My radiator broke yesterday and I needed it fixed the same day in order to be able to work. After calling autozone and O’reillys and hearing that my radiator could only be ordered in from out of state I thought I was out of luck and was going to have to cancel work appointments. I called a few other radiator shops in Utah and none of them could even give me a date of when they could have it shipped in. Chris at western radiator worked really hard and searched multiple different places to find my part. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to cross reference a few numbers and find something that would work. Chris was kind, professional, quick and super helpful. He needs a raise.

I accidentally put a hole in my radiator right before a big trip. Unable to source a new one that would be adequate for my truck in stock, I called these guys to ask if they could fix it, they said yes. This was definitely true for me. Over the next couple I days I put 800+ road miles on it and about 70 miles of fairly aggressive off road use. It is still holding strong, I assume that it will be a permeant fix and will serve my truck for many more years. Big props to these guys for being able to fix it in both a timely, and economical option. If in the same situation again, I would 100% be right back to them to have if fixed.

I talked to Chris on Thurs. And set up an appointment fot the next week for a new radiator. You couldnt get the one with a factory sencer . so he told me not to worry he. Could install one and he did . when I saw it . it looked just like the factory one that is on it.. Very good job..... And great price.Very professional . just like the factory... Great folks. Had an issue and they worked hard to resolve and fix the issue. They found a part in CA and had it shipped and installed in 2 days. Hard to find parts for a 1983 BMW. Would highly recommend these folks.

I took my dads motorhome to a place in Sunset and they charged me 1200.00 for a tune up and they left wires hanging, check engine light came on (wasnt on before),and the motorhome started leaking (wasnt leaking when I brought it - it had never leaked). They wouldnt admit or fix their mistake. I found WESTERN RADIATOR and the guys there were AWESOME. They fixed everything in the motorhome, for a quarter of the price of Charlies, and had the best customer service. I absolutely recommend Western Radiator. Were customers for life now!

In less than two minutes I was given a cost considerably less than the others I had called prior to finding their webpage. He then explained that he couldnt do it right then but if I brought it in the following day it would be ready by close of business. To be honest I didnt buy into it but figured I could save a considerable sum. Long story short, they hold true to what they quote and actually call to discuss anything that may change (in this case adding a radiator flush). Top tier

These guys though.... Seriously. They are so helpful! I had been quoted by others at least $100 more to have my AC fixed than what these dudes charged me. 6 months later, my car dies in the middle of the road and they towed me to their shop right before closing so they could fix it first thing in the morning so I didnt have to wait until after work the next day. Such nice guys!

I use these guys whenever I have an a/c or radiator type problem thats too big or over my head and have for years. Theyre really friendly and they do what has to be done - no more, unless of course you want it. The owner (Chris) and his guys are also helpful even when I just call for advice. Wow is all I can say. These guys fixed a radiator for me about 10 years ago. The story behind that is that Chevy dealership wanted to replace the radiator and it would cost over $500. I took it to these guys and it was $80 and just needed to be cleaned out.Today I took my Chevy van in and they diagnosed and fixed it for like $100! No need to replace radiator, just a couple of loose hoses, a broken junction, testing the pressure, replacing fluid etc... All for $100. I am just a computer programmer, so I could have never done all that work.
