The price for the repair was not clear. It was more than I was expecting. I thought the diagnostics would have been included if the repair was completed. Make sure to get a clear total before completing repairs. The repairs were done as requested.
They sold me a stolen 2013 Ford F150. Then I was given the run around about replacing the truck. Wanting to give me a trade in value on the truck. It wasnt until the insurance company got involved where things set straight. And I still lost 5 thousand dollars on the deal. After the service I received from many members of the staff, managers the owner and his sons. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Warning to the wise I have talked to many dealer that said the treatment I received was wrong and unprofessional.
I have been looking for a good usedCorvette for a while now. I saw what looked like the perfect car on the John Watson Chevy website. I called the dealership and was connected with Ivan in sales. A Long story made short, he and I discussed the vehicle and he helped me get a “ball park” trade in value on my vehicle. I drove over from Colorado, honestly a little worried about doing most of the transaction over the phone. Well, I had nothing to worry about, the team I met with at John Watson did exactly as they told me they would! That, and the car honestly exceeded my expectation, it was/is perfect! I don’t live in Utah, so these folks really owed me nothing. What they gave me was honestly and respect! If you live in Utah or western Wyoming and want a Chevy vehicle, do not hesitate to talk to Ivan or any of the team at John Watson! Honestly, when I am in the market again, I would drive the 7 hours to Ogden to be treated like this again. They are really a great dealership, 5 stars, 10 out of 10 to me!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have been casually looking for several months and Dennis has been very patient and low key. He never pressured me at all and seemed like he genuinely was trying to help my find the right car for me, and not just trying to pressure me into buying any car I looked at. He was always willing to show me anything without pressure, which I really appreciated. This is why I kept coming back and eventually found the right vehicle and purchased it from them. The buying process was super easy, laid back and low key. Even Terrell in the finance office was great. He offered me some other warranty products but was very respectful of my decision and didnt push it further. He was very kind. I always dread buying cars and dealing with the headaches but this experience overall was a great, pleasant, experience, and I am very picky about who I will work with. My new truck had a ticking noise so I brought it to John Watson. Turns out the lifters in 2020 Chevy Trucks have a know issue. I bought this truck at dealer in another city but Im glad I took it to John Watson for repairs. It took a few days to get the diagnosis and then a few more to get parts. Mike (service manager) kept me informed every step of the way and provided a pretty sweet loaner to use while my truck was being repaired. He knew that I had a vacation coming up and needed my truck. He had my truck repaired a couple of days earlier than estimated.Having problems with a new truck was very discouraging, but Mike and his mechanics came through for me and I really appreciated it. Fairly quick service, about an hour for a normal oil change and tire rotation, they did fix a misunderstanding fairly quickly after it was noticed regarding an older vehicle having used full synthetic blends, as they forgot to ask whether I wanted full synthetic or conventional oil. Prices are reasonable and they do a 21 point inspection for oil changes. Prices are fairly upfront, you wont find unexpected charges without them asking you first.
I had a great experience. The service advisor was great, the service was quick, the service tech even found a bad tire on my car.
I took my Avalanche in for a problem related to my left rear brake seal which was repaired. While there I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. When it was on the lift, four different problems were discovered. They too were remedied. Bryan did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of what was going on, I had my Avalanche back the next day. I truly appreciated the alertness of your service department technicians as well as the conscientiousness and the up frontness of your service manager. OUTSTANDING job on this visit -- thank you -- and BRAVO!

I went to Watson for what turned out to be a simple tire repair and an emissions test. It took over 2 1/2 hours for this and I feel it would have taken even longer had the service writer not noticed me sitting in the waiting room for so long. Ive used Watson for every service and repair to my Silverado since the day I bought it brand new in 2010, but I doubt I will ever go back. They seem to have forgotten the meaning of customer service and that my time is valuable to me.
I made an appointment for an oil change early in the morning. When I got there they told me it would be 1 1/2 hour wait as other customers had already come in for oil changes. The whole reason for an appointment is to avoid waiting. This is ridiculous. Please explain the purpose of an appointment if it is first come first serve anyway. On the plus side, they did a thorough inspection that found a couple items that will need attention. Bottom line, they do a good job, just know that you will wait for anyone that showed up before you that day.
I needed a new car same day for a company need. Watsons team was friendly, speedy and fair. Transaction took about 2 hours test drive to out the door. I’m very pleased with Watson Chevrolet.
We dealt mostly with Cory Watson, and could not have been happier with the way he treated us. The best compliment I could give him is that he did not act like a car salesman. It seemed you were working with a friend. And we were very impressed by his honesty and lack of sales pressure. I feel like I made a friendship, not just bought a car.

We brought our vehicle here September 2019 to have a message it was giving us, of park to shift on our 2017 GMC Acadia repaired. It was fixed under our vehicles warranty. About 3-4 months later the message appeared again, I recently called John Watson and they told me that they start off by replacing a minor thing but since the problem reappeared then they’d be replacing the whole shift harness, only now it would cost us almost $400 because our car had 37K plus miles on it. We dropped our vehicle off at 8 A.M. by 5:30 P.M. we were wondering if they were done working on it, we called and they said, “yes that it had been ready!” But that they were about to close, we said well no one has called us to tell us our car was ready for pick up. I was upset no one had taken the time to call us and discuss how the repair went. Upon pick up, we see the car has many little scuffs that were not there before (in the area where they worked) I have picture of before and after, since we are looking to sell our car. That is very upsetting to us! They could’ve been more careful. Aside from having to pay almost $400 to have this fixed, because it wasn’t done the first time, not calling us when our car was ready for pick up, they also scuffed it up during repair. I would not recommend John Watson to anyone, very very displeased with their service.**UPDATED**Since posting this, Patrick reached out in an effort to make things right we spoke for approximately 26 min. We discussed what the misunderstandings were. I truly appreciate them reaching out regarding the issues, their willingness to fix the cosmetic damage. It wasn’t necessary since I sold the car, which is why I was having the shift to park problem fixed. But their prompt response to this matter was greatly appreciated.

That is weird because I did not leave a good review two years ago and I just seen this post, and it showed that I really like them and that is very untrue, I had a very bad experience, I paid CASH $17,000 + for my car paid in full, and once I did the car started falling apart and the salesman (James) wouldnt talk to me, he would run and hide, He should be embarrassed because me and my family seen him several times doing it, then I went in to see if I could trade it in and one of the grandsons of Mr. Watson I cant remember his name because thats how important he is to me, he was really rude and said we all have wear and tear, I said OK well yes wear and tear but not after the first week, overall he was not polite not willing to help me, He also said youre not going to get what you paid for it and were talking three weeks after I had the car so I asked him to give me some numbers how much I would get with the trade-in he didnt call me or text me information I wish I wouldve never gone there and all these years I thought highly of Jon Watson Chevrolet but I no longer do and will not recommend anybody to go there

All of the staff I met were helpful and courteous. I returned to ask about a noise I could hear when the car is traveling forward between 0 and 14 mph. The technician who worked on my truck left various important systems unchecked after service. 1) failed to connect radiator hose, resulting in massive cooling loss. 2) ground strap disconnected 3) some how after service I had holes in the radiator hose, and the heater inlet hoses 4) the cooling fan fin where all broken, I found large chunks of cooling fan debris on top of my engine, and the cooling fans capability reduced so much the truck is now running hot, which has never been a problem. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

I had an all around good experience buying from John Watson. My salesman Ivan (pronounced eee-von) was especially helpful and came through on everything he promised, he’s a professional and pleasant young man to work with, be sure to stop in and catch him when he’s wearing his pink flamingo button up shirt he seems to get you the best deal when he has that one on. Cory really pimped out my 2020 Silverado HD 3500 out! I was just making my usual Costco run minding my business one day and this big red beauty caught my eye not once but twice, then boom! The next day I’m driving her off the lot. Terrell in finance (despite being a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, I am a 49er fan) was great to work with as well, he was quick and thorough with the paper pushing and financing. I recommend purchasing the touch of class detailing service thru him, it’s well worth it. I did need to have some issues taken care of and some after market items installed onto my truck and John Watson always had a loaner car available for me to use so I wasn’t out of a ride, that was excellent. The service manager Patrick was excellent to deal with as well, he didn’t over promised or under perform either. It’s nice to get shot straight especially about how long work is going to take. Dealerships are still behind as a whole on customer service but John Watson seems to really care about you as a customer and it shows. One thing I would recommend for improvement is some free popcorn, I’m just a big kid really and always enjoy a free popcorn, a lot of dealerships offer that while waiting for your vehicle. Yesterday my car was Stuck at a maverick due to the anti theft deterrent late at night, I had just filled my tank with gas and was about to take off when the anti theft light turned on and kept my car from activating.They sent a nice man to help me get it running again resetting the car by detaching certain parts of the battery. Thanks to him I was able to go home instead of sitting in the cold all night.I dont remember his name but I hope he knows his kindness made all the difference. When GM wouldnt cover my door paint damage on my 2014 High Country Silverado, even though I had the touch of class paint protection, Corey asked to take my vehicle across the street to a business they work with and provided me a really excellent deal to get my bad paint blemish restored to just like new. John Watson Chevrolet knows how to treat the customer right!
Took my car in because the warning light came on saying vehicle over heating temperature gage was all they way to H. Made an appointment at 8 am, I didnt receive a call about my cars findings until 11 am, telling me they cant find anything wrong with the car at all. Spent $160.00 dollars for them to tell me nothings wrong with it! VERY FRUSTRATING and Expensive.
I looked all over for the truck I needed for my work and John Watson came through for me and my business. They made it so comfortable from beginning to end and I will be buying my next truck from them when the time comes. It was an awesome experience.

We’re finally home and that could be possible without the fine people at John Watson Chevrolet our suburban started breaking down 148 miles before Provo UT. we were able to limp all the way to John Watson Chevrolet, we explained to them that we are currently in the middle of a move from Washington state to Oklahoma State they quoted us what it would cost to fix the vehicle and we didn’t have the money. in six hours they had us in a new vehicle loaded out and ready to get back on the road. we stayed the night we came back the next morning and they took even more Care of us by setting us up with a luggage rack container and sent us on our way. this move wouldn’t have been possible without these people these guys deserve all the service and all the acclaim that they can muster if it wasn’t for these guys we would have been stuck we owe them everything thank you

I recently purchased a new truck from John Watson Chevrolet. My particular model was tough to find, in both the options I wanted, and pricing. I went from Brigham City to Provo in my search. John Watson easily made the short list with the amount of work they put in finding my vehicle and pricing it. They patiently helped my 10 year old daughter stay unbored. The service and attention given to my vehicle order were first rate. This included text and telephone updates and even video of the car being unloaded from the delivery truck! The only negative - some water spots left on the car when it was washed. On the whole, only slightly short of perfection!
Well I called about removing the shifter knob too my 2013 cruze cause I didnt want too damage the shift release a man by the name of Victor told me go for it you wont damage nothing, now my car thinks its in park and the release is jammed so theres that..

My wife and I came in looking to trade in a vehicle that we were upside down in for a truck. Peter was our dealer and did a fantastic job of helping us go over all of options with no pressure at all.
