The MANAGER here is extremely RUDE & LITERALLY BLATANTLY LIED to me telling me she couldnt help me with getting me a receipt for Google card I bought from them a week earlier i even gave her the time I bought it.The day before I asked an employee & assistant. Manager they both said it wouldnt be a problem since I knew date & time easy to look up they just didnt have the authority to do it told me to see MANAGER in the am. Unreal she was that rude & lazy to not help me now Im out $25 on the card I bought but couldnt read the code.

A great little rite aid. They have lots of good food and medical supplies.

This is the second time I’ve been to this drive through pharmacy & it’s terrible!! They are so unorganized, unfriendly & I sat waiting for 45min & second time left without my sons medication. So not full your prescription here you will regret it! I’m moving mine elsewhere & I won’t be back.

This pharmacy is THE WORST!!! Every single time I come here, there is a problem. When picking up my prescription, I always ask what time I should come in to get it, and EVERY time I come in a little after the time-(just to make sure) and ITS NEVER READY!!!

The pharmacy should be avoided when it comes to health and having to take medications. The pharmacy never filled my prescriptions (that my doctor sent the request) and it was embarrassing to be told that I didnt have a prescription. Rite Aid always said that the doctor never faxed my prescriptions over to them. I went through this experience with three different doctors but realized that not all the doctors could be wrong.

THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS I PUT IN A REFILL DAYS BEFORE I GO WAIT IN A 30 MINUTE LINE JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE MY TIME SENSITIVE MEDICATION SO THEY SEND ME TO ANOTHER LOCATION THATS JUST TOO BUSY TO HELP ME EVEN THOUGH THE OTHER STORE GOT IT WRONG ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

Was going to make a purchase. Asked to use the restroom and two different employees said “not open to public” and “not open because of Covid”.

I visited this Rite Aid while I was on vacation and need to pick up some OTC prescription for my family. The pharmacy staff there was super helpful and knowledgeable. Im from Canada and wasnt familiar with the brands down the in States but the pharmacists there were able to explain the medications to me with great counselling!

I always come here to ask for medication recommendations. The pharmacy staff are all super nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!

This is a CVS. Not Rite Aid like google says. I’m standing in front of the building as I write this. Wouldn’t really care but now the closest Rite Aid is over 3 miles away and I’m on foot because the now CVS store was close enough to walk. Strike one Google.

Beyond the fact that this rite aid seems a bit overpriced and stuck in the 50, they DO NOT enforce mask coverages policy for customers. I was there today to pick up a few essentials and I noticed a bunch of people going around with their masks pulled down below the chin, nose uncovered. My husband invited one of them to cover up and he didnt. Once this guy went to the cash register - still uncovered - nobody invited him to comply to the face covering rule. Once my husband reported the issue to the cashier, they kind of laughed at us, they said they didnt notice and from that moment on everyone in the cash register area took their noses out of their bandanas and their masks, clearly supporting the first guy we saw. Beware unsafe environment. Employees dont check on masks and laugh at you when you express your concerns. A disgrace, considering that everything in that store seems old and kit freshly cleaned or properly sanitized.

I recently started going to this pharmacy and I’m so happy I did. Very impressed with the service here!

Very clean store with a wide variety.

I come here mainly for the pharmacy. The people there are fantastic, especially Daniel and Jennifer. They both know me by name and when they see me walking up they get my prescriptions so that theyre at the counter by the time I get there. When I needed a battery for my glucose meter, instead of telling me where in the store I could find it Jennifer walked me to the spot (that I never wouldve found on my own) and made sure I got the right battery for my device. Above and beyond!

This store is so organized. people work there well trained so patient and take their time to answer your question and help you to find what you need. prices is fair thumbs up for mr. Scott, store manager and cashiers.

I come here to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff here are friendly and helpful.

Was getting my prescription filled the other day at Rite Aid pharmacy Oceanside.Hieu Huynu was waiting on me and had the biggest smile on her face like always.I look forward to going to get my prescription filled there. They are so helpful and friendly They take their time with you . Never makes you feel like a number, never feel like theyre rushing you out the door. Late night stop for some sun lotion. Rite Aid is like an upscale CVS to a Texan. Nice place and prices seemed more reasonable than CVS.

Worst service ever..... The blonde pharmacist that looks to be in charge of the pharmacy department was just plain rude and unprofessional. Not only with me but with every customer that was helped in the 45 minutes I waited for a prescription that was called for two days ago. Not to mention that they still smell like alcohol from the night before. The guy with all the facial hair that asked me for my insurance was half asleep and just looked like a mess. Great job Rite Aid. Thumbs up for hiring employees that I would find at a liquor store.

Negative stars are not available unfortunately. This store needs to train its staff on how to detect credit card fraud. Someone used a fake card to charge over 400 dollars to me. My bank is currently disputing these charges. All this could have been avoided if your staff checked ids on extremely large purchases as advised by all credit card companys to avoid fraud.

Horrible worker....he said he was just helping out for the day...yelled at my daughter to put back a backpack that we were going to buy- super rude! My husband went the day before and warned me about how crazy the people are. I had to give a star😑
