Nick Cesare is the most amazing AT&T associate I have ever had the opportunity of meeting! Nick very clearly and informatively helped me to understand the technology of my new smart phone. He communicated in a very friendly and clear manner. I am very grateful and I highly recommend him to anyone who has AT&T in the area. He made me feel like a valued customer.

I loved that I was able to make an appointment and was seen right away, however, this store on Vista Way, Oceanside, no longer does appointments.Leonard was such a big help. I told him what I wanted in a phone, and he suggested the perfect phone, iPhone 12 mini! I wanted a small phone that fit in my hand, like my old iPhone 6s.I noticed he was good about acknowledging store guests, because there was only 3 salespeople, and no one to just accept payments or purchases. Leonard also told a customer that we’d be done in less than five minutes, which I’m sure the customer appreciated, as one customer walked out.The other two ladies did not acknowledge new customers or tell them how long the wait.I miss the smart board that had customer names and approximate wait time.So my 4 stars was based on customer service items in general, but my salesman was a 5. I was surprised to hear he’d only been there for two weeks!I’ll be back!

Has anyone just been completely taken advantage of by at&t?My husband took his phone to at&t in Yuma last year, paid it off and traded it in. He paid $500 to pay it off and got the 12.They took his money and phone posted it as a turn in not trade in and screwed us. We got no trade in value for the phone and after he paid it off that was our phone that they pretty much stole.We just recently found this out but before we ordered me a new phone, and us watches. Was told our bill would only go up $10 due to a promotion.We was lied to once again. Unauthorized changes was made to our account that made our bill go up a total of $80 a month 😭 I called at&t and they promised us a credit of half of what was spent and taken at the Yuma store and a call to resolve and disconnect our service since we no longer was to support them. The call was never received and they lied about the credit.Anyone else had this problem?We have had hundreds stole from us and we’re just done at this point.

I had just driven 3 hours back here to Oceanside, and stopped by this AT&T store to complain about a bill that should not have been issued. I walked in and Nick Cesare approached me with a very friendly greeting. I wasnt happy, but he got right on the phone, spoke with a guy at retail support. Nick was able to take care of the whole refund for me. He is an excellent example of how customer service should be in any retail store! Thank you, Nick!!!

I want to give one star but it makes me feel bad when I do because I know everyone is doing their best and staffing is short. I just walked in and waited for like over half an hour and ended up having to leave because I had to attend to other errands. I hope they all had a good day. Before leaving for vacation yesterday, I spent nearly 4 hours in store and on the phone at a location in Oregon trying to upgrade my phone, a rather simple process. Lots of conflicting information, passed around on the phone and generally no knowledge of why things weren’t working.Got in town on vacation, decided to take a minute and try again to solve my issue. The employees here are top notch. Quickly greeted me, and had me in and out within about 15 minutes. The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock, but the lady was able to have it ordered and sent directly to my home. Quick, easy and by far the easiest experience I have ever had with a phone store. Great job guys!

The low ratings on this store do not surprise me. Lazy staff and service. We had a simple fix that the ATT store refused to help us with or guide us to a solution. Needless to say hours of wasted time spent on lazy people. There’s a huge disconnect between online/over the phone service and in-person service. Unless you’re buying something and contributing to their commissions, you won’t get the help you need in person.

Came in on 4/23/21 to upgrade my phone. I did not expect to take too much time since I already knew what I wanted. Bianca could not make the sell. I guess they were having system problems. She told me only her manager could fix the problem. I asked to cancel my order CONFIRMED SHE DID NOT NEED ME THERE TO CANCEL MY UPGRADE. I come back in today 4/30 only to find out she did not cancel my upgrade ( I didn’t not walk away with a new phone ) I am not able to buy a new phone today. They can’t even order the phone I want. Still waiting to get problem resolved.

I was having a family members phone number portered over from a different provider and was directed by AT&T over the phone to visit a Corporate AT&T Store to obtain a new SIM card to finish up with the Porting Process. When I walked into the Fire Mountain Store in Oceanside, I was greeted by a man that told me that “They just don’t hand out SIM cards to everyone” and that “AT&T technical service over the phone was wrong” and I would have to return with the device before he could help me. I drove across town and purchased a new SIM card from a third party AT&T outlet, went home and completed the porting process within 30 minutes with AT&T over the phone.I’ve spent a lot of money with AT&T products! The guy couldn’t simply look up my account and send me on my way with a fresh SIM card? Time wasted.

Had an awesome experience at this AT&T location!!!! Walked in and welcomed by their pleasant staff member. Only waited a few minutes and got assisted by Alyssa. She was very precise and detailed with her explanation, open with all the questions. Easy peasy with our transaction, smooth sailing with upgrading both mine and my husband’s phones. Very good with following Covid-19 guidelines. Seen them wiping down kiosks after use, practicing social distancing, and sanitizing hands and work stations. Will definitely keep coming back here and won’t mind driving even if it’s 40 minutes away from home!!!

He was kind & patient and very knowledgable and talked me through the answers to my unending rally of questions. He was then joined by Lambert, the store manager who was also very kind, patient, & smart! I was very fortunate to have such outstanding customer service reps to take care of me. The absolute worst store to visit . I had a a 12 noon appointment with ATT Oceanside and i arrived and no one was there to serve me, the manager told me to come back at 1pm . I told her my problem and she did not want to help me and walked away .There were three ATT employees available and everyone of them looked the other way when i asked them for help . why are these people even employed if they do not want to work . Customer Service is horrible .

Awesome customer service!! i walked in to the store and was greeted right away. i didn’t think they will be able to assist me that quick. i was originally in store to pay for my bill. the girl asked me if i needed anything and i remembered i have some question with my bill. she was friendly and very knowledgeable. she offered to review my account and even offered to assist me in the future. i will definitely come back and do business with ATT because of them.

When my husband and I arrived we were immediately approached with a greeting and how she can help us . She was very patient and kind and answered all our questions. She wrote everything thing down and made sure that we understood the whole process on getting our new phones . I was super unsure of what my husband had signed up for and he went through everything in great detail and was super patient with me. Initially I would give this location a negative 20 stars, my customer service experience has been extremely appalling and substandard with the previous managers Tim Hoffman and Jeremy Taylor. Thank goodness they moved the managers around and they placed Alyssa Bawalan at this location. She not only took care of the insurance issue (that I have been unbelievably dealing with since June!) on my first visit with her, she even replied to my text message to check on the status of the issue with a phone call. She is worth her weight in gold! Excellent customer service, she should be educating and training the staff on proper customer service for all AT&T locations as far as I’m concerned. Thank you so much for doing a great job Alyssa! I am so relieved my issue is finally resolved.

Got ATT just under a year ago. Switched both home and cell over. (Best deals... I was wrong)they day I switch from verizon to ATT all my group text ability on my phone is loss, they say they help fix what they broke. Sadly as always they lied. they tell us we can get 300mps then come install, its only 50mps. If that wasnt bad enough, they net isnt even at 50mps. Never has been. It got close around 46pms but generally 15-30s. We have called, complained, nothing got done. Nothing ever fixed. Nothing improved. Not even them trying to remedy cost for service loss. ATT is a joke if they think this is ok.During all of corona they cant provide the services on the contract yet we still have to pay they lastbof our funds. Corporate greed? Yes

Mariah Lopez Has been extremely helpful after numerous attempts calling customer care. They were not able to come close to providing the information needed to unlock my phone. I am still not totally satisfied with AT&T phone and internet service. I have been lied to about package plans, benefit for being a long time customer, payments. I have only come to believe that customer phone service are careless, have no sympathy or support. The attitude is simply “outta sight outta mind”.We have asked for compensation and understanding to our/ my familys hardships. But instead we have been scoffed and embarrassed. It is sad that the sales floor representative deal with customers who are in rage after when dealing with the neglect from customer care on the phone/ #611. This entire store has a genuine customer care. Mariah was working diligently and you can tell by her interacting with the entire staff on the sales floor, they were communicating and tackling my situation. Customer service is no really up to today’s standards, I bought a phone at the store and they didn’t have it in stock, they said it’ll ship and that we will get a tracking #. The link says that the number is incorrect, I called UPS and they said is on ATT side, then called the ATT store manager and she blames the automated system and told us to wait a few days. This does not solve the issue and is another example of why stores are closing and everybody is choosing to buy online. The number one reason that we still buy at a store is because we believe in good customer service and buying at your local store you help create more jobs. But, when employees don’t care there’s is nothing you can do. I guess the automotive system will take over.

I tried setting up a business account. ATT told me to go into the store so they could I.D. me. I reluctantly went, but ATT said the way the employee did it was incorrect. I went back in and the employee didnt know what to do. We called a manager who said to call ATT again who told me teh same thing again. I finally went back in there the final time to close my account so I could switch to another carrier. They could care less that I was leaving. No question, just ok, have a great day. Happy to not be a loyal member anymore after 10 years.

Totally rude robots that can not use their brains to resolve customer issues. Beware, worst run store in all Southern California. Check reviews. While waiting witnessed same condescending behavior I experienced toward other customers. Basically, they are there to tell you you are wrong and escort you out. Wish they would close store so business that actually serves the community can move in. Other corporate stores are awesome and are extremely helpful, worth the drive.

Every single review here is correct. There was a total of 10 or so employees standing idly as I walked in. They looked at each other instead of coming to help me. Finally one came to help, was not able to do basic things (account independent) for me which he wasnt sure how to. Had to ask the manager to help, who also apparently wasnt able to help me. Finally, I accommodated for them instead of the other way around and they wouldnt let me walk out the store with something. The best part is: I came in for an in store pick up on a device I had already paid full price for online and just wanted to come in and pick it up. The email said all I needed was my ID and nothing else. Which I have previously done at other AT&T locations. For some reason, this branch operates on a different rule set which doesnt seem to serve the purpose of customer service. Will never, ever, visit this place even in an emergency.

Im not one to write reviews. In fact this is my first ever review. I went into the store to get a new iPhone since mine broke. They pulled my information up and told me since I wasnt the administrator on the account there was literally nothing they could do for me. I spent the rest of the day trying to figure out my options to get a new phone and nothing worked. I understand not being the administrator on the account is an issue but they offered me no options or help. Generally in customer service you never use the phrase theres nothing we can do for you. So annoyed, they need better informed/ trained staff. I ended up going to a different store and they were more helpful. They had the administrator add me as a authorized user and I was able to get a phone.

I dont often write reviews, but my experience yesterday warrants one. In a sea of negative comments I thought I should point out what this store is doing right.I went in yesterday under unpleasant circumstances-stolen phone. I was there during lunch time so it was pretty busy but I still only waited less than 5 minutes. James helped me get a new SIM card to put in an old phone. He was super kind, courteous, and best of all fast! I had my two tired kids with me so I really appreciated his speed.I am really pleased with their customer service for this interaction, I will readily recommend this store to friends and family.

This review is for A t and t cable, internet and customer service. They suck, service is bad, always mistakes on bills, overpriced, and rude. Customers should not have to spend an hour a month calling them to correct their error. Every month a call had to be made where they overcharged us for a locked in contract to be corrected. This industry seems to price fix their services too. Good riddance. Furthermore, they want to charge you 5.00 for a convenience fee to pay by phone.. Stamp and snail mail more convenient and cheaper.
