Theres not enough stars to give for the type of service you get at Dr. Franks office. He makes you feel so comfortable and treats you like family. The bonus is that you cant beat the price too. Hes made me a lifetime patient!Thank you Dr. Franks!

Dr Franks was amazing. Kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He has such a pleasant personality. He also expressed concern about a finding on my exam and referred me to an ophthalmologist. Another reason to love the Oceanside Costco!

I saw Dr. Franks a few weeks ago and I had gotten there as he was closing the clinic due to a holiday, but he still squeezed me in because I was on my last pair of contacts. I wasnt expecting that at all, and he had no obligation to see me since office hours were over, but it was much appreciated. He checked my eyes and made sure all was well, and I was in and out in minutes with my prescription as well as sample contacts. Dr. Franks is a great optometrist and I plan to come back for as long as Im in Long Island.
