This place is great family owned and friendly every time Ive gone in there, my toners have always been right on and last a long time, certainly better priced that the big chain stores, I have been buying here for years. All I do is call ahead and toners are ready to go on the counter.

They do not offer refill service,however they claiming that

This is the worst place in CA! Im not kidding. I went to get a remfg cartridge. I gave them all correct info. They insisted I was wrong and needed a different part. Next thing I know is I had cartridges that would not work with my printer. U would think they would apologize,, no the idiot at InkjetCartridges says I was wrong because he checked it out at Staples website! He believes part numbers dont mean anything, LOL. I decided to go to Staples, and Staples admitted a lot of their info is wrong. The guy at InkjetCartridges was verbally abusive and used profanity something no store should allow for any reason. Be smart shop elsewhere
