I’ve been a customer of sprint for 15+ years. With the merging of sprint with t-mobile, my overall experience with them was very poor. I recently had very poor service from not 1 but 5 different sprint/mobile employees from both call center and 2 separate stores… So, I had enough and made the decision to switch over to Verizon .I had the pleasure of being greeted by a very nice female but was eventually helped by Warren. I came to Warren with the request of transferring 5 lines to Verizon and upgrading 4 of the phones. I can say enough about the great service I received from Warren! He was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and just very pleasant to work with. He made us very comfortable in the entire process and we felt very assured in that we made the right choice in switching over to Verizon. He was very straightforward with what our phone, plan and payment options were. I really don’t have any negative comments about our visit, and we were there for a few hours given the many changes we were making . But again working with Warren made the experience painless. There was also a female coworker who checked us in andHelped us with a few initial questions, I didn’t capture her name but she was also very nice and helpful. This location represents Verizon very highly. Can’t say anything close about the two T-Mobile locations I went to the day before. I look forward to my business with Verizon :)

I received excellent customer service from Warren. He was helpful, patient and kind. I recently had an AWFUL customer experience with Apple. My experience at this Verizon store renewed my faith in GREAT customer service! Warren explained things well and made sure I was set with my new products and with the knowledge to use them and my Verizon plan best. 5 STAR rating all the way!!!!

Terrible customer service. Dayana the store manager proudly refused to assist with a billing sauce at 6:30pm. 3 employees in the store hanging out without the purpose, only to advise that they don’t help with anything unless by appointment. This is completely useless. Seems Verizon does not care about the customer base. They won’t even sell a thing unless you schedule an appointment. What is that ? A doctors office ?

DO NOT COME HERE.I wish I could describe the amount of unprofessionalism and the amount of disrespect that came from this place.Even a Verizon customer service rep said that the reps working at this location was acting unprofessional.Long story short, all we needed was a new SIM card. There was one being sent to me but due to my husband having to be quarantined for deployment, we needed to get the SIM card earlier. Sounds easy right? No. For some apparent reason, they REFUSED to give us a new SIM card because you need to cancel the other SIM card first Sounds like a problem that we cant fixEvery single rep I called at other locations really couldnt fathom the situation and why they had treated us the way they did either. When its something as easy and giving us a SIM card.

Impossible to get on the phone, dont waste your time!12/20/20 So here is the update. I finally gave up and made an online appointment for 1 p.m. on Saturday. I arrived 10 min early and checked in via the app as required. We stood in the sun outside the building for the next 45 minutes until they let us in. We had ordered 2 iPhone 12 pros, cases and screen protectors. We were told one of the phones was shipped with one of the old numbers and no sim card for the new line we had to add to qualify for the promotion. Also the cases sent were for the wrong phones. They fixed the case situation after some wrangling, and supposedly added a new sim card with the new number. The in-store agent had to call Verizon customer support, same line customers use, and waited on hold 45-minutes. Another agent knew of a different number and got right through after all that. At 3 p.m. we were told the 2nd new phone couldnt be activated for two days. We left not happy. Since then I have tried to contact Verizon support on the phone, in online chat, via the #611 number they say to use on a Verizon phone all without success. Its limbo. Online Verizon still doesnt recognize the number for the added line they sold me. All in all, Ive probably spent 15 hours trying to buy phones for Christmas, make appointments and get them activated. If there wasnt so much invested in time and $ so far, Id go straight to ATT!

We showed up and just wanted the number for the customer service office that will help us with replaced a non working phone that is under warranty. Draya or Drayan, unsure of the Spelling, refused to give us the number. She kept asking us questions about why. We were literally just asking for the number. After hassling us, she finally gave us that number. Totally wasted our time for no reason. Very frustrating.

This is typically the corporate Verizon that I use but when I recently went in to purchase a new phone I was told I could not look at a phone unless I was going to purchase it. I was planning on purchasing a Galaxy Note 10+ and was told there was no display models out and there was not going to be any out. I told them I was going to purchase it but they needed a completed transaction before they would do that. I told them I would like to see it before I purchase it to see if its going to be to big and how it looks and feels. They told me no, I would need to purchase it first before I can see it. The guy was nice enough to bring up a picture of it on his phone to show me what it looks like which was the equivalent of going on a test drive for a car by looking at a picture of it.

Normally go to the store off oceanside Blvd. But I was close to this one to get a screen protector. Got it by a rep who just wanted to get me other stuff. Now when I want to do the screen protector, I have to go to the manufacturer and pay for shipping. For the so called FREE unlimited screen protectors. I LOVE this store! Any time I need help that I cant get from Verizons awesome customer support I go here! The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly, and I just cant say enough about them. I hadnt been in in quite a long while and when I went in yesterday I had the enormous pleasure of working with Kelsey. She. Was. FABULOUS! Everything was explained clearly, concisely, and thoroughly. I was able to leave with a new phone to surprise my hubby, plus a new phone for myself, with very minimal damage to my wallet..... always a plus! :)If youve never been to this store you need to go. They are almost always able to help you quickly and if for some reason its crazy busy in there you can go to Starbucks right next door and grab a drink.

When my wallet and phone was gone I came to the store and dayana empathized with my situation .I was very stressed and she helped me calm down .she also recommended the best device at my budget .In addition she helped me set up my device and recover my information. Im only giving them 4 stars because I was treated carelessly. I came in because Verizon customer service told me to, at first the staff didnt even bothered to look into my account, and I was simply given the insurance brochure for me to call for my broken screen. I came that same day later in the afternoon and was helped by another staff member that was able to assist me in my situation.

I followed the instructions provided by the store on Oceanside Blvd.only to be told by this store/corporate center that the info was not completely accurate. But, that aside, my complaint is with the customer service. The most important customer is the one in front of you, face to face. Not the one on the phone. My clerk left me to go answer the phone and proceeded to take the call rather than place the client on hold. How simple and polite would it have been to put the customer on hold telling them that there was another customer before them? Extremely irritating!

Had a horrible experience in the past with a Verizon Authorized Retailer (college and oceanside) but it was all made better by the excellent help I received at this Verizon store. My wife and I were visiting San Diego and my wife had her phone stolen in the airport so we were in a bad mood going into the store. Chris greeted us as soon as we walked in and was a huge help! Even though hes fairly new he did a great job getting us what we needed. He was very polite and once we spent some time there we were all swaping stories and laughing. This was the best visit to a cell store Ive ever had (and Ive been to many different carriers).I only worked with Chris so I cant vouch for any of the other employees. We replaced the phone, he reviewed our account, and he set us up with a military discount.Very pleased with our visit. Chris is awesome!

They lack good customer service. I visited the store today because my phone was not holding a charge. The store was slow and there was only one person in front of me. I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped. It was extremely frustrating because there was no reason for the long wait! It was slow!!!!!! If it was busy and packed with customers then I wouldnt of been bothered. But this was nonsense!

# In short this store is terrible and its a good indicator to me as to how Verizon is failing. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Avoid this store at all costs, you might consider avoiding Verizon at all costs, Id recommend Sprint maybe? Not AT&T though, there service is extremely unreliable. For further information on how this store failed me, read below.I have repeatedly been given the run around here. It started when my DROID was acting weird and I called them to ask them what I could have done when I came in. The girl there Cristina said she would transfer me to tech support for help. Tech support turned out to be a call center, and told me she could have done anything that they could do for me. They were confused as to why she transferred me.So, I then physically went to this Verizon location and explained to one of the staff there what was going on. They then directed me over to the Tech Support area in the store where Cristina would help me...the same Cristina who transferred me to the Tech Support call center to give me more information. I can only assume Cristina forwarded me to the call center because she was too lazy to do her job.We talk about my phone and no matter what i said was wrong with it, she just told me it was the software update...or that I needed to do a factory reset (something I had done previously on my own). After trying to convince me it would be fixed now, she finally agreed that a replacement might be in order. She only agreed to this because I explained that what had been happening was random and I hadnt been able to track down the steps to reproduce it. They told me I had to use my current glitchy DROID while the new one shipped to me. I said that was fine, not ideal, but I would manage. When I got the new phone, it was already broken. I took it in to the store and they kept asking me questions about if I charged the phone and saying that the lack of charge was what was wrong with the phone. Finally, they agreed that the hardware was broken on the NEWLY SHIPPED PHONE. They offered to send me another refurbished replacement...I explained how I failed (and still do) to understand why I am being punished when I havent done anything wrong, my phone has never been dropped or anything such as that. They said they just cant give me another phone right then, nor could they give me a comparable phone that moment.So I asked to speak with the manager....I watched him pass me by five times after the person helping me went in the back to get him for me. She stayed in the back while he was walking around me, it was as if they were trying to trick me into not knowing who the manager was...even though I KNEW WHO HE WAS!This whole time I kept apologizing because I was honestly not trying to be a pain, I was just frustrated with the lack of service. All I wanted was a phone that was reliable and still had the same features that are key to my productivity at work. (I work for myself, its extremely important that my phone be reliable)The person helping me returned and told me the manager was not going to come and speak with me but instead was going to mail me a Droid 2....This is when I got really frustrated, all I wanted was to get some resolution, I needed a phone that worked and this is not resolution. I honestly didnt care if I got an original DROID as long as it WORKED! I am not a freeloader trying to get freebies.So in the end I got no resolution, they are sending me another refurbished garbage phone that hopefully works this time. An upgraded phone doesnt make up for the inconvenience thus far. This review is excluding the run around they gave my girlfriend when she went there with a problem. I am honestly appalled!

I have gone to many Verizon stores and I found this one the worst. The staff are lacking of primitive knowledge of the phones. Worse than that they insiste that they know.I went to this shop today and I noticed the above as soon as I was arrived The guy was stating something, that even a person who just uses the phone knows that it is not true. When I asked to see the manger to discuss this the guy quickly went in and briefed her. Few minutes later when she (the manger) came out instead addressing the issue she tried to confirm and support her staff. She did not help me and I walked out and I went to another Verizon store and they sort out my issue in a couple of minutes and I was convinced 100% that the staff in the first store were not adequately trained both in how to serve the customers politely as well as how to sort out technical issues. Pass this store and save time and money,

Oh my. OSIDE Verizon is totally classless. Very rude people, that dont want to help you fix something in regards to your phone. Way overpriced accessories. Go to the mall for those. I really am disappointed. They dont take after Carlsbad, CA. Pparking is fair. The entire strip mall is a quagmire. We need more trees and less roundabouts. Mission off El Camino Reale is a nightmare, albeit you can see Verizon from the 4 minute light youll be waiting on. On the good side, at least you have Victor, Criss, and a couple of ladies who will be more than happy to help you fix whats amiss with your phone. Boun Fortuna...

Wish I could give this store, or more specifically Chris Tattrie a store employee, zero stars. Read on and youll agree that this poor rating is well deserved. My Galaxy S6 recently began the common reboot loop and I found no remedy prompting me to visit this store. Chris Tattrie greeted me and advised me that the phone is dead and that I need a new phone. I cautiously explored new phone options with Chris guidance and resolved to purchase a new Galaxy S8. I was just about to pay and leave when I asked Chris to describe the reason for $35 and $80 charges. Chris indicated that the $80 charge is for an accessory bundle including a car charger, extra wall charger, and a phone case. I declined these items and Chris insisted that I need these items and had the audacity to state that my purchase will help store revenue. After again declining the bundle and indicating that I wish to move forward with the phone purchase without the accessories Chris then became aggressive and irrational insisting that I need these items and even stating that he cannot move forward with the phone sale without including the accessory bundle. I responded by describing that I feel like he is using the fact that I dont have a working phone to back me into a corner and spend money I dont need to spend. Chris replied by telling me that I have other options and invited me to change carriers if I feel like it. So I walked out of the store thinking that the only way I could get a working phone was to change carriers. Upon later calling Verizon for another reason I was informed by a phone representative that the same cell phone prompting my visit was eligible for replacement under warranty (for free with no deductible as it was a refurbished replacement for a lost phone that is still under manufacturer warranty). Apparently Chris Tattrie forgot to mention this to me, maybe because it was more beneficial to him to make a sale of a new phone and accessories than it was to benefit a long-time Verizon customer with good customer service. Verizon customers deserve better than the treatment I received in the store from Chris Tattrie and Verizon should consider investigating this employees behavior to determine if his continued employment in in the best interest of the organization. Im incredibly disappointed in this experience and I hope others find this review helpful in avoiding a similar experience.

This place is terrible. I walked in Thursday afternoon to see why my phone had stopped working. I bought a new battery and the sales lady suggested I buy a wireless charger because my charger port was broken. I agreed and they only had one part in the store, I needed the inductive backing but they didnt have it. They called the store in Encinitas and it so happened they had the part so they were to have it ship to them. I was told it would be in on Friday (the next day) and I would receive a call. here we are at Tuesday and still no phone call. Ive called everyday and they have no order or they dont know when it will be in is the excuses I have been recieving. So with that being said Im walking back in today and getting my $90 back. I am also canceling all together with verizon. Their plans and prices are crap. hopefully AT&T has something better for me.

Why is a T-Mobile customer happy with this Verizon store? Because the employees here actually invest their energy towards customer satisfaction. Unlike the other store on Marron road in Carlsbad, the employees here listened to my issue of printing my final detailed bill which I had tried to get for three months in order to recieve the T-Mobile ETF reimbursement. They kept sending my a summary bill without the detailed costs when I asked for it from Verizon customer service over the phone. While in the store I saw employees entertaining young children with smiles and adults asking for certain representatives by name because they liked how they treated them on the last visit. The store had great music playing and an atmosphere of calm. Thank you Oceanside Verizon on Mission, - and if T-Mobile does not deliver like I hope they will over the next year, I will come back to this store to rejoin Verizon.
