So surprised to see a Daiso store in the US. BEEN to many in various cities in Japan. They are the equivalent of Dollar Stores or 99 cents stores in the US.However thats where the similarities ended mostly.Yes they have many cheap products made in China which is what comprised of most discount stores like these.Look closer there are some made in Japan ones also, usually of higher qualities.The store is brighter and more cheery and generally better looking clienteles.Product mixes also geared more towards Asian goods--novelties, snacks, food, drinks, household goods etc etc.Price structures are also different. Pay attention to what the Japanese Yens printed on the package and theres an equivalent chart to US Dollars hanging everywhere which range from $2 up to $15. So dont assume everything is $1.And if its not marked in Yens then just $1.50Have fun!

I really enjoy this store! Its enjoyable to see all of the interesting products they offer and see just how different our cultures are. This location is a little busier than most.

Our first time visiting here and I am obsessed. Darling, aesthetically pleasing office supplies, cheap kitchen gadgets, great snacks. Excellent prices. Highly recommend!

Great place to find the best lead pencil and lots of oddball things that are great like electronic refillable lighters with little refill bottles!

A unusual shopping experience, but definitely cool. Lots of Japanese candy, and other stuff. Great prices.

This was my first visit to this store. They seem to be doing their job in abiding by the guidelines set by CDC to help stop the pandemic! The store is full of such an assortment of merchandise! When I had a few questions, associates were very professional and helpful in answering me and showing where specific products were located. Plan on spending some time in this store just to look around! 🙂

I love Daiso! I have never been to this one, but felt like I was at my home daiso! I always go in for no reason, but come out with multiple reasons for the items I purchase! Its like an upgraded dollar tree! There is always so much to choose from. And the prices ? Unbeatable.

I enjoy visiting Daisos. This one has a broader selection of items.A few more electronic related items than most Ive been to.

The small dog costume fits my tiny cat. She was not amused, however, im still alive to share this so I guess she forgave me .

Good quality items and food but I wish they would stop changing out what items they have in stock. Last time I went they didn’t have any Pocari, Ramune, or UGG coffee which sucks. They do got lots of good stuff tho.

They have quite a few interesting items so its cool to visit and get a couple things but not a place I would revisit too often.

I love this store! During this pandemic, they are one of THE CLEANEST stores Ive seen!They do have a limit for how many shoppers can be in there at a time, but it is SO worth it. Socially distancing in there is so COMFORTABLE! It made my shopping experience relaxing and a nice change of pace.

Daiso currently keeps a line outside to make sure the number of people shopping is at a safe level. Theyre taking a lot of measures to make sure everyone shopping there is safe. They also currently offer a limited number of mask, disinfectant, and sanitizing products as a competitive price. This is one of the few Asian stores in the area and a great place to grab Asian snacks or drinks!

Do they have yakasoba in the bag? I only found one in Fullerton that had the best noodles!

I really like to go to Daiso because they have nice and different things to buy that sometimes you dont find in another stores.

Love all the goodies you can find here. So glad they made a location in North County. Great prices. I buy all my Japanese dishes here.

Good place to go shop especially if you like asian products like there snacks (rice crackers are GREAT!) the pans they sell are good and cheap $5 we used them and went back and bought more. The dishware is good as well, we are pickie about certain things but they got good deals here. You must go and check it out! Products start at $1.50 and up the pricing is good. Recommended!

For a broke college student, they have items that are very affordable. I would buy self care items there and buy some cute plushies! If your a kawaii lover, then I recommend this place!

This store is my one stop shop for every cute. I can spend hours here. Its always well organized, well stocked & not too crowded. Absolutely love this place! They sell the cutest stationery too.

If your not familiar with what this place is you should definitely do yourself a favor and check them out. Lots of treats and various goodies to found on every aisle

Very clean inside. Reminds me a fairness take on 99¢ store. Mostly inexpensive items and lots of items that fall into the could use category as opposed to the I need category. Employees all seem cordial.

I love it because you can find anything in there and its really affordable. Plus they have yummy Asian candies and snacks.

This is a place to go if you have time to browse. There are so many interesting items in the store - something for everyone. And, very inexpensive! There is a no refund policy but because of the cheap prices its not a problem. Go have a look, you wont regret it.

Daiso is the largest dollar-type store chain in Japan. Their high quality and low prices are unsurpassed. I would recommend the dish ware, kitchen utensils, and pens. But everything else is also of outstanding quality.

The minute I walk in I feel like Im in Japan. The staff are friendly and store well maintained. Snacks and products are amazing here!

I am in love with Daiso. It has anything from a delicious pastry to a random panda toilet seat decorator. Prices are ridiculously cheap so you can grab household essentials that are fun without breaking the bank! I bought some b12 vitamins for $1.50. Random, but amazing! The store is always clean, well lit, organized and the checkout line is fast and efficient. Daiso runs a smart, practical, and affordable operation and I appreciate that!

Looveee this place! I always like Daiso branches but THIS one. IMMACULATE. I love how much more they carry. Ive been to several branches from San Diego to LA and this one always has that something.. you know? Like for example, I was looking for wall panels to cover up tiny holes in my wall and redecorate my room and this one not only had like 70 of the one i wanted but it also had like 10 different styles and sizes! Others sometimes didnt even carry it! Its my absolute favourite. The salespeople on the floor are also very helpful with telling you which branches carry what. Not to mention the unparalleled deals! Fun fact, this location is literally almost an hour long drive from my house and i stilll make the trip rather than go to one 25 minutes away. And the Japanese vibe of it is the cherry on top! If you love Daiso, youll love this one!
