So I must say I LOVE Sephora…. I’m my last visit I spent $535 US, so the representative LITERALLY push for me to get a credit card… I know it’s a store but let the customer make their own choices before you push to make your sales.

The staff here is lovely and super helpful . I don’t feel rushed or pressured when I come in this store. The employees take their time to figure out which products work best for you, and are willing to help you out in any way they can.

I love this Sephora. Everyone here is great. I dealt with Blanca and she was awesome. She was able to give me the perfect makeup to match my complexion without ever touching my face and she gave me excellent tips to use at home when putting my makeup on. My DIY makeup came out perfect.

Normally don’t leave reviews for stores, but an employee here was especially helpful. Sylvia recommended products for my blonde hair and was incredibly knowledgeable!

These products are a little pricey, but it’s so worth it !

This Sephora is clean and fresh with associates ready to assist. However, COVID restrictions change the experience. Swatching testers and playing with make up is off limits.

I took my 10 y/o granddaughter to get some makeup (thank you you tube). Not knowing anything about makeup and my granddaughter being only 10, we were at the mercy of the sales people. They were helpful and understanding. I think for children to play with makeup there are other better options but I have no complaints and was generally pleased.

Favorite Sephora location!!! The girls are SO helpful there. I’m new to the makeup world and I was 100% guided through the process. I was really interested in finding something to shape my eyebrows, and the staff helped me find Benefit Brow Pencils and I am IN LOVE! Looks so natural and so easy to use. LOVE LOVE LOVE this location, so convenient too! Can’t wait to get my makeup done there for an upcoming wedding!!!

I went in to replace some old foundation and I left with a whole new face🤗. The makeup girl (Kaitlyn) got me to try a whole bunch of new things and i was surprised about how much i loved the suggested color scheme. I’ll certainly be back but next time I’ll plan a great night out so that the look isn’t wasted on a netflix night😉

COVID-19 REVIEWThis was my first time shopping at Sephora since the pandemic.At the door theres a staff member with sanitizer and briefly explains to you their new protocol!Blanca was super sweet in trying to help me find a new perfume!Checking out was super easy and theyre sanitizing after each and every customer. I cannot say enough good things about the girl at checkout. She was extremely sweet and very patient.I will be returning to this location!

Sales lady told me the lipstick I wanted was sold out so she made me order it online while in the store. She was nice but pushy with me ordering now online for that lipstick ... so she ordered it for me online with her device. Then I decided to walk around the store and found the lipstick😱Then I asked her for a little bag and she told me to come another day for the bag. I asked a different sales lady and she gave me the bag😱I then asked this other lady “when will I get the receipt in my email” and she replied “I can’t tell you that”.😱

Kaitlyn did my makeup and did a fantastic job. She really pulled the look together and helped me be ready for my party! Thank you Kaitlyn for helping me find the best makeup fit for my face ❤️

Was excited to find out there was a Sephora in my hometown Needless to say I love my Becca and Anastasia so decided to walk in and check it out. The staff completely ignored me. No one welcomed me in. One sale girl was talking with a customer, one walking around doing her thing and another three in deep convo, they all just blew me off. I was one out of two customers in the store at the time. I’m all about atmosphere they didn’t seem to bring it so I exited and did my orders online from the manufacturer.
