Love Cricket and the customer service that Mr. Lewis provided me was exceptional. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. He helped recover my Gmail information and I was able to get all my information to the new phone.

Just terrible. I heard the new management here are some liars...They chase you down outside & get upset when you dont buy...sheesh get a new job.

This may have been a good cricket in the past, but now? By far the WORSE kind of service ive ever had..Both employee & manager lied about something so small, I couldnt belive the pettiness. When caught in the lie the manager got super defensive, nasty & rude for both of them. Keep your silly phones & silly service. The cell shop by w.colonial & hastings has unlimited everything w/hotspot for 30$ a month. Dont shop here unless you want to be robbed.

Nery is the best supervisor ever at Cricket very helpful and understanding and helps a lot with the customers with their phone and very patient
