Came in and needed a rock chip repair, they did good on that, but I asked specifically to NOT REPLACE MY WIPERS, they did it anyways without a second thought, threw my old ones away ofcourse, and charged me, and now that the weather is getting bad, I realize how awful they work too!! I have to get ANOTHER SET of wiper blades and I am furious!!

Just got a new windshield installed by them today. They tried to install the wrong windshield. They didn’t put all of the components back for my rear view mirror and I didn’t notice until 10 minutes after I left. I had to get to a meeting and after the meeting it was impossible to call and get a hold of a live person so I will have to drive back there tomorrow and hope they still have my parts to my car. I highly doubt they will. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have been using this location for 15 yrs. I have had them put windshields in many of my cars. With many different insurance types. While I miss the old way of waving deductible if it was under a specific amount. Yet I understand why, with prices like they are. Also with cars now having so many technology features built into them. Where they will be sure all parts work before finishing. Definitely check these guys out. They are so good at what they do. Also office staff and ticket writers care about you and your car. Which really shows in the LEVEL of PREMIER service!

I had a great experience. This location is very clean and safe. They have taken all the proper distancing protocols and they made me feel very comfortable. Jeff did an awesome job. He even took my oil change sticker off the old windshield and put it on the new one. For me it is all about the little things. There isn’t one smudge or fingerprint on the windshield. Very impressive!

Got us in immediately to repair a rock chip. Took quick half hour for job. Took care of insurance coverage. Very friendly and competent. Chip was a bad one, but repair made it almost invisible.

They fixed my driver’s side window in an hour and a half. The waiting area was clean and had spacing for social distancing. The receptionist was really sweet and empathetic to my situation. They kept me updated and got me out in a reasonable time all while they were busy. The pricing wasn’t horrible either. Definitely recommend this location.

Safelite took over Techniglass, then refuses to honor the LIFETIME guarantee! $105 for the first rock chip repair, $30 each additional. Could get a new windshield for that!!

Safelite always pulls through. This time I was traveling out of town the next day and they fit me in their schedule da walk in. Less than an hour later I was on the road again! Courteous, professional and talked me through the work they did.

This Safelite Store did a great job replacing and calibrating our Subaru Forester windshield. A rock hit it the first of the year and you guessed it, it cracked all the way from the top of the glass down.We were greeted kindly when we arrived by the lady at the front desk. When the work was done, we received a phone call.On pickup we had questions about calibrating the windshield and two young men were able to enlighten us about what they did.They were so knowledgeable and very confident in their work.We appreciate all of them at this Store and will use Safelite again when we have a broken window to repair. And as a bonus CDC guidelines for COVID were in place. Thank you!

After having a cracked windshield, I checked pricing on repairs to get the best deal. While I DID get the CHEAPEST deal, it was by far the worst. At first, the windshield rattled. When I called, the gal explained that it was normal because the adhesive needed to set up. Being a writer, I am not a mechanic and went with it, waiting a few days as suggested. It still squeaked. I called back, but they couldn’t fit me in that weekend. The next day, a rock flew up from a pickup without mud flaps so I got a chip.By the time I made it to their shop that day, the split had trailed across my windshield. Upon inspecting the crack, I noticed that when they had changed the glass, they additionally decided to trade out my metal rear view mirror. Instead of the one that originally came with my car, a CHEAP plastic one replaced it. Whenever the sun is out, the plastic heats up and softens, causing my replaced mirror to point at the floor.Calling Safelite, I was told they could repair my glass for an additional $80, but they had no clue about what happened to the mirror. The windshield is EXTREMELY poor quality. If you look towards the sides of the glass, you can see the images are horribly warped. While I certainly give kudos where they’re due, this is NOT the place.Before giving this place your money, ask to see a customer’s complete windshield and inspect the edges. There’s no pride in this company’s work—and absolutely no apologies. I’ll return to Techna Glass where their work ethic is much better as they stand behind it—without their palms and shoulders raised in confusion.

Not without hiccups, mostly because of COVID, but I would surely use again. Just know its significantly easier to let your insurance setup an appointment for you.Up front, it was a bit of a pain getting an appointment scheduled. The tie they use between their site and my insurance made it extremely frustrating. Especially when you then try to call and the automated system wont let you speak to anyone and wont let you proceed without having your insurance schedule for you.Once I finally figured out the hoops I needed to jump through, it was a pleasure dealing with them. The service was nice. The installer called to discuss their game plan and he was very courteous and professional. The final product, after the install, was very impressive. They vacuumed and sanitized as well.

I had a rock chip and it was fixed within the day. The team was great, professional, and made sure all items touched were sanitized (COVID) before handing the keys back to me.

I am very pleased with the level of support I received from Safelite. The back windshield of my Tribeca took longer than expected to arrive, but Jeremy kept me informed and I really appreciated the updates. He always followed through with what he promised and made us feel valued. The technician was also amazing, he came to our home and took care of this quickly and cleaned up all the broken glass. Dont give them your email address. I called in for an appraisal, theyre more expensive than a lot of other places but they also probably do better work in my opinion however since I decided to go with someone else because they were cheaper I have received seven email from them I kindly selected the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email and they wont stop sending them to me I called up and ask them to remove my email address, they were very kind and did so but with all this hassle Im not going to waste my time calling them again

I had a quarter size chip, still has a very small chip not covered by repair, very expensive at $89.00 with 25% off... not happy they sold it back to me this way!

When you call a company and cant speak to a person period you wait on hold to get transferred only to have them tell you that you have to go into their location or pay online well what if you want to ask them some questions about how they run their business or if they even work on a day that you need their services you dont have the ability to get online while youre driving but they prefer you to just get online. I dont think Ive ever dealt with a company that would not speak to me Im blown away that I had to sit on hold twice only to be told that I cant talk to anybody

I had a fantastic experience with Safelite. I was a techniglass customer prior to this and it was recommended by Geico that I use Safelite to use their mobile service for convenience. They did a fantastic job and I was always taken care of and had my questions answered. They are a great company and i will definitely be returning for any other glass problems that I may have.

Terrible chip seal resulted in a cracked windshield, then sold wipers and put them on wrong. Found out in a snow storm 😡. Now must drive down to shop to talk to someone because automated phone tree won’t allow human conversation.

Scheduling was easy, they took care of more than just the windshield and I didnt have to bug them about their promo code. I will go back if I need to. (Hopefully not)

One of the few times when the expectations created by a companys commercial was delivered! Within an hour of my calling my insurance agent about my cracked windshield I received a call from Safelite to schedule an appointment and was offered the option for mobile repair - It literally was as convenient as the commercial. I received a text with the confirmation and picture of who my technician would be. Since there was a window of time for service they offered to have the technician call ahead when he was on the way. When the technician named Duncan came in his nice clean van, he was friendly and professional and as I observed him work I knew that he was well-trained and well-equipped to do the job. I called my insurance agent to thank her for lining me up with Safelite and let her know how good of an experience it was!

I waited forever because the sweet lady at the desk forgot to help me. They did a good job on my windshield.

I had bought a windshield through Technaglass which was absorbed into Safelite, and the windshield Id gotten had a lifetime free rock chip repair. Not only did these guys honor the service, but they went above and beyond by vacuuming the carpets and cleaning the windows. Very impressed.

We were so disappointed with our experience with them. I had to drive 20 minutes for their service. I tried to call but the computer answering program they make you go through was so non user friendly, it was a fiasco and ridiculously complicated. I drove to their location and had to make a return appointment because they needed to order the windshield I needed. I missed the next days appointment because of a crazy snowstorm and went back the following day and asked if they could get me in. It turned out that the windshield never was delivered anyways and they sent me to another store 15 minutes south of that one. I got there and they knew I had already “missed” my first appointment so the lady told the guys to go ahead a take their lunch break and that I needed to wait it out for another hour until the crew could get back. The waiting room reeked of wet dog and cigarette smoke. I walked out into the 35 degree weather and walked up the street to another windshield store and they quickly listened to me and sent a truck out to my home and replaced the window the next day. I was so glad to have that done. I will never NEVER GO BACK TO Safelite ever again.

Took my car to safelite to get my rear window defrost glued back into place. 2 weeks later its broken again. I never got to take the tape off. On another occasion i got a crack in my windshield fixed and it looks great.

Was informed the star crack was unable to be repaired. Have to wait for it to crack and then replace. Insurance was advised. Must be a rift in the time continuum 🪐🤪

Sabrina was awesome to help schedule my appointment within an hour of mentioning that I have a chip. Kay came out to my work and went above and beyond to help. Not only did he fix the chip, he cleaned all my windows and side mirrors and even vacuumed the inside of my car! I was blown away by how fast and easy the service was. Kay was seriously awesome. I would recommend to anyone!

This was my first time at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful and they did a great job on my repair. Bonus that they had free snacks while I waited.

We had an amazing experience. Their staff is professional and accommodating, and they offered coffee/snacks while we waited. We had two rock chips repaired, and they had them both done in under and hour. My husband and I will be back if we have any other auto glass needs.

Overall, very impressed! I had to bring three small children with while getting my windshield replaced. The staff (especially the receptionist) was kind, and understanding. They provided snacks, drinks, toys, and coloring books. Although the replacement took an hour and a half, things went smoothly. I appreciated the information I was given and the man who serviced our van did a great job. Our windows were cleaned, and the front of the van was vacuumed. We also received free window cleaner. We will definitely be taking any future business here.

I’ve never used Safelite before and after having a bad experience with another windshield company (&walked out not getting my trucks windshield fixed) - lead my husband to calling these guys. I didn’t want to deal with it since my last experience at the other place was so bad (I was treated like a dumb women)... but Today I had the technician Stephen. Stephen was amazing. He was polite and kind and very professional. Even more then that he was good. He took maybe MAYBE 30 minutes... and he knew his stuff! And to start out I was even grumpy, and he was still kind to me! He literally made my day totally shocked me when he showed me that I got the windshield with the ram logo. I was told by the other guys I couldn’t have that one. I was stunned I was so happy. Then Stephen told me he cleaned the dash and vacuumed and - I’m sure it’s standard but he made sure I knew not to drive and when I could. And then he said he knew my truck was uncovered & storms were coming in so he wanted to fit us in before it started to rain. My point being USE SAFELITE but ASK FOR STEPHEN. They have a mobile service that came to our house and replaced the windshield, vacuumed out the car and even transfered the oil change stickers from the old windshield. Awesome

I visited them for a rather large rock chip last week. Beforehand I had called my insurance and created a claim. My insurance put me on the schedule for their earliest appointment, which was at 3pm but I was on my lunch break at 2pm and they were able to see me right away. I was there about 15 or 20 minutes is all. Their customer service and communication was exceptional! They have an extremely clean customer waiting area with free coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks. They explained all the risks to me, which no one has ever done before and I’ve had my fair share of rock chips. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Great experience 👍🏻

Staff friendly and up front about what to expect with chip fill/repair. Hayden explained what he did, wait time for the end process, cleaned all my windows, gave me a can of their spray window cleaner and to call back if I incur any issues(remote possibility of crack occurring from the filled chip).

I had my windshield replaced recently due to a rock chip that started cracking across. I called my INS; they set me up with Safe Lite. Technician came; replaced my windshield quickly, then vacuumed out my car and washed all the windows. Outstanding job!!!

Apparently bought out techna glass, they charged 29.95 for lifetime rock chip repairs. Now Safelite charges 39.95 for ONE rock chip plus 15 dollars more if you have 2 rock chips. So expensive. Very unsatisfied

They were great! They came to my business, they were on time, they were quick, and they billed my insurance for me. Very convenient!

We were on a road trip when the windshield bracket on the car came loose. After a quick fix with duck tape we made it to Ogden. I stopped at Safelite which was a short trip from our hotel. I got there right as they opened. They replaced the screws on the bracket and checked the other bracket as well. I was there only about 10 min and they didnt charge anything. We were back on our way rather quickly.

They take care of everything! I didnt have appointment but they still fixed me up. They contacted my insurance and completed a claim for me. Everyone was super helpful, the wait area was clean and had snack, drinks, TV, Wifi and kid toys.

I had a new Windshield installed on my 98 Dodge Ram. It was pretty simple, dropped the truck off at the shop for my appointment and picked it up shortly after. The job looked good. After driving down the road a ways (Utah to Michigan) I rolled down my window and the headliner started coming down off of the front of the truck near the windshield. I called safe lite warranty and they sent a guy out to fix it in even though I was in Michigan. No cost, and it was good word. Ive bought 2 windshields and if I need to again, Ill go to Safelite.

The office staff was excellent. They helped me process a difficult insurance claim, which saved me hundreds of dollars. BTW, it was my insurance companys error but the office staff went the extraile to make things work.Great service and good peoe. I will definitely go back again.

My insurance company suggested I go through Safelight for my cracked windshield and Im glad I did! I was hoping to have them come out for the repair since the crack was all across the drivers side but they were booked a couple weeks out. So instead, I was able to come to the shop in Ogden very next day. They said to expect a few hours for the replacement but I swear I was only waiting a little over an hour before they were done. The tech who did the work came out and gave me the care info as well as a bottle of their window cleaner. Everyone of the staff I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend contacting this location the next time you need a repair or replacement for your windshield

I wish there were a negative star option. I booked my appt in advance to replace our windshield. I get there and waited 30 min and they had not even started on my car. Then I get told they dont have the windshield in stock! WTF! We were supposed to leave for our trip the following day. Now, we have to drive with a broken windshield.

First of all when we made the appointment we told them SPECIFICALLY our kind of car has a particular size of windshield. Made sure they reassured us over and over. Then we bring the car to the shop go home and 30 minutes later got told they have the wrong size! And now we have to wait a whole week??? When my husband got in the car they didnt even pull the e brake up and the car started to roll back. Not to mention they also suggested new wiper blades at the begining and then we we came to pick it up! Reminding us of something we already know. They refused to get the manager. Overall they are complete morons! Wouldnt work with us or nothing. Do not go here!
