When ordering from here you need to read closely....it takes 7-10 business days to ship. They took 2 days longer. Had already charged my credit card the days I placed the orders. FedEx got it to me 3 days earlier than stated! Cool! BUT I ordered 2 bundles that are not in the box. $70 worth of fabric missing! Waiting to hear how they fix this as the bundles I ordered are now sold out. I better get a refund for the bundles. The fabric I did get is very nice, all are just what I wanted._UP DATE I was given a refund for the missing items. I would recommend this site.

I received my order within a reasonable time. One of the fabrics isn’t what I expected. I checked the website, the return policy, plus FAQ. I’ve emailed the company three times, with NO response. This says to me that customers do NOT matter. All this company must care about is how much they can sell. Whatever happened to good customer relations? Even if this isn’t returnable, a response would have been more professional and courteous.

I am really happy with the stretch denim fabric that I cant get anywhere else but it took much longer than they said for my fabric to arrive, Now I am working on it and I am finding that it is cut so crooked that I am going to loose 10 in the length of the fabric to get the grain straight.

Only ever bought online but I love all the fabric I have ever bought, especially the DBP. The bundles are awesome to help with coordinating patterns!
