You have to love Baskin-Robbins. Best place to hang out with friends and family and enjoy some really good ice cream.

Please hire new people intelligent enough to actually handle the customers appropriately.

I took my 4 kids into this location today and the lady working today was so polite and helpful even though my kids were very indecisive. The ice cream was great as always!

We were looking for a place for some ice cream rather late at night. Everything was closed, except for this Baskin Robbins. The staff was very agreeable and willing to help us out. The ice cream was wonderful with so many different choices. We will be coming back before we head home.

I usually have a great time at this Baskin Robbins, but Beth was curt, and impolite. She needs to work on her customer service skills. She would not even hand me my receipt, somebody else had to retrieve it for her to give to me, so myself and daughter could get our regular: two strawberry milkshakes.

This store is located on Harrison blvd which at times can be a very busy road. The upside is there are smaller streets you can use to get back to the main road. The parking lot has more than enough parking spots. The staff is friendly, and is patient and helpful. The kids have tried several ice cream flavors and so far have enjoyed all of them. I love the banana split as you can customize the ice cream flavors, and toppings. We all know that sometimes you dont like all the stuff that normally comes with a normal order. They do have some seating inside, and outside so you can eat there is you so choose to.

The services was wonderful. However, the outside seating was gross and the garabge cans were yucky! During these virus spreading times cleaning should be a huge priority. But overall always yummy icecream and service was great.

I remember getting ice cream here after seeing the ballet with family when I was a kid. Place is still great 🙂

My wife and I live in Ogden and stop at Baskin-Robbins a lot when the weather starts to turn warm. We were there today, the 19th of April around 4. But today we had an issue and it had nothing to do with the ice cream or the super friendly staff. Our issue was hygiene. With this pandemic going on, we waited for the store to be empty before I would enter with my mask and gloves on. There was a young lady there with her daughter getting ice cream before us so we waited for her to finish. I was about to get out of the car when we noticed she went back in. Turns out she worked there. We watched as she chatted with the other young ladies and put on an apron to get to work. I went in and she served me, super friendly but she never washed her hands which under the circumstances really put me off. I asked for cup instead of a cone because she touched the cone. None of the staff were wearing gloves or mask. In fact they were operating as though everything was completely normal and this is not acceptable with a pandemic raging. I dont hold any of the staff accountable but I do hold the LEADERSHIP of Baskin Robbins in Ogden accountable. This is unacceptable. The doors were also closed so people had to open the doors with their hands. We are strong supporters of local businesses in Ogden and have went out of our way to frequent local businesses as a gesture of support. The local businesses we frequent have instituted procedures to minimize the COVID-19 risk to their staff and customers by using gloves, mask and sanitizers. I witnessed none of this at Baskin Robbins. I see no reason Baskin-Robbins in Ogden on Harrison cannot do the same. To neglect the welfare of their staff and customers is a severe disservice to our community. This needs to be addressed urgently or I can no longer visit nor would I recommend it to anyone else which would be a real shame. The risk are simply too high. :(

It was my first time visiting a Baskin-Robins, and my overall experience wasnt bad. Nothing to shake a stick at, as it was as youd expect any other fast food service to be like. Somehow though, the ordinary experience did leave me a little unsatisfied as Ive heard good things about the place, but perhaps thats just me. I ordered a chocolate dipped waffle cone with sprinkles and a double scoop of Snickers ice cream, which I cant complain about, but the chocolate on the cone left a residue in my mouth which didnt fly over well with me. The staff was nice, but the young lady who helped me loomed over my shoulder while I made my decision. Granted, Im heavily indecisive, but the looming did make me feel rushed, but I understand that may not have been her intention.

The ice cream is good but the staff are kind of pushy and off putting. Instead of offering to help me find something they just kept saying what would you like, or are you ready to order. Stuff like that. Dont think its worth the price though.

I went to the store and placed and order for a small rectangular cake for my boys birthday. I got a round cake instead and the excuse was Im not the cake maker. The person who runs the store called me back and was concerned about the misunderstanding and my disappointment. I appreciate that he took the time to call and take care of the issue I had with my cake. Thats good costumer service! Other than that the flavor and quality of the cake where really good and my boy was happy with it.

My wife and I stopped in for an after lunch treat. We were pleasantly greeted by the kindest, well mannered Server named Brinndley. She calmly advised us what our choices were and prices.When we made our choices she asked what size and type of cone we desired, as well as offered us cups to put our ice Cream in.She smiled the whole time and I looked around and noticed that the store looked immaculately clean, so we complimented her on it.It was such a delight to see a teen aged kid as ambitious, and with a wonderful demeanor, have such a terrific attitude. She made our visit a 5 star experience!Thank you Brinndley!

So many flavors! Very berry strawberry is my fave. Huge scoops! I could not finish 2 scoops.

It was awesome!! Was rushing to get there before it closed. I walk in to find I had an hour to for before closing. Google maps needs to be updated with proper closing times.

The Carmel Cream Puff ice cream was amazing. The cashier over charged me slightly. When I brought it up, she seemed so confused that I felt sorry for her and dropped it.

Customer service was very unprofessional and was not okay. The negative attitude was apperant with one employee as she seemed put out by us being there. The employee that served us was barely coherent, she would ask but she did not listen and did what she wanted..will probably be choosing a different spot next time.

Got food poisoning immediately after eating here.

I ordered a cake online to pick it up at 11 am and I showed up a little bit late and they still didnt have my cake :( they didnt even get my order!!? BUT, fortunately the girl that was working there said shed have it ready for me in an hour, and she did and it was delicious! Im probably gonna order online again but Ill do it during business hours (I ordered mine late at night and the girl working there told me the computers restart in the morning) ice cream is really good too.

Every time I have gone here, the employees are less than helpful. The ice cream is good (expensive, but good) but the service could be better.

Baskin Robbins has great ice cream. The portions are pretty small but about perfect for the price.

The milkshake was mostly milk with a little bit of everything else. We also didnt get spoons.

They have non dairy options too, and all the flavors are delicious.

Dirty and run down. Go to Farrs instead as price is more fair for better ice cream.
