Excellent entertainment while you shop! The girls here are hysterical and so friendly. We shouldve been in and out but we had such fun shopping, well always shop and recommend this store. My daughter wants to go back everytime we get close...be back soon!

These guys take Covid-19 very seriously because when u walk in they give you hand sanitizer and they check your temperature. Also I would give them 5 Star on customer service because they asked what I do for a living and suggested the right boot for the job. They also made sure that I was happy with my choice. I would totally recommend this place for getting your next pair of boots 🙂

Boot world seemed to be great by way of their reviews and their searchable inventory. Even upon entering the store I was initially greeted with kindness. That’s where it ended for me. Sadly, it appears that this facility is unaware or currently not up to date as to the current CDC RECOMMENDATIONS. At all. It’s actually illegal and NOT a CDC recommendation even to be REQUIRED to be SEEN using a store provided hand sanitizer, namely one that is alcohol-based, by way of a pump that has been repeatedly touched by countless others. I was wearing a mask, which is a courtesy, a recommendation, not a law. You will NOT be telling me which skin product to use in order to be permitted to shop on your premises. That is called discrimination. Furthermore, when I made you aware of the fact that I actually used my own sanitizer prior to entering your place of business due to my summary of your online reviews, you still required me to be SEEN using yours. That’s not a safety precaution, my friend, that is creepy. I’m allergic to that product and you just positioned yourself, along with that business you are employed by, in an amazing position for a discrimination lawsuit. I happen to know just the woman. 👋 This is currently still a free country and you have zero authority to strip me of my rights, my liberties or discriminate towards me in any way. You’re rude and that was offensive. Talk soon.

Good selection of work boots, good service where they take care of each individual customer. Knowledgeable sales people, who help you find a good fit. You will pay a few bucks more here than at boot barn but the work boot selection is way bigger.

Staff was too sales-y. I felt pressured to like a shoe I did not want. I was deterred too much from a shoe I did intend to purchase. Lady that helped me was in personable and when asked if they price match, she said yes but gave me so much resistance for it. I know money is the bottom line but please work on the customer side of it. It made my visit unpleasant. I wont be returning.

Good store. Sales personnel knew about what they were selling, and were quite helpful. I knew what I wanted when I arrived, but I was given additional options that I hadnt considered before. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Good young the young man who helped me was pretty knowledgeable at what i needed, so i had a good experience there i dont really go there alot,looking at the products they seem pretty good quality.

We bought pink Uggs for my great niece they were just right for her. They have a lot to choose from for both men and women different brands and styles along with really good deals.

The store is as advertised. I wish the mens section was more inclusive. The store had what I drove thirty minutes to buy

I came in here for a pair of work boots and had a great experience overall. The staff members who assisted me were very knowledgeable and were able to help me find the right pair of boots.

Small place. The boot I went there for originally didnt feel right so I didnt get it. The other 2 boots I wanted, they didnt have my size. So I left empty handed. Prices are kinda on the expensive side for my liking.

Of the three times Ive been to Boot World I have been treated with great care from the employees. I get serviced quickly and efficiently which is a plus.

I spent 600.00 pluse here and one pair of boots I purchased the stitching came undone less than 3 months and they well not change or warranty them. Expensive boots and they cant do nothing. For a par of red wing boots. The service person was trying to convince me that happens on this boots but I only wear red wings and know thats not true. I dont recommend buying expensive boots here or anything here when they make up there own warranty on boots.. Ill never purchase here or recommend my company or coworkers to come here. Its not good business..

I was expecting to find a good product at a reasonable price... However, this place is totally out of touch with reality! 😰

Gotta say I wasnt a fan. The staff seemed a little too pushy, they were nice but for the 5 mins I was in there it was overwhelming. For such a small store we had 4 different people ask me 2 different times if we needed help. And we were the only people in there. I didnt feel like I was able to just browse. If you touched a box someone would rush over and take it out for you. Very cluttered and cramped small store.

I really dont like shopping here but its the only place I know of to purchase super feet foot beds. Staff pounces on you the instant you walk in and they have a very scripted routine that they do not deviate from. I went in with my son to buy super feet for both of us, very simple, we know exactly what we want but the kid started to measure my 22 year old sons feet, really? You dont believe we know our shoe sizes, are you kidding? Loose the script, at least for customers like us who only want one thing. Its a real pain to fight the sales tactics and just get what you want. I would never buy anything other than my necessary foot beds from here due to the intrusive sales tactics.

They are super slow. The sellers are quite rude and no to much helpful.
