I would strongly recommend NOT using this company. Austin was initially very responsive and seemed very promising but as the weeks turned to months and he couldn’t be bothered to schedule appointments or communicate with us about our project it became clear that it was never going to get done. To date I’m still without a stair rail because of his lack of professionalism and organization. I highly recommend saving yourself the headache and using someone else to do this work.

Tefco did out indoor railings and outdoor deck railing+gate. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. Will use for future projects

I havent used their fabrication services, but Ive always been happy with the outcome of anything Ive had them powdercoat. Have been there multiple times, and will continue to do so.

These guys are honest and do great work. Theyre super busy all the time because they have so much repeat business.

Tefco built a security door for us. Its by far the best door we have. We simply love it. It looks great, is very functional, and really provides the security we needed. It also got rid of the draft problem we had too. Fantastic job! Thanks Tefco!!!

Im very impressed with Tefco. Ive used a couple other powder coaters in the Ogden area and have never been satisfied. Tefco is hands down the best. The quality of the finish was excellent and the turn around time and price were exceptional. You wont be disappointed.

My father in law is a retired disabled veteran, served 25 years in the air force, and when it came time to install the railings on the exterior and interior of the house, the VA suggested using Tefco for the install. After some time the order was placed with Austin a picture printed from their website and the color picked. Roughly a month later that arrived to install the railings, Sandy had ordered gray, 3 posts with caps, beautiful railings, she was very adamant about the style,. Well they arrived and were completely different than what was ordered, white, 2 railings completely basic, Sandy rejected them, and asked that they install the ones they ordered. They flat out called my. Mother in law who is 70 a liar, said these are the ones they ordered, and he would have gladly built the more expensive ones, i asked him today on the phone, why would she order some that do not match her house, and are the most basic variety when the VA is subsidising the cost? The railings they brought were not even close to the image from THEIR website. Austin said he could modify the railings, I said thats not good enough, these are the wrong railings, TEFCO has what appears to be a sterling reputation online, with little to no complaints, so Im having a hard time understanding how this occurred. As it is, I would say do not do buisness with them.
