Poorest customer service I could ever imagine. And they simply DONT care! I called Sprint customer service while in the store as instructed to do if what needed to be done wasnt. So I called and because I wasnt a customer who would put money in the stores staff pocket, they decided I wasnt worth their time. Unless they can make money off of your visit be prepared to be treated poorly even by the joke of a manager that has an appearance that is LESS than professional. The female employees, although attempt to be attractive in order to sale product, are simply a poor representation of how a salesperson should appear. Tight jeans and caked on make up doesnt sale phones. Kindness consideration, compassion and understanding sales. Do yourself a favor and drive to the TMobile on Hacienda in the Food for Less shopping center, all of the sales associates there put the needs of their customers first!

Horrible experience! Workers are only interested in signing new accounts and having 0 responsibility managing those accounts and actually being helpful in the slightest degree to its customers. They lied to us about the “completely free” pads for a signing bonus, and it turns out those pads came with service (that we didn’t ask for) that would cost $15/month indefinitely. 1 month and 30+ hours later and a waste of life to finally get them to cancel. Screw this company.

This sprint store is one of my favorite locations to either pay my bill. Or get accessories. Everyone at this location are eager to help and totally not pushy! They always find ways to fix problems. Today we encountered Mr Walter Walker. His friendly demeanor was refreshing. Asking how we were. Including not just me but my family. All I did was pay my bill and suggested when the times up. We can add her to my plan. Find ways to save. Made my experience fast and painless. Didnt even feel bad paying my bill!!!!! The store is clean and all there displays work. Parking is no problem as there is many parking spots. If you need assistance with anything. Go see Walter. Great job with your friendly customer service. I give credit when its due. And its hard to find decent customer service these days. And even over the phone is hard. My experience was great! Great Job Sprint!

Was a loyal customer for sprint for 8 years. I had to call sprint more than 10 times over the years, to please do something for our phone reception. Nothing happened just paying the bills and no serviceMy whole house we only had reception in part of my sons room. Finally 3 years ago they promised us to send us a device to boost the reception in our houseI’m guessing the package is lost in the mail and no matter how many times we called them they said it’s on the way. 2 months ago We finally decided to leave sprint to different company and they later sent us an angry text message that if you’re leaving our company you should pay penalty for your balance and your phones. We pay them $400 two weeks ago And ask them to give us 2 weeks to pay the rest $260 because of corona my business has to be in Mandatory close down. But still they send our file for Collection agency and destroyed my good credit score that I worked on it for years. You guys should Keep in mind that this corona time is going to be over but people still will remember what you’re doing to little people and tanks to Internet event little people have voice to tell you that we remember what you did in this difficult times to your Loyal customers People please have a little Research before trap yourself to these bloodthirsty Companies. So for whatever reason I decided to give Sprint another shot after fraudulently deceiving me and charging me for products that were offered to me as incentives to upgrade after I initially kept rejecting one of their sales reps numerous sales pitches. Well, Sprint lied AGAIN. Unbelievable.So I decided to get the LG G8 Thinq about a week ago and I explicitly informed the sales associate who helped me that I DID NOT want the insurance plan. I checked my account to ensure this was not added on to my plan after leaving the store with the new leased device. So a week later I received an email about opting into Sprint Complete, which I DID NOT opt for. So Preston, the salesperson, took it upon himself to opt me in without my consent.Now Ive just learned that Sprint did not honor the promotional offer that I was offered and they started charging me the full original retail price of the device which results in a fraudulent charge of an extra $480 over the 24-month installment plan. Im speechless...It turns out they offered me an expired promotional offer, yet THREE salespeople there all persuaded me to take the offer and they had multiple signs still displayed all over for the deal. So much stress dealing with this company...UPDATE: A Sprint executive reached out to honor the deal that I was initially offered. So Ill add 1 star that.

Ive been with sprint for 3 years now and everytime Ive been in a different branch Ive had different degrees of service. This store greeted me (w/ eye contact- imagine that) and were very polite while I waited.A gentleman named Alec was quick to assess my problems. He was witty and charming, his analogies were on point! He explained everything clearly and with a smile.This has been my best experience with sprint and Im definitely going to THIS store from now on, despite living closer to other stores.

Went in there yesterday and had great customer service from Luis. He was really patient to set up mine and my dads new phones. If I lived in cali I would definitely go back to him to help me out. Definitely recommend asking for him if you go to this store!

Went in to upgrade and was told everything was fine and went well. A month later when i went to go pay my bill it was 448 bucks! Found out they added 3 extra lines and charged me a cancellation fee. Never had a problem with sprint til now and its been over 2 months and still trying to solve my account!

The employees do not know their knowledge on the sprint contracts, I had to end up paying 300 plus just in phone bill when I did the transfer it would of been nice to know my my due date and especific amount not just a random one they choose and make you believe it is. Do not go here bad customer service all around

Been with sprint for almost 3 months and let me just say once my contract is done I am def going to switch phone companies. My bill was waaaaaaaay higher than what they told me would be. Called sprint cust service and went to the store plenty of time to get my account fixed back to its normal amount for days! I literally reached the point where I just had to take matters into my own hands and just pay the god dam price literally have never had problems with any phone company till now. They said the credit is suppose to take 5 to 7 business days I called on a Thursday which was 6 business days by then and nope I now get told I have to pay 300 something for my next bill VERY DISSATISFIED!

Lol this place is a joke. I like sprint. But this store is a waste of space. So I have the iPhone forever plan (love it), and I got my new iPhone X online. I receive it in the mail along with a kit to mail back my old phone. I was told however that I am able to return my old leased phone (damaged or not) to a store if I’d rather do that than use the mail kit (why wouldn’t you be able to return your old phone to a retailer?). Now my phone old phone had a crack in it, and I knew I’d get charged, and that wasn’t a problem. Anyway, I had even called a couple stores to verify this was ok.I walk into this location today, and am told outright by the sales girl and her “assistant manager” that it is impossible for me to return to return my old lease here since my screen was cracked and I got my upgrade online. I was told my options were to use the mail kit, or to go to Apple and get my screen replaced. They told me they aren’t allowed to take in a phone with any amount of damage. Polar opposite of what I had been told repeatedly beforehand. They hand me my old phone back and say “sorry have a great day”.So i get in my car, call the location off of Vista Way, and they told me “no problem, bring your phone in, you can return it here.” I went to that location and had a quick and easy experience. Five minutes there and I was on my way, good to go. That staff was both friendly and intelligent. Nicer facility too. Not sure if the staff at this Oceanside location was stupid, or lazy. Either way, whether they were unable or unwilling, avoid this place at all costs.

Ive been with Sprint for years. After speaking with Sprint over the phone i went into the store to get an iPhone 6s plus tonight. The Mexican guy with the light green/blue eyes is a total idiot. He tired saying my bill if i bought the phone would be over $115! I was told $90 over the phone. He tired to have me pay monthly for the phone. ... i did the math amd woyld end up paying a ton more, plus i have the money to straight up but the phone so paying per month for it was not needed. Guy keeps saying how i should just pay monthly. ... nope,not happening. I call Sprint once i get to my car in the parking lot. I was told $90 once again and the stores will always try to get as much money out of you as possible and they always try to make you pay monthly for the phone. So now Im debating on keeping sprint who lie...Or switching. Oh the sign that says two unlimited lines for $120 a month. What lies! Its actually $218!!!

People are nice. I was told my bill would be $100 with two new iPhones and I didnt believe them at first until he showed me the brake down. So I went for it and turns out sprint has no such plans. Now Im stuck paying $190 a month which is $50 more then I use to pay. Sprint did not work with me to help fix the f-up that this store did. I use to be with Verizon and switched because sprint was better well to say the least sprint is far worse and I have nothing good to say about them. Do not go to this store do not switch to sprint. Nothing but swindlers.

Sprint is shady, make sure you get the deal they are telling you in writing! I was originally starting with sprint because they had a prepaid deal for half off on the J3 Emerge, but the sales rep told me that I should do their other promo where I pay the first few months for installment, then a visa gift card would be sent to me for the full amount and I could pay it off with that, essentially getting a free phone. The website said it would arrive in two months on August 24th, well its September 12th and it hasnt shown. I go to the store and they say that he falsely informed me that I had to have 2 J3 Emerges for that to work, and the guy no longer works here so they cant do anything about it, but I should take it up with customer care. A 2 hour phone call later I am told that I cant get the original half priced deal because that was for prepaid, and I have already started paying. So I have to pay the full amount, because of this I am switching carriers, Sprint will swindel you, I highly advise against this carrier!

Boy oh BOI! Where do I start I enter the store to a welcoming smile from Evalynn. She was quick to assist me in upgrading my phone to the amazing Samsung S8. After I chose my phone. She quickly showed me the new features and was extremely knowledgeable on the new specs. The whole team was there with a smile and put a great aura to the store while my info was transferred. In conclusion Sprint needs more Evalynns. The best customer service I have ever experienced! SLOW CLAP FOR YOU SPRINT TEAM!!!

They accused my dad of stealing his own phone. My Dad walks in with his phone and its broken he trys to ask if they can fix it, the worker tells him is this stolen? My dad says huh worker did you steal this phone? Like Bruh does it look like we stole this phone? I dont think so!

The most shadiest company out there when it goes for phone companies. i have had problems with sprint in the past but this takes the grand prize. i go in to get a new Iphone and want to do it on a 2 year agreement which i am told is a ok to do. i get the phone that i want ordered and am all set, so i check the confirmation email and the wrong phone is ordered. so i call and have that corrected which was a pain in itself. then when the phone arrives i get a confirmation via my own app that my packaged has arrived. sprint never calls me to tell me i can go in to pick it up after i called earlier in the day to ask if it was there and was told i would be called as soon as it was in because i was on a time crunch. Now the next day i go in and sign all the documents and get my phone, every time when being asked to if i would like a receipt the sales associate clicks no for me without even asking me. Now currently the next day I check on my plan online and I see I am put on the stupid iPhone forever plan and got signed up for something I did not want. This is the shadiest thing I have seen a company ever do to its customer. I am so ready to ditch this phone service entirely. Please what ever you DONT NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND AVOID SPRINT AT ALL COSTS.
