Terrible customer service!! Worker threatened me when I asked to exchange an item because they sold it to me janky! Dont go here! Any other pawn shop would be better! They do shady business tactics and have big fat employees threaten you when they cant get their way

Amazing customer service! A came in last minute to get a guitar and they had exactly what I wanted, as well as plenty more available items. We reasoned for a good price and they even threw in a few accessories. I walked away happy with a beautiful ESP LTD and a smile on my face. 10/10 would recommend, I will definitely be returning soon.

On July 17th, my family and I were on vacation in Oceanside, CA. On one of our outings were decided to walk into a pawnshop just to check it out as we never go into pawn shops. I must say that we really were happy that we did. I saw a lot of very interesting items, that definitely seemed very fair priced, and we met Ritchie the shop manager. He was very friendly and informative and we all enjoyed talking to him. While there my daughter, Jessica, who is a singer in a band called Arcanua, saw a tambourine that she really liked. Since it was her birthday, I told her that I would purchase it for her. When I went to purchase it, Ritchie who had heard that it was her birthday, refused to let me pay and insisted that it was a gift for my daughter from his pawnshop. We were blown away by this. Very impressive to see that there are still really great people in this world! We will for sure head back to Coast Jewelry and More next time that we are in the area.Great place!! My step son passed away recently last Thursday. He had pawned his favorite mandolin and I offered to pay up the default so it could be returned to his grandfather who will be here next week for the funeral. I was told by the store employee Ritchie, they were unable to help.(He did talk with his boss)This was a young man who suffered from clinical depression. Not only did they take advantage of his condition, they pretty much degraded a young mans memory without the decency to do the right thing.I hope no parent ever has to deal with anything like this.This is an appalling lack of humanity and basic decency.

It was like: whoa- as is stepped in. There was a feeling of like: whoa- which is exactly what I said like whoa. Because it was. Whoa- you know? Totally whoa. So I bought like a Schecter 8 string Metal Guitar- Stealth C-7, and a funky pair of designer glasses for my girlfriend too! Whoa dude.Ritchie threw in a couple things like~ soft case, cord and two packs of Super Slinkys! Whoa ferSure. I also had my eyes on the Amp that I test played through- and meant to come back and scoop it up! But- the girlyfren & I got sidetracked and left town before I had a chance.So like: Ritchie- if the same deal holds true still- ($$)Can you ship it to me? Whoa?PeaceJayDarr
