Excellent first time experience! Husband and I stopped by hoping to find a special kind and color of heels. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for, but I found something better! They were having some awesome sales when we went and I found some other great shoes for a killer price. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked some questions and at checkout. Would highly recommend shopping here, I know Ill be back!

The employee Valma was so helpful she went out of her way to make my husband and I feel important..she helped my husband find the right kind of shoes for his feet ..he told her the style he liked and she showed him different brands of shoes and let him know which shoes would work the best for him..

Pretty good selection of shoes of course. We did have a few problems with finding some kids sizing. The prices are fair, better if you utilize their deals, coupons, and buy multiple pairs of shoes. The employees were helpful but not overbearing. Overall good experience.

The online shipping takes WEEKS but the customer service in store is outstanding! They do all they can to make sure their customers are well taken care of. I love my shoes from here.

Slow and incompetent. The worst service I’ve ever had. Employees didn’t know pricing, how to online order, or call for more help. I get they can’t/ won’t tell anyone to put on a mask but if they are less than a foot away from me and you are ringing me up, they could ask them to back up after or before I asked the people already.

My husband and I went to the store tonight; looking for dress shoes. My husband asked an associate named Bailey for help finding a size. She had such an attitude about wanting to help us. When we asked her if she could help us order them online, she was so put off! She took 2 of the boxes, walked up to the front registers slammed the boxes down, walked around the counter scanned the first box said told you, its on clearance, I cant order it. With attitude! Threw the box on the floor, scanned the next box and said this one you can. My husband told her to order 2 and to please have them shipped to our home. It was not a pleasant experience at all. We left feeling like, it would have been much easier to just buy our items online, somewhere else. Were we would not get treated with such disrespect. We have been here many times, but the customer service tonight was a HUGE TURN AWAY! We hope Bailey has a better DAY tomorrow!

Shoe carnival is always easy to shop at as is is rarely busy. Seems I end up here about once every six months. This is due to the current quality of shoes. They arent made like they once were. Cheaper material which wears out faster, but rising prices. The employees are generally friendly, but do not really help with locating products. Ill still be back in another six months though.

The moment I passed through the doors I was greeted in a friendly manner. Theyve got a variety of brands to choose from but I knew what I wanted and right where to go so I didnt have to ask for help. When cashing out I was greeted again and offered the opportunity to pick out a second pair of shoes for half off. I couldnt find what I thought I wanted and was short on time. The clerk let me know I had until closing the next day to take advantage if I had more time then. I was quite pleased with how friendly and informative the staff I interacted with was. Ill go back tomorrow for the second pair, Im sure.

Not too thrilled about the ladies that helped me... they weren’t helpful at all! I returned a pair of shoes that I purchased about 2 weeks ago. The lady seemed so confused about how to do an return...I then found a pair of shoes online to exchange the old pair for, they told me I owed them 25$ extra. I had even showed them that the price of the shoes were the same price. To do the price comp took like 10 minutes because they had absolutely no clue how to price match their online stock... like seriously!!!

Went to buy a pair of Nikes got watched the whole time the guy literally stood in front of me and watch me try on a pair of shoes like I was some kind of criminal just because Im Brown they didnt look at the other white people in there just me you should be ashamed of yourself shoe carnival.

Not alot of sizes and when I asked about discount for the adidas brand shoes for essential workers (nursing home)they did not honor it which they did for my daughter who is also a nurse in oklahoma they honored her the discount.

Love this shoe store, shoes, prices & crew are all great! This is where my family & I get all our shoes. The point program they have is great! It doesn’t take much to get a major discount by adding up your points. Of course with a family of 7 of course it’s easy for me, but seriously even just yourself or a small family of two or three this is pretty easy. Ordering online, having delivered to your home or pick up at your closest location is a great option to have.

Lots of shoes, but what they dont have is mens sandals, at least only a few to choose from and definitely no leather sandals with a strap around the heal.

Bought 2 pair of converse and they didnt ring up correctly and the cashier wouldnt fix it. Not sure if I will visit again because of this. If you are going mark them clearly as a bogo or whatever the sale price is the least you can do is honor the prices.

Found something for husband but not for myself

Not sure if its due to The New normal but you couldnt find any help on the floor and now they are only putting one shoe in a box which makes it a little tough when trying on a pair of shoes for comfortability I suggest downloading the app for an instant $10 off your purchase.

They have a wheel of discounts that theyll let you spin.A big assortment of mens, womens, and kids shoes. Athletics to boots to sandals. Even slip resistant and steel toe (mens and womens).Im not sure why there are so many complaints about returns. Their return policy is pretty lax at 60 days, with a box, receipt, and not terribly worn outside. If its a real defect with the shoe, (its not as comfortable as I thought isnt a defect) theyll work with you beyond their 60 day return policy.They always have some big special running like Buy One Get One Half Off, Buy One Get One Free Sandals/Boots, 20% deals, etc.

Not a bad place, pretty good deals. I would like to see more sizes for kids though; had a hard time finding a size 4 for my 8 year old. Still they were pretty cool and ordered and shipped the shoes to my house once I found a style that came in the size he needed.

I had awful service here. The two people that helped me both seem irritated that I would ask them for help finding an item. The most upsetting part, is when I directly asked the cashier 2 separate questions regarding the price of my purchase and the coupons he could apply. With both questions he interrupted me and assumed he knew what I was going to say. His answers to both questions did not apply to this situation and he would have known that if he had chosen to take the time to listen. I could be understanding if it was busy but there was no one in line behind me and the store had less than 10 people in it altogether.

My kids gave shoes for my birthday. I went to show carnival to exchange them because they hurt my feet. When I showed her the gift receipt she said this is 6 months old. I should not allow a return. So then she decided to return them, so I went and found different shoes. When she processed the numbers she said the difference was 1 penny. So I gave her a nickel and told her to keep the change.

I love the options & the prices. The shoes dont fall apart like other stores shoes. Good brands: Nike, sketchers, Adidas & others.

I went yesterday, their first day being back open. They were all busy sanitizing everything lol. The service I got was fantastic! I could not have asked for better service. If one person didnt know the answer to my question, they went and asked someone else.

Not a bad store. Prices are average price for shoes. The do run promotions often. I would wait for one of these. The vary from percent off to but one, get one 50% off.

I bought the most amazing sandals here. Baretraps. Amazing. Things are a little pricey but everything goes on sale at some point its just about going at the right time. Not to many wide options, none with wider toes for toe seperaters, just not enough shoes that are actually healthy for your feet.

They NEVER have the sizes my kids need, so they can ship it if I pay the shipping fees. A good company would pay the shipping if they couldnt provide the product in the store. Manager is rude. Returns are a joke. Using a coupon is too much effort for the employees most of the time. I can go somewhere else and get a better deal and have so much less frustration. I wont be back.

My review is specifically for ordering online. I paid for expedited shipping which they said was 2 days. They didnt say anything about an additional 2 days of processing. When I asked them to help me fix the situation since they never disclosed the 2 days of processing (they agreed with me that it isnt disclosed), they said that there was nothing they could do. Really sad customer service on their part. Not willing to help in any way even when it is their fault.

It seems like they always have a deal going on. I went here recently to get some steel toed boots for my brother and ended up getting a cute pair of boots for myself for only $12!!
