Wonderful customer service from Marla!! She should get a raise for going above and beyond for customers

I went there to use the computer for a basic doc printout there were 8 computer stations, only 3 were working so I went to one and the credit card reader wouldn’t work and the other one was giving me default codes that was directing me to do a fed ex commercial type document but even then I couldn’t get it to print. The other computer was being used .So Don’t wast your time.The help was great . Just coultfix the problem..L

Nice big, stocked, well-maintained store. The staff is respectful when you go into handle your business too. Felt I had enough room to walk around and browse, which is important during Covid-19 and just for general stress level reduction maintenance instead. Stressful enough having to take care of some business, and the store provides its customers with a pleasant vibe in which they can stay clear and focused in.

Eric and Felix went above and beyond to over deliver when UPS completed dropped the ball!

Honestly shocked that Im even having to post this... I just went in to print a picture on regular printing paper and forgot to mirror the image. I asked if they could take two seconds to do it on their computer and the guy straight up told me he had to charge me $25 to do that, but since it was my first time hed do it for $7.50. It takes two clicks to flip an image in photoshop for a totally of 5 seconds max and they want to charge people $25 for that when the print itself doesnt cost more than $2. Absolutely astonished at where they get their pricing for performing something that would be considered a common courtesy being a graphic designer myself. Ridiculous customer service. Just disappointing.

This place is a total scam. Just got done working with Cassandra. I was shipped golf club that was tightly packed. I return the package sure exactly how it was shipped out. However, they made me pay for additional stuffing for the box. Ridiculous. The same thing has happened to my wife. Avoid this location at all costs.

Before coming here today (9/14/20) I don’t think anything other than a really poor experience would ever prompt me to write a review of a FedEx - in my experience, they are mediocre and forgettable. This store was large, well stocked, well organized, and all of the employees were friendly. The real star, however, was the manager. She was literally running around, calm and collected not frantic, helping to triage the customers in the growing line. She was able to help multiple customers without them having to wait to work with a counter clerk. She did all of this with a genuine sense of leadership - I don’t think I’ve seen something like it before in a chain store. I will be giving all relevant business to this store from now on - thank you!

True story. I’d moved from Oceanside to GA for about 8 months. When I decided it was time to come back a few friends in GA asked what i looking forward to. Sun, yup. Sand, sure. Fedex Oceanside, definitelyI’m completely serious. This place is amazing. I go in semi regularly to ship random ebay sales. Everyone on staff is a real pleasure to deal with. Few places run as tight a ship as these folks

They always over charge for shipping rates is cheaper to do yourself online then bring it in. They tried charging $20 more on a item so I did myself online knocked that price down. And when you give them shipping info they dont read it back to you then you find they got it wrong.

Been standing here for half hr almost and not one employee is helping customers except the printing guy. People just waiting on the phone without talking while others stand in line helplessly. Disrespectful to say the least

I had a horribly negative experience on Sat 11/28/20 at your Oceanside, CA 92054 location. I have been a customer of that location for 16 yrs and never imagined that I would be treated in such a manner. I asked for a manager regarding an unrelated operating hrs issue pertaining to another location and was told by your employee that there isnt a manager on until Monday. I asked for the name of the manager on Monday so I could call back, to which he responded I juts told you, there isnt a manager on. He continued to berate me and when I told him he couldnt talk to me in that tone as a customer, he said Ill talk to you any way I want. I have NEVER been yelled at and told derogatory phrases by an employee before. SHAME ON YOU FOR EMPLOYING PERSONS SUCH AS THIS AND ALLOWING THIS BEHAVIOUR WHEN THERE ISNT A MANAGER ON DUTY. What kind of store are you operating??!! Actions: I have the employees name and am reporting the incident to the store manager on Monday, 11/30/20. I have already contacted your corporate office and filed an official complaint.

Needed to fax 10 pages and was charged $3.00 per page. Really???? That seems excessive.

Sent a large package to be picked up in another location. The person I sent it to didnt pick it up so it was shipped back.We didnt know where the package was so I called this shop where I originally sent it from.Ashley helped me out quickly and with a great attitude. She seemed really chill and clearly knew her stuff. It took maybe 10 minutes to figure out where it went and where its headed. She made sure to give me a tracking number as well.I will be coming back because of Ashley.Before the call, I decided I wasnt coming back because I spent some real money on shipping. Because of her I will be back. Thank you Ashley for being great at this! I appreciate you!

There hasnt been a day where I have gone into this FedEx location and havent received excellent customer service. Staff members are very friendly and willing to help you with what you need. I have had each staff member help me and I have been very pleased with their services. There is this particular staff member who was extremely patient and helpful which led me to leaving this review. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Had it not been for her patience and eagerness to help. I wouldnt have made this review, so Thank you ASIA for your excellent customer service.

There was a girl there named Asia B. and she was the most friendly cashier ive ever met! She was super nice and had my gloss covered card paper print ready in such a fast time. It really helped my experience. Ive been in here a couple of other times for similar reasons and have had responsive, nice staff who helped me buy prints. Good job!!

I worked with Kenney and he was so helpful and friendly. Even though he was busy he handled himself so well taking care of all his customers! 10/10 experience!

Helpful staff. For those whom have never used fedex before, they will recommend you use only their boxes- at least that’s what staff told me. Regular shipping boxes will not be accepted and let me tell you, their boxes aren’t cheap.

Ask for David. Hes one of the best around, and youre lucky if hes the one who helps you. Its weird to find somebody who will go out of their way to make something work. Im used to finding the employee who is a flowchart to no type person. David is just the opposite. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me ship a box when the packaging I brought in was incorrect. He could have just turned me around and sent me on my way, but he found a way to make it work. Ask for him when youre in a bind!

I went in today and they were great!! I had 63lbs of ball gowns that needed to be sent from my non-profit and they did everything they could to work with my budget. They were so nice and knowledgeable and I look forward to using this store for all of my shipping! What an awesome find!

Wow. These guys are truly amazing. I called for the fastest turn around time for print services, all of the competition was telling me a day out. I already had the PDF. doc ready for print so I knew that there had to be someone faster. These guys had them printed within the hour. SO HAPPY!!Their business facility is a great space as well. Very clean, very quiet, and always helpful friendly staff around to assist.

I had a terrible experience here. I was shipping two very small packages and it took exactly 50 minutes for the assistant to figure out how to pack and ship the items. He seemed incredibly incompetent and unhelpful. When I told him I didnt want to ship the items in a box, he didnt listen at all and chose the largest box possible and stuffed it way too full with paper - the tape could hardly keep the box closed! The items werent even fragile! I ended up paying 10 times as much as it shouldve cost because he packed it in a huge box - Ive shipped these items before! Then, he did the same thing with the second package that I was shipping. It took him so long to figure out I was shipping two different items - he just stared at me asking what I wanted to do with them. He was moving at a snails pace with no regard for the customers time and getting the 10 people waiting behind me served. What bothered me the most is that it seemed like there were way more employees in the back area that couldve helped him but they didnt. I will never return to this FedEx office. He was slow, incompetent, not friendly, and unprofessional.

We used FedEx to ship Christmas presents. It was supposed to be a 4 day ground shipping, but took 9 business days to deliver my package. I called customers service and they said they have no explanation on the delay. Never using FedEx again.

Mike helped us pack and ship some ornaments to send back home instead of going in our luggage. Quick service. Fair pricing. He did a great job and was very friendly.

I have been here before to have my wedding photo made for my wedding and just recently came here for photos for a party. A young lady name Shaina was super helpful and nice. I went there at night asking questions. She told me the process and gave me the email to send my order. She emailed me right back with finailizations and when I picked up the next day she helped me and made sure my order was correct and looked good. Thank you Shaina for your help!!!!

Great location with friendly, helpful staff!! They also do passport photos, which is really handy. The only thing that would make for a better experience here is if they could deliver to PO boxes. Im not sure the reason, but thats what we were told.

Great place! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The place is well stocked and theres plenty of machines here for copying or printing with all of them functional and working fine. The place is also large and theres plenty of room even if theres rush.

Lifesaving 24 hour printing service, especially when a deadlines arrived and your printer decides to die out. Always have smart and friendly staff who help you get what you need quick. Even the night staff are always enjoyable any time, even the im procrastinating, exhausted and thinking about throwing out my printer any time. This place has always been so great.

Awful place! First off, way over priced! $.0.40 a copy a picture! $10 a spiral notebook, are you insane? You must not realize that CVS across the street is charging $0.15 a picture and $3.00 a notebook! Second, there was no one in the damn place and told me, because I was talking loud that I would be escorted out by the police, true story! There was no one in the place besides three too many employees! Best thing that has happened because I made my way to bestbuy (down the street) and bought a duel printer that will print all the pictures I want and I only paid $60! I almost want my $20 back, but obviously you need it for the three employees that are just standing around and the useless security guard you pay for. I hope you remember that everything is going online now. Treat your customers with respect! I wont be back nor will I ever need to be with my new printer.

Tried to ship a intercooler pipe here (automotive part) in a box provided by myself 36x12x12” and was quoted $80 roughly. Went online and did the label on my phone and it was $27 Don’t be ripped off and bring your own box(Walmart down the street) and do your shipping label online.

Emily cant think on her feet. She was ready to send me away until the manager Kenney intervened to assist me. He saved me a lot of work by correcting the major mistake the person made the night before.. Also everyone had to wait in line for a half hour due to projects employees were working on. You might consider adding another person, or have a Plan B when you know that all employees are buried in designing materials. Therewere 10 people waiting. You be theJudge, but please dispense with theCorporate billshit and think outside thebox. I realize that Emily needs permissionto make arrangements to do specialProjects, but she was quick to point outshe could not help me until I persisted. Then Kenny came to the rescue. This occurredat 3 pm.

The staff are very friendly, the only bad part is that there were only two people working when I needed my resume printed for an interview. It didnt help that they were both occupied helping someone else but also the only two printers froze up on me. As a result I had to wait 30 minutes for help which made me late for my interview. They didnt even let me get interviewed when I got there I was so late. You need to do two things if you want me back there. 1.) Hire more employees 2.) Improve the quality of your printers.

It would have gotton 5 stars if they accepted me package which was a return smartphone being sent to Verizon. There was a return label inside. I am on vacation here and travelled 1/2 hourl to get to this place. They said they dont take that label. That label clearly says Fed Ex. I dont know where to go and I get lost easily and you know CA drivers dont want to give a break to anyone. Verizon is pressuring me to return the phone and I dont know where to go where they will take my package. I dont feel well as it is and I didnt need this. How do I know which place to go to and if they will take the package.

FedEx has been handling an international shipment with diligence and courtesy. The people have been responsive and knowledgeable.

Sony picture station didnt recognize my usb drive but their computers did. I asked the counter for help, they offered that they could burn a CD with my 2mb file for 10 dollars or i could buy a new flash drive for 14 dollars... even though he said it is a known problem with the sony pictures station not reading certain flash drives. I printed my photo at staples instead..

Glad that there is a 24-hour opened Fedex where I can print my homework on time in the mornings!
