One employee I spoke to when I pulled in on the way by, told me I had to make an appointment to get my AC recharged.When I got home and called to make an appointment, the employee I spoke to said they dont make appointments for that, and I would just have to drop it off, and they would see is they could fit it in!Apparently they already have all the customers they need, because I wont try there a second time.

The gentleman that worked with us was awesome. Our regular mechanic was waiting on a machine to get repaired and our AC was blowing hot air as the outside temp was peaking up into the 90s. A few other places had told us other reasons of what needed to be fixed and wanted to charge us nearly $400 simply for labor even though the parts only cost them single digit amounts. The mechanic here suggested replacing some stem valves to see if it was what he was thinking the problem was and if it wasnt at least that was one checkbox off the possible leak list... Turns out that was correct! Thankfully he saved us hundreds of dollars and unecessary replacements for a reasonable cost. Thank you!

I have gone to Bexel for years. Their staff is knowledgeable and they are just really great people. I recommend them for emissions testing you can do your auto registration there and any repairs that you need you cant go wrong with their prices and with the quality of the work you get.

These guys are great, i wont take my car anywhere else. Ive tried other shops around and they are way over priced. Needed to get a cylinder replaced and Bexells was 1000k cheaper than other places. Same when i needed brakes they were 600 cheaper than other places i called around to. They do great work on top of being fair priced. Highly recommend.

Came to get a Safety inspection done and the person did not even look at my vehicle in the parking lot that was 2 months ago.... Pulled up today for emissions test. The bald headed man looked like I was the biggest nuisance. I pulled out of the bay and went to Jiffy Lube on 12th Street. They welcomed me and let me stay in the car. I never used to be this way when Brandon was here on a daily basis.

Had an appointment scheduled to have some work done to one of my cars but ended up having something unexpected and important come up and got to busy and accidentally forgot about my appointment at the shop you’d figure that sometimes things like this happen? But I ended up getting a phone call from the shop’s mechanic who basically called to see where I was at I told him that something came up and that I completely forgot about the appointment I actually apologized for what happened up until he started sounding really annoyed and started getting a bit of an attitude and complaining that he put off other jobs because of my appointment (not my fault you did that you could have taken other jobs in the meantime) and basically started lecturing me like I was a 5 year old over the phone (this guy is definitely younger than I am and should not be lecturing a grown adult about canceling appointments...I’ve been to a mechanics shop I know how they work...) sometimes unexpected things happen bud. I’ve been coming here with all 3 of my vehicles for years to have maintenance work and service done and for inspections but that’s stopping today I will no longer recommend this business to my family my friends or my co workers ever again.

Had a mechanic (Cody) call over to my shop and mention he was dealing with a rough vehicle. After politely explaining why I could not service the vehicle, Cody got aggravated and acted as if it was personal. He mentioned he was representing Bexell and decide to write multiple reviews bashing a family business. This gentleman does not need to have this attitude in his workplace. I will not recommend anyone.

Always get my emissions here. Been doing it for years. Bought a new car and got off work late and I called and asked if they had time for an emissions test if I was there 10 mins before they closed. They said yes and I hurried there. Traffic held me up and I arrived with five minutes, before they closed. They hesitated but took me in anyway. Within 5 minutes I was in and out. Fastest and best service Ive had at any auto service station.

When I went to pick up my truck after an oil change, it smelled like smoke inside. I figured maybe someone had smoked near it and it would go away with the windows down. After a full day with the windows down, still smelled like smoke in there. Somebody smoked inside my cab. Also I went and opened my hood after that because I was upset and now suspicious, and they had left a full bottle of oil just sitting open inside my engine. Lazy, inconsiderate, and poor customer service.

Needed emissions done. Came here on a thursday at noon and they had me done in under 10min. plus for a extra $10 they can take care of all the paper work there. no need to go to the DMV. ($30 for emission + $10 license plate sticker)

Originally went to DEKRA Emissions across the street, but waited in the lobby area for 10 minutes and no one even came to greet me. I found out Bexells was close by so tried my luck here. As soon as I parked my car, I was greeted by a technician who took my car in immediately and had my emissions test done in under 5 minutes! Awesome service!

I’ve been bringing my cars for inspections for years and they make it so easy and painless. Last time I was there for a routine emissions/inspection, I had a brake light out that I didn’t know about. I was told it wouldn’t pass like that. Thinking I would just go home and fix it, he instead pulled out his bag of tricks, found a bulb for it and replaced it for me for nothing.

Ive been taking my cars to Bexell for 15 years. Its not the most convenient place for me to get to, and Im always a little bit tempted by the coupons that come in the mail, but every single time I go Im amazed at how quick and easy Bexell makes everything.

I only leave 1 star, because this program wont let you leave 0 stars.TERRIBLE work. They not only did not fix my car properly, inserting a bolt in the opposite direction from how it was supposed to be inserted, but when I brought the vehicle back after the belt slipped off, they told me how they had rigged the fix so I could get on the road, and that if I could find the part to fix it properly, they would still charge me again! They did all of this in a very rude tone of voice . NEVER EVER USE THESE FOLKS, and I plan on telling everyone I can of the shoddy workmanship and poor service I received.

My ac compressor went out. I had them replace the compressor plus they replaced all the pulleys and my serpintine belt. Not once was I treated differently because of my gender nor dismissed. Wayne explained things and Im sure I drive him crazy with all my questions. Lol. The icing on the cake? His labor charges are reasonable because he doesnt milk it. Hes professional and knows what hes doing.

I called the mechanic Friday he said they were busy to “call back tomorrow around 1” so I called around one the next day and the mechanic didn’t even show up for work!!! Bexells is OK as long as there arent any problems.Tera, of Bexells, is nice and down to earth. But, there was a problem and she not only refused to help, she blamed me.I bought a vehicle and drove it just a few miles to my home before it started having problems. I bought it As-Is, but there is a reasonable expectation of value that was not met. When I asked for help, she directed me to her brothers shop, Bexells Auto Service which is right next door, who she made clear isnt the mechanic she trusts to work on her cars. He did nothing but bad-mouth his sister and tell me I had to pay him to look at the car. Tera told me she paid him already, but their fighting prevented me from getting any help at all from either of them.I had to buy a new transmission, and Bexells refused to help in any way. The sibling rivalry between the two Bexells was uncomfortable and made the total experience very frustrating. Not only would I never again buy a Bexells car, but I wont have a vehicle serviced at a Bexells station. If there happens to be any other businesses out there named Bexells, I wont go there, either.
