I came here on July 30 at 2:30 pm to drop off a portable AC unit. The guy in the light blue t shirt not only helped me move the 70 pounds portable ac out of my car but also helped me pack it. I truly appreciate it!

FRIENDLY SERVICE! Came to this location to drop of a return and ship a box. Corey was friendly and helpful making sure I had all my postal needs checked off my list. They are following the social distancing requirements ensuring only 2-3 people are inside while the line waits outside. It’s nice to see our local business thriving and the employees in good spirits.

Worst service ever... Its always a problem with UPS.Last thursday, the driver didnt knock at my door even though I was home waiting for it and sent the package to be picked up, I call on friday, package is supposed to be delivered on monday. Package NOT delivered, I call again talk to 3 persons and the person I have tells me they were going to leave a note to the driver to pick it up and deliver it today... I call again, the package was not picked up and will be sent back... I dont drive and apparently, doing a job and deliver packages is not something UPS do anymore... Useless and inefficient. Is delivery service that doesnt deliver a new thing ?

Guy tells me I need to know exactly what youre shipping, open the box since when does the 18 year old kid behind the counter tell customers to unpack a box they just spent the better part of yesterday packing. Just go to FedEx.

Came in on Sunday to ship my package to send to my daughter and to print pictures. I had great customer service. The gentleman gave me all the information I needed as the best part is that they were open on Sunday!! Highly recommend this store if you are in the area.

The employees are really nice. Very helpful. I was trying to print off a few pages. You can email it or use a USB. The employees seemed to be aggravated with the internet, so be ready for a slow sale. But overall experience was great!

I was looking for a mailbox in Oceanside. I called to find out prices. There was no answer for about an hour at 11AM on a Tuesday. I tried 4 times over the period of about an hour. When I finally reached the store about 12:30 and asked if there was a problem, the person on the phone said they sometimes get busy and dont answer the phone. This is a business. Dont you answer the phone and offer to call back? Unbelievable.Needless to say, I did not chose them for my mailbox.

Today, I came to this UPS store then I am very frustrated that store cant make copy prints of my PDF after I email it to their email address because their PC dont have dropbox app! UPS policy dont allow this. I called Fedex and Staplers, I learned that they can make prints of my PDF by email from my dropbox link! I will never use UPS again in near future! UPS SUCKS!!!!!

Would not recommend. Ridiculous prices save yourself the money and go to USPS. Went in to send packages and was charged over $50 more than USPS.

Ive had a few walk in experiences, at this store. Every time, I do come in though, I have great service. Usually the girls at the counter, are nice, expedient, & knowledgeable.

Came to this location to drop off a few packages. Waited for about 20 minutes and no one was in the store. 3 other people were also waiting. The sign on the store, google, Apple maps ALL say that they “should” be open at 9. Tried calling the store....

I cannot believe how SHOCKINGLY bad the service at this store is. The young people who work here clearly dont care about their customers. While they talked about me in the other room I repeatedly told them that what they were able to do for me was fine. They ignored me and continued to try and do it another way. 2nd time Ive been there. 2nd time I got terrible service from young people who clearly dont care about their jobs.

Service was sadly lacking. Two employees behind the counter were just spacing out, doing their own thing and completely ignored me when I came in. The third spoke to me, but gave the impression that she would rather be anywhere else.She offered me 3 options for shipping the small, lightweight box I walked in with - UPS next-day for $30, USPS Priority for $15, and UPS Ground for $13. I couldnt believe my ears when I heard those prices. I told her I changed my mind and walked out.10 minutes later at the post office, I was able to ship my box USPS Priority for $7.Dreadful customer service and a 200% mark-up? My advice is dont waste your time.

Paid 36.77 for a package next day air, and package was delivered a week later because my package did not state office on the label although it clearly stated the name of the business along with the correct address. They will not refund me because of the small detail of not adding office to the name of the business, although it is nowhere in their terms and conditions that one must state office alongside the name of the business.

You cannot ship with a 3rd party UPS 5 digit number from this UPS store. Only from the San Marcos hub

Unprofessional!! Called in for notary service told them Im on my way. I arrive and they tell me their notary person is on lunch and to come back later.

They charge 10 dollars to pick up a package from them regardless of size, weight, or what you already paid for shipping.
