Absolutely a great bunch of folks. I bought injectors and a head and studs from these guys on line. So a little while later I received a call from them. They called to insure that I was getting what I needed as in making sure I was buying parts I could use with my setup. I did really appreciate it because Im pretty much a parts replacer and need the expertise they offer. Top notch folks and I dont think you will go wrong with this company.

Wild Diesel does great work. They have done lots of work on my 2004 excursion. They give me a plan and a cost for the work that they are going to do so there is no surprise at the end. They are busy so plan on making an appointment ahead of time. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Great place to have quality work done on diesel motors.1/2/2020. The excursion need some more work. I made my appointment a week or two back but they were able to get everything done today. Super helpful and friendly once again.

These guys are awesome, truck blew an exhaust gasket driving through. I showed up at there shop right after they opened at 7:30. Told them what happened and they had my truck fixed and on the road in 45 minutes. Super fair price great customer service

I went to wild diesel as they were highly recommended. I have an 05 duramax and I had the 2 and 7 injector harnesses go out they changed them both but the 7 has gone out serveral more times. Ken kept telling me it was a design flaw and nothing could be done I suggested wrapping the line in heat tape to hopefully help. Yesterday my 7 harness went out once again. I decided to take my truck to shade tree auto who just informed me there has been a fix to this issue that includes new mounting brackets. I am very disappointed in wild diesel as they have cost me hundreds of dollars, several break downs and let alone the time spent.

I was 2000 miles from home and had 3 injectors fail. Limped into the Ogden area where we had some friends and they recommended Wild Diesel. I took the truck in and told them I was in from out of state and need help. They were very understanding and worked us in. They were very professional, answered questions, and showed me the diagnostics on the engine. They gave me a very fair price and had me back on the road in a few hours. I went from worrying about being taken advantage of, to having a very pleasant experience. If they treat a customer who is thousands of miles away from home with exceptional and fair service, good probability that they treat everyone that way. I have had a lot of work done by ken and the wild diesel guys they have always treated me well, I just recently had my clutch done by them and they did a excellent job, they had called and asked me, if I wanted the rear main seal done since they would already have the transmission out, which saved me money I highly appreciate work they do and are a very knowledgeable shop .

I have an auto repair shop and have purchased items from them. My wife asked if they look into a repair on our personal truck using a purchased extended warranty. Trevor told her to stop by when she had 10-20 minutes. She did and they promptly took her keys and a tech took it for a drive. About 30 minutes later Trevor handed her the keys and said that he would talk to her after (the manager or owner) he was done talking. Thirty minutes later, she gave up and walked to the desk, removed her warranty info an left. The owner asked if she had been helped and she told him no still walking out. No one called to offer to finish helping her, called her to inform her of what was discovered or anything. Fast forward a week. She calls and is told that she just showed up without an appointment and would need to schedule to get her answer! LAME!

They did a great job changing the motor on my Duramax. It runs great without many problems since. Only complaint is the egr blocker plate they put on the up pipe when I asked them to cut it off and weld a plug on it. I later ended up doing it myself after it cracked and made a huge boost leak. Other than that they did a great job and there great people to work with.

These guys are amazing! Been nothing but great help along the way I’ve bought an ATS intake elbow and we had a few complications in the beginning that the box was missing a few items for instal. No questions other than what I explained to them no hesitation they took care of everything got me fixed up right with a whole new order and told me to just send back the old one. I live on the west coast their shipping times are incredible just boyond fast. Always a pleaser to speak with them if you have questions and they’ll be honest if they don’t know, they ask someone else in the company to get the right answer. Just recently ordered a turbo from them also the customer service is just amazing again they’ve been nothing but help along the way I can’t wait to give them more business. I took my dodge 6.7 to these guys for a head gasket. 2 days later my truck stopped working. I took my truck out of there because they couldnt figure out what they messed up. My brother and myself figured it out and it was something that they easily sould have caught. I spent triple of what they said it would cost to gix my truck and i took it out in pieces. I will never go back there again. I dont like saying bad things about a company. Someone elses experience may have been great, so just take this as my experience and opinion.

Took my Cummins in to get a upgraded lift pump in. Great service quick turn around and extremely professional and friendly. They even filled out and sent in my warranty info for the lift pumps life time warrenty. Will be contacting them to do my head gasket and studs when my truck gets to that point.

Did an amazing job on my husbands truck

I walked in here looking for a hx35 rebuild kit. Little did I know they were a b.e.p dealer and gave me a wicked good deal gonna b.e.p hotside and showed me some amazing options for turbos. These guys know there stuff you should definitely walk in there and take a look.

Ken is great with customers and he really knows his stuff about diesels, i spent a thousand dollars trying to fix my truck somewhere else and he took a look at it ( took him 2 minutes ) and told me my issue would cost a whopping 7 dollars to fix.

I have purchased several thousands of dollars worth of parts from Wild Diesel. Everyone is very helpful and happy to help. I will continue to buy my parts from them.

I went into wild diesel for a head gasket and head studs and was sold a gasket set for $189 and head studs for $460 only to find on wild diesel web site that he had added 20 dollars into the gaskets and 5 dollars to the studs. Very dishonest. I worked with Ken directly.

They got me in and out real quick all while the phones were ringing off the hook.

I am from Alabama and was pulling from Oregon back home and made our way through to Ogden, UT. However, after pulling a 5th-wheel all night with wife and 3 young children we had something start roaring on the truck. Pulling over to a rest stop 13 miles past Ogden at around 7:30 AM I started calling round to shops since something was wrong. Opened up hood and felt air coming from EGR feed tube. Thankfully, Wild Diesel answered and told me to come on by, 42 foot trailer and all! Once I got there they were awesome...saw that it was the EGR feed tube and ordered from Sandy, OR so we had to wait. We dropped our 5th wheel at a nearby RV Park while waiting for part. Once part was in my wife went up and they installed (ran into some issues the pushed up time but they didnt charge extra labor!) Anyways, long story short...we drove away later that evening after it was fixed and another issue happened! Waited until the next day and brought truck back to them...less than 30 minutes they tightened a gasket issue and no problems! BY FAR the best experience we have had in a long time. They went out of their way to help us with a bad situation while being stuck in the area. Thank you to the whole team! Also, all the bad reviews...not sure their deal. One thing I know is Ken is a to-the-point guy that is honest, but a straight shooter. They will do everything they can but they arent going to roll over and just let people take advantage of their helpfulness. Thanks Wild Diesel! Our family appreciates your help!

This is only the second time I have ever felt compelled to rate a business and that being said, if I could give this company zero stars I would. Ken is a bully and a thief. The first time I attempted to change power settings on the Edge Chip that Wild Diesel recently installed it wiped out my trucks computer. Even after an employee admitted that they failed to install the chip properly Ken proceeded to use vulgar language in front of my 13-year-old son, took my cell phone away from me because I told him I was recording the conversation and then dropped my cell phone (I-phone 6) when I tried to get it back from him. Wild Diesel charged me $200 in total labor and then used my warranty to have EDGE reprogram my computer and performance chip. Just to emphasize how big of a jerk Ken is, he laughed about dropping my phone and told me that he would sell me a copy of his security footage for $640.00. Your guess is as good as mine as to why such an arbitrary number? The bottom line is, as a veteran and a pastor, I would encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, AWEFUL. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By far one of the worst service experiences ever.In fairness I will explain the drama so all can draw their own conclusion.I brought Wild Diesel a complete and working used turbo assembly and asked if they could rebuild it. They assured me they would find someone who could. 6wks later and a verbal quote of ~$450 to rebuild (that I agreed to) the assembly was returned, non rebuilt, parts missing (waste gate actuator and bracket), and parts (bolts) marred beyond use. This was identified at Wild Diesel so there was no dispute of who caused it. Wild Diesel assured me they would make it right and find another rebuilder. I asked for a written quote this time before any work was completed. After a few weeks of I was informed that the turbo had already been rebuilt, the waste gate actuator was still missing and the bill was $575. I had never seen a quote nor had I agreed to any work. After debating, Wild Diesel and I agreed that I would pay the original $450 that I had verbally agreed to months before (even though the actuator is missing) as a best of a bad situation.I am left feeling that Wild Diesel played the lame duck game with me by saying they were at the mercy of a rebuilder and they were just caught in the middle. I feel that I should have never paid them for the services as there was never an agreement made and that the part is still unusable. In kindness I paid and I think that I should not have been kind, that my attempt to do the right thing was what was taken advantage of. I think that a reputable company should be the one who takes this stand not the customer. My result is that to replace the missing waste gate actuator and bracket with an OE part will cost me an additional $300 (Jim Ellis VW is the only one who sells them). I feel that Wild Diesel refused to accept any responsibility for not properly managing the transaction with their outsourcing the job and wanted to push as much of the costs of their own incompetence onto me. The fact that they incompetently managed two different shops shows that it was more Wild Diesels fault than the suppliers. Wild Diesel was upset that they had to cover cost of shipping and that they made no money from the transaction. I feel that is the absolute bare minimum that could have been done. VERY DISSASTISFIED CUSTOMER

Horrible customer service, paid for motor rebuild, bored 20 but used stock sized pisons, never put in my 188/220 cam, decked block and head used stock hg so pistons hit valves, forgot my springs and studs, gave me some sort of korean injectors instead of my new dynomites, paid for a triple disk converter got a rebuilt single. All junk within 2400 24 hundred miles. Never use this place. Thats just some of the problems. Not even half. Stay away
