Great place for car parts. Great service.

The surrounding area is a little older and looks more like the blue collar and lower working class live & work in these homes & businesses which appear to be in fair to good condition. The store was clean & staff was friendly & attentive. My husband was inside looking around for a bit while i talked with the cashier. During the short time he looked around he said one of the guys stocking the floor kept coming up to him asking him if he needed help, even though hed explained that he was just looking while waiting for me. Still this guy kept asking my hubby if he needed help. Either he has no short term memory or hes a poor judge of character and thought my hubby was going to steal?!?! Anyway, we had our battery tested & needed a replacement. We were still under warranty so we received our replacement battery at no cost! I did question if this guy knew how to switch out the battery. Aside from wondering if it is fully secured and tightened back in place (Im checking/fixing it when I get home to be sure😕) all went smoothly, especially dealing with the heat too! 🥵

I was impressed with AutoZone Ive shopped there more than checker but I went to check her a few days earlier and I asked him after it was wrong up Im $37 with an antifreeze and cuz my van was having some problems and I said Diego veterans discount they said yes I didnt know they did sending order and they could have rerang it you know we rang the ticket or saved me dollars and some cents they didnt even try so I was a little bit upset about that it really inside it would have been that top they just could avoided that sale and just rerang it and put the discount in there this next time anyway but Checker is always I know I can go there and I I know I can feel comfortable and thats a big thing when you feel comfortable with the employees is that you they really do care I dont want to say they want to check or dont but overall I think AutoZone has a over them you know anyway great place it doesnt matter which AutoZone Ive ever been to there there just just good help

I was just there. Needed a bolt messured to see the thread pitch and length. Just pointed me to the bolts. No help. Walked out and went to orileys across the street. They helped me with no problem right away. Will never come to this autozone again. They earned orileys a life long customer.

We went in looking for seat covers & found lots more! Lots of phone accessories & many more things a girl & her car cant live without. Sales people were very helpful & it was a very pleasant experience!

AutoZone is usually my go-to, because even though their prices can be slightly higher than others, they have no problem price matching. I also get the best customer service there! I wanted to give a shout-out to BEN at this particular location though, because he always helps me find the best deals, will walk me through the project I’m doing, and is highly knowledgeable. He deserves a raise!

I bought a part from this store, I got it all installed but didnt have the socket I needed to torque it down. Instead of just letting me use the set they rent out anyway, they wanted to charge me to use the darn thing. I literally needed it for 5 minutes tops, in their parking lot, and they still would not let me use it. I wont buy parts from here any more.

The AutoZone on 32nd and Washington, is the best AutoZone in Ogden. Joe Jacquez is the best. Always gives it %114.

AutoZone has a very diverse inventory of parts. I do 90% of my own work so that is perfect for me. They also have a good rewards program where you get a point if you spend $20 or more, 5 times, then you get a $20 credit.

My daughter and I stopped in because of check battery light on her car. Andrew (Andy) Hunsaker was kind enough to come out and check. He realized a belt was broken. He first told us how to replace it but then he went the extra mile and replaced it for us. He was kind enough to explain to us what he was doing and then to check and make sure all ok once replaced. He even got under the front of the car to make this work. All this with a kind, helpful smile on his face. Thank you Auto Zone and Andy. Made our day safe and better.

Had to buy a battery...they said I had to buy a terminal cleaner or they wouldnt honor the warranty on the new battery. So I had to spend 12.00 more than I had planned on....

One of the employees made eye contact first thing when I walked in the door. All I needed was a spark plug but I was in and out in 3 minutes is all. and they allow you to work on your vehicle out in the parking lot I have trash cans everywhere thats nice lot of places dont allow you to do that.

Called in to see if they had a part in stock and clerk answered. He proceeded to tell me I needed a new PCM over the phone even though the part I requested was an alternator. I did not ask for his opinion or diagnosis especially over the phone. Especially since I had thoroughly tested the alternator and it had visible damage which was affecting connectivity. He persisted and I asked So you are an ASE certified tech then? Long pause then he replied I dont know why you even called if youre going to be like that Well I called to reserve a part for purchase. I did not call for your sight unseen over the phone diagnosis about a model of vehicle you clearly knew nothing about. I went to ORileys and paid the same price without the sass. You lost this location a customer I will never shop here again due to your actions. Oh I got the alternator in over a week ago and it totally fixed my problem so nope, did not need a PCM, you were wrong. Probably find a different day job. I know about vehicles, some poor person who isnt as savvy could have really been screwed by your arm chair sight unseen diagnosis. Really terrible. Youre a parts store employee not a mechanic. Edit five months later still running strong with new alternator. Yeah buddy you were wrong

I needed to replace my windshield wiper nozzle and I was able to order and get the part installed with the help of an AutoZone employee. I hadnt ever replaced one before, so it was really nice that I could get it all done right there at the store. Thanks!

One of my headlights was out and it was late when I noticed it, and I didnt want to drive like that home or the next morning to work so I called to see if they had my cars lightbulb first and then went it. Being a girl, know nothing about taking it apart to get to the light bulb. Andy (manager??) was very attentive and polite. After he rang me up, we went outside and he put the new one in and also noticed another light bulb was out so we went back in and made another purchase for the upper side light and he put that one in also. I was very impressed how attentive they are especially to help someone that knows nothing about cars. Just wanted to acknowledge your nice staff and manager. Thank you Andy!

Worthless, maybe worse than Oriellys

First they seem to be a little slow when theyre helping people just trying to make sure that they get everybodys Parts correct. Theyve always seem to be able to have the parts that I needed or are able to get them the next day. Theyve always price match to everybody. So I dont feel that you can get any better service then what they provide.

I needed a brace for my muffler & they sold me the wrong part. I took it back & asked them to get me the right one. The next day when I returned, they brought out the exact same part. I still have it in the package nut I no longer need it. I had a shop fix it & now Im going to have to return it again. A pain in the ass & what a joke.

Guy said the fix would be simple, said we could find a video on YouTube to fix the thermostat in our car. That was a downright lie. Luckily we had a friend who was a mechanic and fixed it for us that night. Will never listen to them again about easy fixes.

Always a great experience! The employees are funny and knowledgeable. This location also has a big parking lot and they keep it clean and keep the garbage cans empty.

Its sad, just because you are an ex employee they have the ability to trespass you? Warranty file deleted, you walk in and the first thing you get instead of drop stop 30/30 is get out you worthless p.o.s... is that the treatment every ex employee gets after leaving? If you quit they would say you were terminated, its just sad... micromanagement is their priotiy, been in contact with corporate and its always the same thing, dm would call you, after 3 months of dispute... nothing. Other than that there are very few employees that are top level customer service a feeew ...
