Theyve got a great selection of western wear and work boots too, theyve got a huge inventory also.

Started off rocky but then Elena came to rescue. Kudos go out to Ash as well. For the other female assoc. working on this day (03/23/21) get to know your inventory. You do carry sizes 10 & 11 in the store. Oh well, ya all lost a boot sale from me. I did have a great time shopping for jewelry and my husband was able to order his boots (Hopefully, they look the way hes hoping because as we were told, Every cow is different.:) a little humor.Thank you Ash & Elena for taking such great care of us!!!

We had a very great time while we shopped. All of the employees were so helpful and not pushy. Madison had helped my husband find construction work boots and he has had no complaints at all, his feet feel great. Madison was so cheerful and sweet. Any questions we had, they were answered, if you are looking for great boots or western wear this is the place to go. The quality of their products is worth the price!

I come to boot barn to buy my work boots, I find that I get a much better value with my work boots then any where else, the boot selection is large. I am on my feet all day every day and I am on black top or concrete, I need a boot that wears well and is comfortable. I have bought boots other places and the cost was less but I had to buy several pairs in a year.The staff is usually very helpful and friendly.

Sam my saleswoman was a Rock Star with her pleasant knowledgeable help in finding my exact size and style...the leather smells of new boot was amazing!

I came in looking for the perfect work boot. I had already been to a couple places to try different styles. One of the saleswoman was incredibly friendly and helpful and truly just went above and beyond with her level of customer service!! She brought me a few different choices but I ended up liking a color of boot in a size they didn’t have. After verifying that they didn’t have it in the back, Haley called the nearest location and had them put their last pair on hold for me. Very happy with my experience here !

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!!! All I can say very rude people. I am a long haul trucker and family man. I tried to handle this inconvience in a professional manner but apparently the people I spoke to were rude and condescending. I was told from management that basically I was a lying. When all a was in search of was the truth. I dont want to ramble on. This was my first time as a consumer at boot barn and I can guarantee it will be my last. Never again

I went in looking for water repellant for my new suede boots. I had been looking for scotch guard but was unable to find it so I went to Boot Barn here is Oceanside. The store is a really nice store, clean, organized and there was a great selection of boots, hats, jewelry etc. HOWEVER, the owner and the cashier were both extremely UN-inviting. No greeting, no smile. They seemed irritated when I inquired about what I was looking for. I asked their opinion about the 2 products I was interested in. They acted as if I was wasting their time by asking their opinion. Not only did they seem annoyed by me being there, I noticed they acted the very same to the other patrons. A simple smile goes a long way Boot Barn. I will not return to the store not recommend Boot Barn Oceanside store to anyone.
