Eddie was really great!! He took the time to show me the different sizes so I could decide which one would better fit my needs. He made sure I was comfortable with where the unit was, made sure my code worked and even went though every pricing with every detail. He was able to answer any questions I had. She was so nice I was so stressed from moving and she made everything so much easier even got me into a bigger unit and thank god she did because I needed the extra space! I was in a tight situation trying to clean out the garage, do some spring cleaning, and also clean out a portable storage that was falling apart. I chose Extra space for a few reasons. One being how close it is to my house. On top of the short distance, Charlie the manager was extremely helpful when I called to get some pricing and details. She not only helped me over the phone but also invited me to the office to walk thru a few units so I could choose what was suitable to my needs. She was extremely helpful in every way possible to also include that she reminds me all the time when my payment is due and also goes over the payment options available. I would not rent anywhere else simply due to how great the customer service has been! Thank you sooo much for all your hard work in making sure I’m taken care of!!

This facility is so unorganized when it comes to relaying messages or calling back when they say they will. They gave me the run around telling me one thing and then they kept going back on their word. They also went up on rent on my unit and when I asked if I could down size they told me that even the unit 2x smaller than the one I was in would be the same price. I had been there over a year and they had went through 2 managers and multiple other workers as well. The district manager, Jeff is a joke! He is unconcerned with helping people and has a rude, self righteous attitude. Jeff was unwilling to help me when I told him I could pay to vacate and get all my belongings out but HE refused to let me do that with my stuff being up for auction. I told him I would be in the office when they open first thing in the am at 9:30am to pay but then he went back on his word and told me I have to pay the FULL amount rather than letting me pay what was approved prior. He wanted my stuff to go into auction just so they could profit from it. This whole situation has made me sick to my stomach. I even begged them to let me pay 200 just to get my sentimental pictures and paperwork out and that they could keep all the furniture I had to sell in auction but they weren’t willing to work with me and it’s all the District managers fault! He is greedy and doesn’t need to be in this type of business if he is going to be rude and lie to renters!

Edith is great! Very pleasurable experience. Great customer service. As far as establishment, very clean well kept. Just a couple of things that bother me about the facility. 1] you need to have some units with 8 doors. 2] when someone contacts you about storage, you need to be upfront about cost. When I took possession of my rental, I get told I have to buy insurance? Why was this kept from me during my first call.Just not a good business aspect, by not being forthcoming with all information that prospective renters may need.
