Bad customer prices are 1 or 2 dollars higher on just about every item and there is very little selection on the floor items service... associates are argumentative and have a bad attitude if you dare ask them a question 🙄 I guess I was interfering in their serene life by needing assistance. I guess I was just expecting a little more from a store that portrays its self as advanced??.. advanced in what bad employees and high prices... i wont be returning

I limped my car in this afternoon to the Riverdale Road location after having my car jump started. I asked Bruce if he could check my battery and he happily put down the product he was getting ready to put away and came out to check it. I needed to replace it and I asked if he would be willing to take the battery out and put the new one in. The temp outside is 101 degrees today.... and he had to stand on hot asphalt to do it. He said he would. This was a day from hell and having to spend an extra $180 when I wasnt planning on it made it worse. Bruce delivered absolutely amazing above and beyond customer care. I was so grateful for this service and will now be making sure I use this company whenever needed. I would have given 5 stars, but the other people working there at that time (1 inside, and 1 was outside) were not very personable and seemed bothered at my existence.

Usually have had good experiences with this location in riverdale. This time when I went in a man by the name of terry any question I asked he just gave straight attitude. Asked if they had a certain product in the store and he said they were still in boxes. He didn’t even bother to offer to see if it was accessible to get he just stood there looking at me like he just didn’t care at all. Never understand how some of these people have jobs.

Usually dont mind coming here but today it was awful. Man working was extremely rude! He was unhelpful, gave me the part. I can return the part but not the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude he gave me.

I had bought a coolant hose about 48 days ago. In the meantime, I had never installed it but tried to return it to the store and as its past 45 days, they should had offered me a gift card per their return policy past 45 days. The person at the store tried to push back on me for this return. As my car has been completely damaged since then, I ended up leaving this brand new part with this employee, along with receipt as this hose is totally useless to me now. Ill probably never buy again from Advance Auto.. I have a lot of other choices in the market..

Didnt end up buying when here, called in to see if they would replace a battery with purchase of a new one, they said they would but when I got there they claimed it was too cold and dark, went next door and OReillys didnt hesitate to replace it, Im sure price to price/brand to brand theres minimal difference, buy OReillys employee made a customer today based on the higher tier of customer service received

These guys have what I need when I need it. Also very willing to help answer questions and even install my wiper blades on my vehicle. One time I thought I needed a battery, bought it and then brought the car to them with then old battery for them to test. My battery was still okay so they refunded me without any questions.these guys are great and easy to get to on Riverdale road. I will continue to go back.

Terrible customer service now I know why I go other places in this is a last resorttried to take back a switch and it was a complete waste of time they would only return 1 and said I had to take the other one to the other side of town to return the other one complete waste of my timedont recommend this place to anyone thats why my shop does not have an account here everytime they have an opportunity to prove themselves they do the best job possible to not help you

My first visit here and the people were friendly. I prefer visiting here versus the other auto parts stores in downtown Ogden that are in very sketchy areas, even in the middle of the day. I will definitely return here for any future auto parts needs.

Although all the staff is very helpful and friendly, I personally just wanted to thank L.J. For his tireless effort in assisting me and saving me hundreds of dollars on maintenance costs. Even though he was busy, he enthusiastically at the drop of a hat answered all my questions and even came out to diagnose what the problem was with my vehicle. His extensive knowledge and steadfast customer support allowed me to get back on the road and fix a problem my vehicle had been having for months before it reached a breaking point. This location is always my go-to for parts and advice. Bruce is also very helpful in the same fashion.

Went in to get a new battery and had it installed. The service was quick and the individual that helped me was very friendly. Will definitely go back.Update: Went back again a couple years later to have a battery replaced in another car. Same great service. Very friendly.

Ordered a front brake pads/rotors special off the internet to be picked up in store. The in store experience was great! The online experience, not so much. During online checkout I was told I had been selected to receive a $25 gift. I knew better... but clicked it anyway... After all it was part of a credible businesses check-out procedure right. $16 in fraudulent charges on my credit card for magazine subscriptions.?.? Surprised a place like this would allow shady advertising tactics in their online checkout.

These people are great man. And ole Dustin Reese must have just learn how to work on his car cause he thinks he is the only person that does so. FYI these places are always busy lol and no I don’t work for AA, I have a different low paying job.
