Stopped in to look at cars and ask about financing. Filled out a loan app right off the bat and was shown a list of vehicles in my payment range. Test drove two and was told I qualified and my loan would be for 24 months with a $1200 down payment. Was pretty excited at first until the salesman told me that I would be leasing the car for 2 years at $197 bi-weekly payments and that the loan was interest free and only financing $4800. If I want the car after 24 payments I can pay $2k to buy it out. Numbers Def did not add up so when they sent the contract I read it word for word. Total amount of payments over $10k then the buy out showed $3300. Also was told I would not have to pay for wear and tear on the car if I traded it in in 24 months, contract clearly showed that you would get charged.I understand it is a credit repair program and you expect to pay for that but if you are upfront in the beginning about it being a lease might have made a difference. Would have ended up paying $13k for the car and it was a 2009 with $130k miles.Rep wanted to explain the contract but at that point I had lost trust in anything he said.Honesty goes a long way and I was confused why everything the rep told me was nothing that was on my contract. Didnt sign and no longer interest...too shady!

I was helped out by Hal and his team they were very helpful man thats one good team they have I went in there primarily to just too look at options with the possibility of finding something that I would consider at a later date and they worked with it and brought me a car to check out and by the end of it I started to feel myself in the car they had brought out. And actually, I thought the the whole team was great the first 2 days I was at the dealership. Then of course the vehicle I got started having problems. I had repairs done and paid for them myself. I called the dealership and received no response about the issues I had with the vehicle. I even called Ricks cell phone and could not get him to answer or return my calls. I contacted their finance company to try and make arrangements to make a double payment 1 payment later because of the parts and labor I paid for, and the guy said see what you can come up with today. The vehicle was down for a week. I got this vehicle for my company I have. I went to the dealership to discuss the issues, and Rick was a complete a..hole and started accusing me of tampering with the tracking device in the vehicle. I was stunned that he acted so ridiculously unprofessional about the situation and wouldnt talk to me for 4 hours of waiting there. I had several customers from my business waiting for me. When he did talk to me, he took the key to the vehicle and went inside and hid. I had my work trailer hooked up to it. He left me and my girlfriend out in the parking lot and ignored us. Hes a liar, and because of him, my personal business suffered beyond repair. Rick is a joke. Markosian auto is a joke. They got my down payment and left me out not caring about me or what I had gone through. If I could give negative stars, they would be piled high on top of Rick and his future.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Leased a car on June 18 one week later car started having problems. Traction light came on and the car would jerk. Well 4 trips to mechanics did not get fixed they said they didnt know what was wrong. Have been without a car for two weeks now and no word. Tried calling Rick goes to voice-mail I have left a message for him to call with someone at the dealer no call . I am about done with this mess.

I just recently purchased a car. The salesman seemed cool. My car didnt have two keys so they had to make one. I was told to bring my car in and they would give me a ride to work and pick me up afterwards. So I took my car down there, and got a ride to work, ten minutes before getting off of work I get a call from my salesman saying hes to busy,haha. So unprofessional. REDFLAG! Then I start hearing a thumping sound from my car. So I sent a email explaining the situation and I was never contacted. Ive has my car for 4 days, and now it needs to be fixed. I cant drive it.....oh and I had to get it towed twice. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because their taking care of it, as they should.....4 DAYS! OMG...oh yeah, no one ever asked me how Im getting to work the next few days. Update: my car is still in the shop, but Rick got a hold of me. I might finally get my car sometime today or tomorrow...was having a hard time, I feel better now.....update I have had 3 different things wrong with this car, havent even gotten the tags yet...wow!

I recently got a Prius from Mark and Izak, they were amazing and had amazing customer service. There was an issue with the brake system that they all promised they would fix. The problem was a lot more than they had thought. Rick the store manager spoke with Nick Markosian about how to make it right so I wouldnt have to put more down and my my payments wouldnt increase. They made it way easy to get me into another Prius that was safer with no hassle. The company really wants to do right by their customers and try their best to make sure every customer walks away with a smile.

Mark and Tomas are great. However it didnt stay great. Ive had my a little over a month and its been one problem after another. The day my payment came due I called because I was working late that day. The next morning I get up to go pay my payment and they had shut my car off. Its been 2 days since they said they would come get because when they shut it off they messed my car up. Day 3 and its still sitting there not able to drive.

The servers is trash no communication with the customers just got a Ford explorer 2013 4 months ago.. when I got it out the lot it was running good week past started to have problems i told them nothing they ignored me.. till now the truck is having more problrms I had to go to make a show for them to do something about.. now we are stuck with no car ford try to called them Friday but they didnt answered them till now its the 19th. My lil daughter gots an appointment with oncologist but we dont got car al they told me that they didnt cared.. what a good car dealer ..😄😄😄

My wife never had a car loan and was a first time buyer. Markosian Auto says they have the best first time buyer program. She ended up paying $2500 for a 2013 Nissan Maxima with 70 some thousand miles with a $255 payment every 2 weeks. We questioned why the payments were every two weeks and got lied too that it was for the first few weeks then would go to monthly which never happened. Come to find out it was a lease program. Now we can’t afford it due to the COVID and reached out to turn the Maxima in as we could not just drive it there because they turn the vehicle off for missed payment that we already asked them to pick up the Maxima as we no longer could afford it. About a week ago we talked to Mike and he said he would handle it after he finished his sandwich, which never happened. Briana says it’ll be picked up tomorrow afternoon. We’ll update then. Buyer Beware!!!!

I purchased a car from them last February it locked my daughter in because the key phobe would work. Had to call the police. They didnt believe me when I took it in until they saw for themselves. So they got me into a new car. I was bi weekly payments and switched to monthly. When I switched to monthly they tacked on 21 more months of payments!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THEM AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO THEM. IT IS IN THEIR BEST INTEREST AND EVERYONE ELSES IF THEY JUST CLOSE DOWN!!!!
