GREAT ! ! Employees were very knowledgeable, attentive, and really wanted to get everything CORRECT. They triple checked everything so I would not run into any problems. I transferred from Sprint to T Mobile and purchased new phones for my wife and myself. Easy transition! Phones will be here Friday fast ship 3 days and in my hands. THANK YOU

This is totally a late review, but i love the staff here!!! I cant remember the gentlemans name but tall guy with glasses was the bomb!! He helped me with 7 lines and we took a lot of his time!! He hooked us up with a great deal and saved me tons!!! The staff is friendly and actually willing to help!! This place knows all about customer service!! You need to come here and get your mobile needs taken care of!!!!

There are three customers only one employee and hes on the phone. He seems nice but it makes it a very disappointing and frustrating retail experience. I wouldnt recommend this store unless you have time to kill. This is the second time this has happened.

I have been dealing with this T-Mobile store for years. Words cannot describe how well the employees take care of their customers. Alex, Juanita, Danny and Claudia are incredible. They have helped me so many times. Today I went to the store with a new smartwatch not having a clue and Juanita took the watch, synced it to my T-Mobile phone, and I am one happy camper. Her knowledge regarding smart watches, cell phones, and tablets is just amazing. I would not leave this area and move anywhere just because of this store, T-Mobile located at the intersection of Oceanside boulevard and college. Five stars really doesnt even get it at all it should be like 50 stars. Do yourself a favor and deal with these incredible people and you will be so glad you did it.

She had helped me previously at the San Clemente T-Mobile, as well this location and was very understanding through out both of the very long and complicated situations. She provided amazing service, was reassuring and was very down to earth as well, which helped eased the process. I highly recommend going to Cecilia for your customer care needs.

Outstanding staff - patient, eager to help, and knowledgeable beyond expectation. I now drive past two T Mobile stores to get here. Have worked with Alex and Uriel each for 30+ minutes and appreciated their attitude, every other brief interaction has been similarly positive.I never leave with unanswered questions. We arrived early for our appointment, but were greeted by the store manager, signed in and helped immediately. Claudia assisted us in switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and she made it seamless and easy. She offered good suggestions for switching lines and purchasing a new phone. She submitted all the necessary documentation for the promotions we qualified for so when we left we had nothing to do, but wait for the necessary emails. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me necessary information for the things I needed to do on my end. We cant recommend this store or Claudia enough! Thank you so much Claudia!

I need to tell you that these people are the best. I went in on Saturday, Alex and Cecilia were the two wonderful ladies that helped me. Had the greatest experience. The manager ALEX and assistant manager CHRISTINA were a great help. I needed more help than most, as i usually do being a senior citizen, but ALEX and CHRISTINA were able to follow up with TMobile successfully. And all along keeping a great attitude and a genuine concern to help me--and they did!I am sure T Mobile is proud to have ALEX as a manager and CHRISTINA as the assistant to the manager which reflects well on them personally as well as maintaining the superior T Mobile brand. They both helped me so much while maintaining great attitudes-I feel confident in sending my family and friends to THIS T Mobile store. In addition i will be returning soon to ALEX and CHRISTINA to purchase some new items for myselfafter they informed me about new deals that where going on. I hate going into phone stores especially because it TAKES FOREVER. BUT I was helped right away by a guy Dan/Danny? He was very friendly, helpful, and was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about the phones and plans. Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had when shopping for a phone! What I like about Danny is that he searches for solutions to problems and is willing to answer any type of question concerning phones. Went in to deal with an absolute mess trying to switch 5 people from different plans all onto one plan together with t-mobile and Claudia was unreasonably helpful. Went tonight and was greeted by one employee that was busy. There was another employee that was working with a couple that was trying to decide on a new phone. The other employee was of no help and ignored me. While waiting patiently and browsing other phones, more customers showed up. When these new customers came in, the busy worker with the couple dropped what she was doing to welcome them and assist them. I left after standing around for 35 minutes. Never coming here again.

Assisted my Oscar. He was very helpful and tended to all of my questions and concerns. While we spent a lot of time in the store due to difficulty with transitioning over to T-mobile, we received quality service.

Walked in just to pay my phone bill and got greetings from a gentleman named danny. He then asked if there was anything he can help with so we then started to make the payment and he was of much help he explained a couple things I didnt understand and he told me about the promotions going on and i am definitely going back for a new phone. Employees are friendly and they make it so much easier to choose a phone thats best for you! I will be coming back to this store!

I love t mobile they are a company about helping people and the community.Everytime I go into t-mobile I am greeted right away and whatever issue I have they always always do every thing in their power to fix it. Problems were resolved within minutes. I can count on the staff to help me with anything on my bill and taking the time explaining and answering any of my questions efficiently and effectively when I go in for a phone issue and leave with product knowledge walking out with all the information I need. I visited the store to help me set up my new galaxy watch that I received for Christmas Alex and Cecilia helped me I had left the box at home and they were patient with me and gave me the idea to have a family member take a picture of the box for me instead of driving all the way home and the store was soon closing so we were able to get the proper numbers needed that way. :) I highly recommend this store and company and galaxy gear watch . T mobile is even helping any body whos not getting paid during the shut down. Thanks so much t-mobile

I switch over from Sprint about a month ago its the best decision I made! The staff at this location are very welcoming and overall have excellent customer service which is very important to me regardless of the situation. They assured me I could go back anytime I have a problem or need help with anything! After I had ask a ton of questions before switching This store has personalized customer service . Highly recommend! Ben and Suzey helped me they work great as a team! I will always come back to this location for sure . I like to give credit were is due! 👍

This is the best Tmobile store I’ve been to hands down. Service was fast and friendly, they really challenge the stigma of the tedious process that is buying a new phone. I love my new Samsung. If you want it done right and in a timely manner ask for Cecilia. She’s amazing.

They suck! They want to take away my military plan because my husband, who was a combat veteran, died but not during war. However, I receive full military benefits! Also, when I signed up for my T-Mobile nobody asked for my military ID or how I was affiliated.

Bad experience in every aspect, I purchased buy one get one free (BOGO) Samsung S8 device, purchased 2 devices along with 2 life proof cases, 2 regular screen protecrors and regular case. First issue I had was that they sold me screen protectors that werent even compatible with the cases they sold me and acted like it was no big deal, well of course it wasnt a big deal for them because they arent the ones paying. Then I noticed they scratched the back of my phone because they didnt set anything down under the phone when they put the screen protector on, and they just sat my phone on the hard counter. The next problem I had was they told me Id get my rebate 4 weeks after purchase and about 6 weeks after my purchase I hadnt received my rebate or a call so I figured Id go in and check on it, when I went back to the store they said theyd forgot to get a pin or something in order to move forward with rebate, they then BSd me and pretended like they had been calling me to get my pin, which didnt happen because I had their number programmed in my phone and I never received a message or any contact at all. They also put the screen protector on wrong and I had to use the warrantee through Tech 21 to get a new one sent to me. My experience was prettt horrible especially considering not once did they take responsibility or try and make anything right. Very disappointed in this store and T-MOBILE.

I went to the T mobile store a young man named Alex very kind cuts, he helped me from the beginning to the end.I am very happy because I finally found a professional person like Alex.
