We had a great experience with Moyes. My husband added a master bathroom and we needed shower glass. From quoting to installation, everyone was professional and gave us all the information we needed. The price was competitive and the service was top notch. We had 2 other companies come out and quote the job but we felt the most comfortable with Moyes, I’m so glad we made the decision to have them do the job! (Ignore the dirty shower pan in the picture, we had not cleaned up from the ceiling work)

Pleased with product and install. Didnt receive bill for remainder due. Office called twice within 2-3 business days asking for payment. Said I hadnt received a bill - was told they put wrong zip code on 1st call on 2nd call was told they used wrong city and therefore it got returned to them. Didnt wait for new bill to arrive went and paid it. Seemed like they thought we were trying to dodge paying the bill. Received no apology for their mistake.

I needed an aluminum framed window manufactured. First I went to Bennetts glass and after waiting 30 min to be helped the guy told me no he couldnt make the frame and that no one could. He hadnt seen aluminum windows 25 year. Best to just get a new one. So I called Moyes guess what they said they could make it and it would be ready in less than a week.... It was ready in four days. And was exactly what I asked for. A perfect fit.I highly recommend them. They still care about the customer.

Top Notch Experience!I had windows replaced on 8/19/2020 and 8/20/2020. Both days the technicians that did the installs were wonderful. All four technicians were very kind, detailed and welcomed my questions. In todays world it seems like its hard to find good employees. I dont think Ive encountered better technicians ever! Good place good customer service

Kay has been so easy to work with! We wanted black windows and were hesitant to go with Anderson 100 because of some of the issues we heard with the Argon causing the glass to make the window bow and crack. They have created a solution for this and have gone above and beyond to make working with them simple and easy.Kay has been flexible with her schedule, quick to return calls, and gracious when we needed to make a change. She even caught a few mistakes the framer had made when measuring for the windows! Thank you again!

We had several Phantom retractable screen doors that needed to be replaced. Moyes glass is one of the few Phantom repair companies in Utah. I called them and they were extremely polite and responsive. Jeremy came out to do the work and completed the repairs on the two doors in about 30 minutes. He was prompt, very courteous, very professional, and the work was excellent. I would certainly recommend the company for these types of repairs.

Had a Phantom Screen door installed on our front door and we love it! Jeremy from Moyes Glass was knowledgeable, friendly and fast on the install. One point of feedback was the amount of time it took to get him out here finally. Jeremy is the only one that does these installs and was booked out for several weeks. Moyes Glass would do well to hire more installers to get a faster turn around time on installs and so Jeremy can sell more of these awesome screen doors!

We had the glass replaced in ten of our windows. Cody and Kyle did an excellent job with install! They went above any beyond in making sure the details of the install were great. I had a very good experience with Moyes Glass all along the way. Landon was helpful, kind, and considerate when I called in a fluster. My sliding glass door was shattered by the gardener while weed wacking, it was the same day the strong winds hit the area. He ordered the new glass and Marcus installed it 3 weeks later, the double paned stationary side. Marcus arrived at exactly 11:00 as I was told, he cleaned up as he went, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He even adjusted my screen door and added a piece the builder missed so the latch would work. He also used his silicone spray to get rid of the squeel while opening and closing the screen door. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Moyes Glass. Excellent work.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I should give consumers a heads up on this company. It was a month long disaster that would take pages to explain. Im happy to have some resolution and appreciate the refund but now I have to go clean up the mess they left behind in my shower. Its been pretty disappointing across the board.

The glass out of my front windshield popped out of the seal on my side-by-side. I took it off and drove into Moyes to ask what my options were the guy said let’s take it in and put it on my table and take a look. Great prices and customer service. I love supporting local businesses rather than chains. Ive used Moyes for 6-8 personal jobs in the past 20 years. Have had some a few problems with 1 or 2 windows that were wrong... which was frustrating but they corrected thier mistakes with no issue. I just had miss matching windows for a period of time while it was being corrected.

I had a window replacement done on a cold and windy day and the two installers, Cesar and Raul, were very professional and went the extra mile. The window is not only beautiful and new but the quality is superior to what was replaced. I am a very happy customer and cant wait until I can afford to replace another window.

I have used Moyes Glass for the past 20 years. We replaced most of our windows about 15 years ago, and most recently upgraded our front picture windows. They look AMAZING. We purchased our frame-less shower door from Moyes and it is so awesome. We also replaced our door going into our house from the garage. Some smaller projects include replacing the glass in one of our vinyl windows that was broken on the inside pane, and replacing a glass shelf in our fridge. Moyes is by far the most professional in service. It doesnt matter what the project is, big or small, I depend on Moyes. The staff is helpful and they always follow through. If you need any type of door, window or glass I would highly recommend Moyes Glass!

These guys are amazing! They fixed our door at work like it was brand new. All the years of working there, its never worked like it does now.

There were two quick visits to my house. One to assess and deliver a quote, and one to install the new window. I don’t think either visit took more than 20 minutes. It was really easy to plan around, and they were very efficient. I highly recommend Moyes Glass.

Moyes is magnificent! They were able to order parts for my Hurd windows when no one else was able to do so! The cranks were replaced and put in with efficiency and Jeremy knows what he is doing!

These guys are the best!!!! I had an odd sized back door that no one seemed to be able to replace. They came out and gave me an estimate and didnt bat an eye about the size. The men who came to install it were great and cleaned up after themselves and when they didnt have the handle I wanted, Mike made sure I got it in a timely manner. We needed a window fixed in the front of my home. When I called moyes glass they had a guy out within a few hours or less to measure everything. The glass had to be custom ordered and took a few days to arrive. When it finally arrived the installers were done in 15 - 20 minutes. The process was quick and I was happy with the results. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and an easy process. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Worst company by far!! Poor customer service!! We bought a home in 2017 and the previous owner had the flash repaired on a window when we had the home inspection, he paid over 2000 and the following year I had problems with the window leaking called Moyes and a salesman (Brian) came out and tried to quote me for the same job and said the flash was bad!! I said no the other owner did that while we was closing on the home and he than said I had to pay 100 to re seal the window now I’m having the same problem and he is now saying the window was never the problem! Ha go figure they hussled the previous owner, tried to huddle me (not aware I had knowledge of the previous repairs) now don’t want to guarantee the work and stating it’s was never the flash that was bad, but I remember clearly the previous owner giving me the paper work stating that the flash needed repair and them telling me the same thing last year!! I would never recommend these frauds!!!!

So happy I found this place, I was looking everywhere and getting quotes from a lot of different places to get a table top glass cover. Moyes gave me the best quote and had the glass ready very fast. I will be ordering more table top covers from them!

These guys were very affordable and fast! I had 3 other quotes from local window companies and these guys were the cheapest price and the installation was clean, fast, and great quality!

We ordered a shower surround from Moyes Glass three weeks ago. We were told it would be 10 days for the glass to arrive. My wife called yesterday, and they had the glass just sitting there with no attempt to contact us for the installation. When they came this afternoon, the employee had measured the glass incorrectly, and we will now have to wait another 5 days until the correct dimensions arrive. We have not been able to use our master shower now for 3 weeks, and Moyes has done nothing and offered nothing to us for their mistakes.
