Took my sons 99 Jeep Cherokee in for new tires. Tires are great, but who ever balanced the tires did a superb job! I have always had to have tires rebalanced after initial balancing, but not here. At all speeds the tires are perfect...no shaking, no sounds....thanks guys and thanks to the tech who balanced the new tires.

Took my moms suv in to get two new front tires, they did happen to order the wrong size, but still made it right by having me in the next day to have the correct ones installed. (Mistakes happen)... Then I took a set of wheels and tires to be mounted and installed on my car. Brand new wheels and no scratch marks at all. They take good care of you and your car as well as your wallet. Others wanted $200+ just to mount the tires on the wheels, these guys hooked it up for an amazing deal! Customer for life =)

I recently purchased 4 new tires and rims to return my truck to the stock set up. They had to be ordered in, and during the installation, Cally came out and told me that the back was great, but the front would still need the spacers to accommodate the new rims with the calipers. When he found out that I really wanted to get rid of the spacers, he suggested we order different rims to make it work. This took a lot of extra effort on his part, but he got it done, and got it done well! I am very grateful that he and Discount Tire were willing to go the extra mile!

These folk have my business forever..their honesty has been absolutely refreshing. One of the technicians made an error when replacing my tire. It was minor, but fatal to my tire. So instead of trying to do a shoddy repair job, or cover up the mistake, they were honest with me about the situation, and replaced my tire, FOR FREE. and it wasnt an off brand, P.O.S. tire. It was name brand, and it was balanced and mounted. These days..honesty is such a rare quality that its almost strange when I come across it. Im wanting rims and low profile tires in the near future and I WILL BE GOING to Discount tires. Thanks again guys.

I got home today and as soon as I got out of my car, my tire was hissing and in seconds, completely flat because there was an entire key in my tire. Got the spare on just put the jack and my tire in the trunk and took it to discount tire. There was a good amount of people in the building needing service, I was next and Curt assisted me, he was very nice, fast, and felt like he was present while talking to me. The price for a new tire was amazing, the best deal! I assumed it would be long but once I got home, in 30 minutes it was ready! I checked my trunk once I got home (one time a tire company kept my spare) and my spare tire and my jack was put back in the right place instead of just putting the spare in the trunk. ITS THE LITTLE THINGS. I will always continue saying amazing things about this company because THEY ARE AMAZING!! Give them all a raise, thank you for the great service!!(:

I pulled up to the cone for tire pressure check and Austin came out quickly and greeted me. He directed me on where to go and checked my tire pressure. He was very nice and I like the set up with the cones in the parking lot. Makes it quick and easy to get in and out.

I have buying tires for years always good service but I had tire that needed to be replaced and they said if I ordered it it would cost an extra $35. I said are you sure and the salesman said we can’t get it here for free. I was like your crazy dude. I’m not paying an extra &35. Ended having to go to Walmart.

Went to Discount Tire to dispose of a large amount of tires that had accumulated on my fathers property. They charged us $3.00 per tire which was $0.50 less expensive than the next closest place in price. That saved us quite a bit. They even unloaded all of our tires out of our trailer and back of vehicle. Great that they would take the tires instead of having to take them to a wholesale recycling yard in Salt Lake or Brigham City.

Fast, friendly service. Made an appointment online for tire rotation and balance. When I got there they came out to greet me. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Every time I go there they have been awesome:)

Thought I’d try somewhere new since Les Schwab (my go to) seems pretty expensive. Discount let me down big time. The guy helping me didn’t listen to a thing I said. I gave him the tire size 3 times before he actually managed to remember it. I asked about a specific tire which he then proceeded to ignore and try to sell me on a bunch of other tires.Additionally, there is not a single, solitary tire in the showroom. How am I supposed to decide on a tire I can’t even see? I can look at online tire pictures without having to stop in at a showroom.Lastly, I asked about layaway options and I was greeted by a blank stare and was told I could put some money down if I wanted.I won’t be back, I guess you get what you pay for and I’m not really interested in “discount” service.

The low tire warning light in my car came on I rushed over to Discount Tire told them my problem and the service technician quickly checked tire pressure and inflated my tires. The employees were friendly and got me on my way.

Went in for a free tire pressure check, which is an awesome service. Regan explained to me why my tire pressure sensor light wont stop blinking in my 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor. The battery that powers the system is designed to last about 10 - 15 years. Ergo, flashing sensor light. Thank you Regan.

The service here was great until I got home and looked at my emailed receipt. The guy who took my card ended up charging me an extra $200 for some tire care plan. He never asked if I wanted it, never told me the total cost. I assumed I would be charged the same price that I was told when I ordered the tires.

This is a place that takes pride in what they do, and I shows. I was blown away how efficient everyone was. Definitely a great place to to get tires, price wise. Too bad they dont do alignments.

Always busy so make an appointment. We have found them trustworthy and competitive in prices plus they work as quickly as possible while excelling in customer service. They dont seem rushed, however busy, always taking the time necessary to deal with each customer. In an emergency Im sure they would do their best to take care of the problem.

Came to fix a flat, but since they didnt have a replacement your on hand, they called another store and set me up to go there and have it fixed. Great help right before a major road trip!

Several years ago I posted a negative review about the Discount Tire store at 605 Washington. The reasons for the negative review have been resolved. The last few visits I have had have been very pleasant experiences. Discount Tire is my personal favorite.

They were awesome. Got me right in even though they had other appointments who were not there at the moment.

They are asking customers to wear masks and practice social distancing. They seemed pretty busy so the service was a tad slow. You can make an appointment by going to their website. I highly recommend you do that.

I have to say that Curt, Riley and Angel made my experience such a positive one that I will get tires for all our cars from them at their shop. We had a challenging situation with a mix up in the right tire that was ordered and they provided me with a little better tire than I ordered at the same price from my initial order and got me in to the shop the next day to complete the order. They were so focused on my complete satisfaction which made the experience a very positive one!

The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. I had all 4 tires replaced and they were quick about it. Im sure the speed of service depends on the time of day. I had an appt first thing in the morning.

I have liked the quality of service and expertise the store manager Cally has provided in the past and wanted to use his services. I easily scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived I was quickly greeted by the manager. I explained I was swapping out my summer tires/wheels for my winter set. I asked him to take care with the new wheels and getting them in and out of the back of my car. In no time the job was completed. I examined the wheels and found there were no scuffs from the power tools and the summer set were respectfully place in the back of the car. Thank you! Outstanding!I think it says a lot to get a middle aged woman who cares very little about tires to come write a review.Cally was great! About a year ago they squeezed us in and helped us get some great winter tires on right before a big trip through a bad storm and those tires made a huge difference as we were driving by one slide off after another.Fast forward to a few weeks ago, a flat tire needed replaced and again the appointment deck was full. Cally got us squeezed in again, and we were off on our next adventure.Only this time since we had only replaced the back two tires we didnt know that until the tires had been driven on for a thousand miles or so they would feel different than we were used to. I went back in convinced something was wrong. The explained to me what it was and then to help it feel more normal for me they switched the font tires to the back and the back to the front free of charge.I really like those guys. In the past I just went to whichever shop had the bottom line best price for my tires, now as long as the tire prices are within a reasonable range I dont think I will ever go anywhere else.

This is my go-to tire shop. The service has always been great, prices hard to beat, and real quality tires. People that complain about waiting have apparently never even tried to change a tire let alone replace, balance, and mount four new ones. It takes time and they’re good at what they do so yeah, you’re not going to be the only person there, so you may need to have some patience.

Was great and I was watching them do the tires and they did them the right way. I have went to school for auto and suspension.

Gone here several times with no hassles, but recently dealt with a fairly rude employee who insisted the tires I brought couldnt hold the weight of my car.The car in question weighs 2000 pounds, and the tires I brought (load index 77) are rated for 3800 pounds. My car is a JDM mitsubishi mirage. Asked them to check the weight requirements again as a dodge colt (same chassis, same weight) and they just said theyve never heard of a dodge colt and denied me again.Went to les Schwab. Charged less, treated me great, didnt treat me like an idiot.

This place i swear, I went every where searching for rims and tires for my 18 challenger rt. So I get to discount and they seem great and there able to help me so i place an order for 27 hundred dollars. So Im waiting and waiting for my stuff to arrive calling just about every day (because who wouldnt be excited) then so my tires get there but no rims they assure me 3-5 day shipping. 6 days for and I call they said the ordering company never got the email for the order so there being reordered now. Worst place to buy anything from i would never recommend this place to anyone!

Took in my tire which had been blown out in a unkempt construction area. I had previously purchased the tire and replacement certificate. They replaced the tire on the wheel and had it loaded in the back of my vehicle in less than 15 minutes. Ive always had amazing experiences with any discount tire location in the Davis-Weber area. Big thanks to Curt for getting me in and out so quickly.

These guys are not honest. I took my car in for an alignment and asked for a brake inspection due to brake dust on the fender panels, and the mechanic said I needed new rotors and pads. He called me back to the shop to show me. I couldnt see so I asked him for a flashlight so I could inspect and he said he didnt have one. Then he said I probably needed shocks too (up sell). I told him the dealership measured 8mm of brake pad just 4 months ago so it was impossible for it to be metal on metal. I went up front for an estimate and he told the cashier to include an alignment and shocks. I told him no. I took pictures and send them to the dealership for their opinion and the service manager said I still had 7mm break pads left and the rotors where typical for my car. Ive worked on cars for 40 years and know its impossible for the brakes to be in the condition he claimed. If someone didnt know better this place would have soaked them with a $1500 bill. This place is terrible. Be advised. They wanted to replace a perfectly good part

I arrived to get replacement tires on my car, and was met with excellent customer service. The time I spent there was relatively short, and their service quite fast, even though they were obviously up to their shoulders with customers, already. Their pricing was also relatively cheap, showing that they do indeed live up to their business name. I would even say their service was almost too much, but certainly better that than too little. All in all, great experience.

Used to be a Great place, theyve lost their good people.What I get for trying to be loyal to people that treated me right BEFORE!Charged $84 for Winter Tire Change. $90+ after taxes.When I complained about Price, they said everyone charges that much.Checked with the Company a couple blocks away with BIG in their name.$29.99 an axle!I wont darken their doors again!

Rylie Pixton is the best. She got me in last second for tires on not one but 2 vehicles. And by last second I mean, we went in the get a flat tire fixed and unfortunately the tire tread was too low to repair so she quoted us a good tire for a reasonable price. On the second vehicle, I wanted a rotation and balance while we waited for the first vehicle but the tires on the front were in the same condition of the other vehicle so instead of leaving it at that, she again quoted me 2 new tires for that car as well so she deserves a gold star for that. And to top it off, she made it so both vehicles were done within 10 minutes of one another. Exceptional service. Will remain a long term customer because of her time and knowledgeable service. Sure I wasn’t expecting to buy 6 tires, but because of the level of care I received, I felt comfortable doing so.
