks great. Robert does an incredible job. Highly recommended! Very expensive, about 2xs more than we think it should have been.

I have been to S&S several times and they (Robert) always have done good work at a good price. They put an engine in a car for me and did some frame repair work on another car for me. Robert is an honest guy.

I had a very complicated Dodge Charger cooling system nightmare that even the Dodge dealership could not figure out. S & S was my 5th shop (was referred there by another mechanic, actually), and thankfully my last shop, because Robert figured it out! Im amazed at the diligence he put in to researching my issue, even before I came in. His HONESTY is astounding, and I appreciate so much that he talked through the situation and the options with me. After everything Ive been through with this car for this issue, I feel like I can confidently say that Robert is indeed the specialist I was referred to him as. Robert and his crew are true, honest and professional. Im a DIY guy that prefers to work on my own vehicles, but when things get beyond my ability, I call Robert at S&S. He is a true car guy that builds hot rods in his spare time. This guy is the real deal.

I personally would NOT return to S&S. I took my motorhome here for electrical issues, they charged me top dollar and when the work did not fix the issue they deflected all responsibility and walked away.... Of cource now I here all of the complaints! 😫Oh well, back to Sonrise RV in Escondido were I am positive they do great, honest work and value their customers.Shame on you S&S for screwing your neighbors.
