Had an appointment for today. Did not receive any response from the company as to what was going on. So I called they had a situation with my glass order. Apparently I have been rescheduled. Guess no one notified me about any problems. I was told the dispatcher would call me. And again NO PHONE CALL was made. Very very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I will do everything that I can to get people to go elsewhere.

Fantastic company to work with. Staff reaches out quickly and gets appointments scheduled at your time and location. They also do a great job navigating you through the process with your insurance company. Field techs are friendly and do great work. Highly impressed with this company and highly recommend them. Fantastic experience.
