Chris & Chris did a great job. My door broke Friday afternoon and I presumed that it would take at least a week to get a bid and get it fixed. Then I saw ABC Garage Door Service and Repair and that they are open 24 hr. I contacted them late Friday afternoon and Chris was ready to come out and fix it right then. I didnt want them to have to work Friday night so I scheduled ABC for Saturday. They came out and got it taken care of, including adjusting the tracks to make the whole assembly work perfectly. Within 24 hr. my dilemma was resolved. I highly recommend Chris and ABC Garage Door Service and Repair to everyone. Thank you Sir. It was a pleasure to meet you.

ABC Garage Door Service has been the most pleasant, clean cut, punctual, professional, english speaking! home repair service that Ive ever hired. They were more than affordable and they were more than generous with their time and talents. I told Chris about my neighbor that was a single mother whose garage door was broke. She was having things stolen out of her garage constantly and it exposed to all the elements. He actually went down there the same day and fixed it for free. One star for showing up and getting my mistake I made straight. But the rest of the job turned out as shoddy as ever . My tracks were out of alignment left me with so they would bind up worse . He Even overtorq the spring so it bound up . Then I paid him with the confidence he would honor his 5 year warranty, the next day my door wouldn’t work contacted him and he said he would be there 5:30 to 6:40 no show then he said he would be there 8:00 the next morning no show again then that night 8:00 I will be thrrr in 5 min no show again then I went and got another company to show up and fix his mess 200 dollars later we look good . But talking to other door companies they czz as ugh they him in there dumpsters getting old parts they throw away to sell to us suckers well I have learned a good lesson find out who yo are dealing with . It truly takes a professional to fix a garage door. After frustration and merely ripping my hand off I decided to call several garage door service companies late at night roughly 11pm. I had pulled up to my garage open my garage and it had malfunctioned. I was absolutely worried that I was going to have to leave my garage unsecured the way it was that given night. Chris was the only individual that given moment that was able to and willing to fix my garage at that given moment. He had my garage door fixed in less than 1 hour. When our garage door broke, he was out within the day to fix it. It worked great, until it broke on the 2nd of Oct. They claim to have a 10 year warranty on torsion spring breakage- which is what broke. Ive left 9 messages for Chris in the last 15 days. No response. He does good work to begin with, but it doesnt seem like covering their warranty is on their high list of priorities. Id really like to park in my garage again, Chris!

I called ABC at 10:30Pm my spring had broke and I was unable to open my garage door to get my truck out for work. I spoke to Chris who assured me that he would have my door repaired and he showed up and had it done and for a reasonably fair price no extra charge and my door has never worked better Thanks so much.
