Lee came out and gave us a bid on new front windows. He told us last Feb that it would be 6 weeks for the windows. 2 months later the windows came in. The installer came out and found out that Lee measured wrong and they were the wrong size. The installer said Lee would call me about what to do. I waited for a week with no call. I called Lee and he said that he had ordered the right size windows this time but that it would be another 6 weeks. Lee said that he would call me every week to give me status updates. No call ever came from Lee. Now the middle of Sep the right windows finally come in. Installer came and put them in. The windows are great. Lee called the next day for payment. I asked about a discount since it had been such a long time and it was his fault. He said he would call me back. Same story, I wait for a week and finally call Lee. He will call you back if he wants something from you, but if it will cost him money or work he will never call you back. He said on Oct 5th that he would give me $150 off my $2500 windows. He said he would credit it to the credit card. 2 weeks later nothing. I call him and said he lost the credit card number but never bothered to call me and ask for it, just hoped I would forget. Don’t go here. Very poor customer service, and Lee is the owner

I had never heard of Crittenden glass before! When we bought our second home, we noticed some of the window seals had malfunctioned and the windows looked iridescent. So our realtor mentioned them. He knew one of the gentlemen who worked there. I got to say the two gentlemen Doug and Kenyon that uninstalled and installed our windows were absolutely positively wonderful and amazing. They were super kind. We had a conversation about the windows. They answered my curious questions. I also asked How long they have worked with glass and if they enjoy their job. Which they do!!! So if you are needing a quote on new windows Id say give them a call. They are super friendly and just an amazing company, with great attitudes and great customer service!! 10/10 recommend!! They replaced 4 of our windows. I am happy with the results

I have very unique windows in my home; they are large, all have weird angles, and slide open. I was also adding a window where we didn’t have one. This was a large and complicated project, I got bids from 8 local installers.Crittenden had a very competitive bid but Tyler’s customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to come up with creative ways to install my windows was what won them over for me. The installers came in the morning and did exceptional work. They cut the windows out and installed 10 windows in 2 days. As an architect remodeling my own home I had very high standards on the craftsmanship of the work. I can honestly say these guys exceeded my expectations. Do yourself a favor and give Crittenden a call.

I needed a custom window and shower door installed. I called Crittenden Glass, and Tyler came out and gave me a bid, which was less expensive than several bids I had received. I needed some exterior brick work completed as I was putting in a larger window. Tyler came back and remeasured to ensure his measurements were correct before ordering. I appreciate the great Customer Service, and the Professionalism that he and the Installers displayed. I have since called to have a glass table top made. I highly recommend this Company for any glass needs.

All I know is theyve been around a long time I took a screen in there to have it reset restart a new screen put in but I really havent done a ton of business with them but I know theyre there professional theyve been there so many years and if you can stay that many years in business youre doing something right so thats the first place I thought of when I need stuff like that done anyway preciate it Norman Schultz Layton Utah

Took three months to deliver the product I paid for. Poorly advised the product choice when I asked for a recommendation, which ended up needing to be changed later because they explained it wrong. They said it would be two weeks. That was in August and they delivered it today in November. I called probably 30 times and they would always say they would have delivery man call me back but he never did. This company is worthless. Go somewhere else.

I have been doing business with this place for 10+ years. I have an older home and they have made a few custom items over the years and also had the items I needed to repair older items I wanted to keep. I just recently had a custom made window installed and I love it! Thanks Guys!

When they set expectations with me(the customer) they were not met. The first time I called to place an order over the phone I was told I would get a call back later that day. A week went by and I am sure i was forgotten. the second time I ordered through them I was told I would get a call back that day as well as the sales associate had another call he was tending to. the next day i got a call. The first window i ordered I was told would be there in 2 weeks. 3 weeks I called and they confirmed it was in. This last window I ordered I was told 2 weeks as well. We are now pushing 3 weeks and I was told that they would call me when it was available. Crittenden, if your consistently 3 weeks out on any window just say so.Update: called and scheduled an estimate. Rep was on time. However it’s been over a month now and I have not heard back from them. Guess I am not important enough to get them to reply to my constant calls asking for a price for my house.

I called them about 5 weeks ago to come give me an estimate on some shower glass. They came out on a Thursday, took all the measurements, and said I would have an estimate the next Wednesday, at the latest. 2 weeks went by and I called them asking about the estimate. The older gentleman on the phone said he would get in contact with the estimator and call me back. Another 2 weeks go by, and I call them again (Thursday, 27 August), same older man answers. I tell him the whole story AGAIN, he is super apologetic, and says he will track it down and call me back that day. Almost anther week later and I havent heard from them.24 December Update:It took calling the owner and asking why small customers were being ignored, but they finally called back with an estimate. Their prices were very competitive, so we went with them. Their craftsmanship was fantastic, they would have easily been 5 stars if it wasnt such a hassle to get them out in the first place. I understand if you are busy, but when you tell a customer that you will call them back (on multiple occasions) and never do, it hurts the customer.

I had Crittenden replace my old front room window. Im very happy with the customer service provided, the installation process was very quick and clean. My new window looks great and is just what I wanted. I had an unfortunate personal incident happen to my new window within the first month after installation. I shopped around for a glass company to replace my front window, called the big box store they were pretty pricey with a long lead time. Called Crittenden Glass their lead time was a little less. I forgot my install date, a month later I had a call from the owner said the installers were at my house. I was about 45 minutes out. Since I also go into homes when home owner is gone as a contractor I gave the installers my garage code thinking they would still be at my home so I could inspect the work. When I arrived it looked like they never showed up except the window was replaced, he then called a day later to receive payment, WOW great service, professional and efficient.

Needed a piece of tempered glass to use as a chair mat. Stopped in and they showed me what they had in stock. Happened to have a few pieces that would work very well. Tyler gave a me smoking deal on it. Fast, easy and friendly. Thank You!!! They saved me an hour or more of time.

They also kept a bathroom screen that was supposed to have been redone and brought back when they came to do other repairs. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.Original Review: I have had similar experiences as others. My original quote happened in the second week of September. It took until the last day of October for them to come to my home and replace three screens and redo the glass in one window. They were supposed to fix the frames around two other windows, but didnt even have it listed on the quote. That was surprising because it was the whole reason I called them out, anyway.Still, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they said the replacement glass was a special order and it took a long time for them to get it.When I first called, I asked them right off the bat if they did small repair jobs because I certainly dont want to waste someones time. We had just finished up my daughters cancer treatments and we were trying to do smaller repairs rather than full replacements. They assured me that they did small jobs and when they did the quote, the person helping us seemed friendly and honest. When I would call for a follow ups, I got the impression that I was a bother and they would get to me eventually. The original time estimate was two weeks and it ended up taking nearly seven. I am still waiting for them to get back to me about repairing the other two windows, but Im starting to feel like they dont want to provide good customer service to me because I cant afford to replace my windows outright.

I had a very difficult time getting them to call me back on pricing for a shower door. After I asked for pricing they promised me a call right back. Two days later I had to call again. Even though I talked to the same person, he didnt remember me nor did he have any information regarding what I had inquired. So again I explained what I needed and again he promised a call right back. After another couple days I called back, talked to the same person and again he was confused on who I was or what I needed. He finally got me pricing but quoted me the wrong glass, so he told me again he would get right back with me on the correct glass. A week later I had to call back, talked to the same person again. He had no idea who I was or what I needed. At that point I told them to forget it. His excuse was they have been busy and have had a hard time keeping up on things. I feel that I was just a small customer and they didnt care or bother to have my business.Go to Moyes Glass, they gave me a quote right over the phone and I had the door in a week.

Called these guys for a window quote. Lee came out and measured and never got back. My wife even called and asked what the quote was and why no call back. Three weeks now. Spend 18k with another window installer yesterday. Boo on you guys for talking a good talk but not even having the courtesy to call us back. Good place to get a professional to fix something

My elderly mother lives in a historic home, therefore she is very limited when it comes to updating her home. One of her big picture windows slid down out of the frame. I called Crittenden. They came out for an estimate in late April. She was told they had a two week back log but that they would call back to schedule the repair. It is now almost July. In the past 2 months I have called and left several messages. And the window just keeps sinking farther down. Today I called valley glass, they sent a tech,...within hrs, and scheduled the repair. If you are looking for a glass company who will ignore you, and lie to you, and never get the job done then by all means go with Crittenden.

Went to office to get estimate on shower door. Office couldnt help me but gave me an appointment for July 6 at my home. Failed to show up...failed to call...too hard to get a hold of the office. Going elsewhere.
