Very pleased with how easy it was to rent a space. The girl was very nice and took me through everything from looking at some available units to punching my code into the gate, putting my lock on it, and reentering the code to get back out the gate. Wont hesitate to do this again in the future when I need some off-site storage.

If I could rate 6 stars I would. This team of young ladies are the most helpful, knowledgeable and just down right genuine people Ive ever met. They will keep me coming back to this establishment for years to come. Great location and great service!

Cool mural out front. Extremely friendly office staff. Reasonable prices and intro discount rates. Unit smells a little weird, Seems like smells from outside are creeping in. That and moisture. Not humidity/environment controlled 7am to 7pm hours suck. Coast highway isa nightmare at this spot. Otherwise good place to store.

Very easy to work with... I was unable to make it on a Sunday before the office closed, but made arrangements over the phone and via email.Martha was very helpful and on top of everything, and communicated well...I needed a lock for the unit, and she made sure it was staged for me. I really appreciate that she thought to make a cut in the packaging. I had left my box knife, and likely wouldnt have been able to open it if she hadnt done that for me.Facility was clean.Stopped by roughly a week prior to renting the unit to get a look at the facility, buy boxes/tape/ etc, and get information from the staff on how the facility works. Very helpful, and they were not the least bit rude nor did they seem put off that I showed up 15 minutes prior to closing.I do wish they had slightly better lighting in the driveway area that youd park to unload/load. Inside the buildings are well lighted

The staff was knowledgeable polite and did a great job with covid separation Mass wearing wiping off credit cards and hands. They also made sure I got some discounts that I wasnt aware were available. The unit was very clean. Security seems very good. I will definitely do business there again.

Easy and seamless experience. Customer service is great! Gabby and Michelle were very helpful and so kind. Everything seems to be secure. Only downside is that my unit is on the third level and moving a 9ft couch into my unit using the stairwell was very difficult! Stairwell isn’t large enough to maneuver big items up the stairs.

I had such a great experience at security public storage. They did everything they could to help me get into a unit I could afford and went the extra mile to make sure I got loaded into my unit

My review is based on the experience I had with the 2 movers since they essentially did the job and represented the company.I wasn’t sure if I should get 2 movers and a truck or 3 movers and a truck (price difference per hour). I don’t have much stuff to move but several heavy items including a king bed, queen bed and a very heavy iron Dinner table and bench.Ange and Germaine were the 2 movers. They were stellar. Man, do they hustle. They were careful with each item and even asked if I wanted everything bubble wrapped, shrink wrapped and wrapped in blankets. They were ready o but I told them that only fragile items would be necessary to do so.They disassembled the bed frames and table and reassembled everything that was moved into my new home.They even went to the storage unit where I was having certain items stored. They were friendly, professional, very efficient and hard working is an understatement.The company representative on the phone made reserving the job a piece of cake also.When you’re moving, there’s a lot of stress. These movers made this part of the transition so pleasant. Definitely worth the money. Oh, and I called several other companies before calling Qshark and they were waaaaay more expensive than Qshark.I went with Qshark going off their great reviews, price and what they offered.Thank you!

I have been using Security Public Storage and it is such a relief when you just dont have space for your belongings. The facility is clean and very safe. You punch a code for entering & exiting which as a single woman I appreciate as I go solo often. Also they have great deals, prices. Great place to rent from. Very secure and very clean. The managers and office personnel are very attentive and very friendly. Very reasonable rates. Also, if you rent a space on the second or third floor, they have real elevators for you to take your stuff up in, not freight elevators. So you can ride with your belongings up to whatever floor you need.

Ive stored here for about 20 years and rarely come in but when i do, my belongings are just as i left them. I feel that the staff is very accommodating. I am also handicap and the facility has very good accessibility to my unit. They have elevators as well as push carts. Ive never had an issue. Very pleased with my experience.

Staff is friendly and helpful and I was able to go look at the facility and reserve a unit all in the same day. I enjoy having a unit on the second floor because it is always cool and I do not feel concerned about drastic temperature changes. They offer a great military discount which made storing our excess furniture affordable. Elevators and flatbeds make transporting items to the second floor easy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, affordable storage space.

Great prices right on the coast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its so sweet when i come to give them the key to the cart and they always know when i need a glass of water! I definitely trust them to keep my belongings there. Another place where I had my valuables stored suddenly auctioned off my unit and only called me a few days before in which i didnt get the message. I believed my last payment was paid but it was returned to the bank without my realization. I have paid my bill at the same time here and sometimes, yes it has been late, but with the communication I can count on with the staff here I have been able to catch up and trusted my stuff would still be there. They have a huge truck you can use for free for the first 20 miles I believe, and that ended up being a lifesaver for me at the last minute. My fiance and I were moving into a home and the sweet couple in front were so nice to greet us and show us around. They made the process easy to do and I feel completely safe with my stuff there. They live on site which is extremely nice if someone tried to break in they know because the alarm goes off to each unit. I highly recommend this place.

I have been keeping my belongings in storage here for several months and I couldnt be happier. As a single woman safety is a priority for me. It is gated and you can only enter with a security code. Once in the building lights automatically go on. It is also very clean and the people running it are very friendly & helpful.

This is an fantastic facility! It is really clean, and it is not scary to go there alone. Once I followed another car into the facility, and the staff immediately came to check that I was a legitimate renter, so I felt like they were vigilant and consistent in their security! The staff consistently went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Great location and friendly staff. They have carts available for moving your items within the storage facility. Also have a 16 foot moving truck available for no fee but you will be responsible for paying a fee based on your mileage.
