These people are fantastic! The owner is super friendly; he’s very knowledgeable, and he is a Tesla expert! I love the fact that he has a Tesla charger on the property in addition to other chargers for electric vehicles. He’s very courteous and gracious about charging and allowing those that need extra juice in their battery to stop here and charge up. Or if you need your car repaired, they do a fantastic job that they do more than just bodywork; they also have an on-site mechanic whose name is Chris that can troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on vehicles that are not of electric nature.

Best price! Great service! This shop has been in business for over 20 years for a reason! They do windshields,safety and emissions, and brakes too. I have been a loyal customer for years and because of this they have even picked up my car for me at my home. I have heard from many other loyal customers this same story! Shane is our go to guy. Always does such a good job and doesn’t overcharge. I know I’m getting a quality job when I go to the Duesy shop. He doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need and doesn’t talk down to you either. We drive from Logan just to go to him.

This place is awesome. the owner is super honest and even at times very humble except when he shows off his Teslas but thats ok because Teslas are incredible and he should show them off anytime he can. Id like to get a Tesla as soon as I can!

I hit a deer in December of 2016 in my Subaru Forester. Shane was the only person to even come and look at my car. I called several repair shops. He worked great with my insurance. He said it would only take a couple weeks and he was right! He saved me a few bucks on my deductible which was really great. I will definitely tell everyone that needs work done to go see him.

I brought my car into the shop at the recommendation of another shop (that didnt do body work)They were very good and efficient with my car, there was a small hiccupwith a payment made, but I was reassured by the owner.They also gifted me a new battery, which was appreciated greatly. They did a great job repairing my bumper and getting the paint color just right.

Took my Audi here to be worked on because it was leaking oil. They said they would look at it and give me a call back a week passed. No phone call. I called them and they said they would call me in two to three days. I recieved no call again. Called no answer. I had to go into the shop beacause they havent my calls. They didnt started the diagnostic on it after two weeks. Dusty said it would be another before they reached it. They have had it for 2 weeks already with nothing done. Not to mention he said he hates working on Audis. So in ended up taking my car elsewhere instead of waiting another week because he said he was going on vacation. So it will have to wait. Very disappointing because I highly referred to him for it.

The duesy shop is not a good place to bring your Vehicle I highly recommend you dont it will be a waist of youre time and money they are disshonest and will not refund you if you bring your vehicle you will receive it the same or worse they dont take care of their customers and they treat you unfair here definitely not a good machinic shop.

Honest nice guy

I was absolutely amazed and shocked by the honest, friendly, and generous serivices which I received here! I was referred by a friend to The Duesy Shop and I have never been treated so much like a friend by a complete stranger like I was here. Chris is just the most helpful and kind person who Ive ever encountered at any autobody/mechanic shop! EVER! He asked me what my problems were concerning my vehicle and wasted no time at all popping my hood and identifying the causes of the issues I had told him about. Not only did he quickly identify/fix the concerns I had brought up; But he also took his time to identify and quickly repair some additional problems that I wasnt even aware were causing a huge problem as well. He did all of this for me with no request for compensation or charge. Of course, I DID insist on paying him for the amazing service and kindness that he showed me. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is sick of getting ripped off and overcharged for minimal work + poor service at other dishonest autobody/mechanics.
