I have never left a review before and it has taken me several months to leave this one. I was not impressed with the work. The sales guy was very nice and friendly and great to work with. However, the garage door was not centered and, therefore, leaves a gap on the the side for rain and snow, and the silver edge shows when the garage door is closed and does not look good. When I called about these concerns, I was told I could get the weather stripping and it would take care of these problems. When I ordered the weather stripping I was told they could not install it for me because their saw had been stolen. Also, I have now found out that if I install the weather stripping as designed to do, it still would not cover the silver metal showing on the side. So, I now have the weather stripping and need to install it myself. I am a single woman, need I say more. Also, It is much louder than I would expect a new garage door to be. There is a bang right at the end of opening. If I was to do this again, I would go elsewhere.

Very quick response. They had a cancellation so were able to replace my broken garage door spring the very next day. Brody was very polite and quick in replacing the spring. Price was great too.

My call was returned by Tom within 24 hours and I had someone there the next day to fix our garage door and everything is working perfectly. Brady did an excellent job. He was courteous, arrived when expected and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Pretty good service, it was a good experience. I would have liked to know upfront that my installation was going to require extra bracing for the motor unit instead of after the fact though that may not have been known at the time.

They asked for me to text my information. I still never got a response back. Looks like I’ll be taking their sticker next to my garage door openers down and looking for a new company!!

I had a broken spring and a mounted bracket do a lot of damage to the garage door. Gave these guys a call they immediately set an appointment. Assessed the damage with a full description of what’s needed with cost breakdown. Got it repaired way better than originally in fast fashion. Very professional and customer service is excellent I’d highly recommend. I would give 5 stars because the the phone call needed better explanation of their process.

My old garage door decided to break leaving me unable to get my car out to go to work. I called garage door utah and Tommy was there in no time!! Not only did he fix it, he went the extra mile and added extra supports to make it last a little longer. I really appreciated him doing this vs just telling me I needed a brand new door. I was very pleased with their prompt and efficient service. They quickly were able to resolve the mechanical issues, had all parts available as well as did some minor maintenance services. I have had several friends comment that I have the quietest door. I also live in a very windy area and appreciate the added support bars that keep my door secure and quiet during those windy days.

Paid the service fee of $125 for Mike to simply adjust my Garage door. Something I could have easily done myself, had I known. Very expensive lesson. For a quarter turn with a screw driver. Love and learn. The rub is, I found our from my neighbor after Mike left, the mechanisms should be lubricated. Well now, it seems like that is at least something mike could have done while he was here for the $125 bucks.. huh..

They were totally professional. I had blown both of my motors on both of my doors. They responded within one day. They came in with two new motors, two new remotes and a new keypad and had it all installed almost within an hour. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. Id recommend them to anyone.

Mike was GREAT to deal with!!We had a different company out the day BEFORE ... and they tried to up sell us ... our spring broke. They recommended a new door, along with new everything else ... OVER $1,000. When they said they were two weeks out, that gave us a chance to get Garage Door Utah out to look at it, the NEXT day. The ONLY thing GDU recommended, that was the same as the first company, was adding a second spring.My first question to Mike was, What do you think?”. His response was, “I’ll get this thing running like it was brand new!” ... I then asked if he thought I needed a new door, and he told me “NO!”. He put in new rollers, new cables, 2 new springs, and 1 additional strut. It took him about an hour and our door runs so quietly ... like he said, like it’s brand new!!! AAAAND ... less than $500!!!Garage Door Utah has our business for ANY garage door needs!!!Thanks a million Mike ... you did an AWESOME job!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!!

Called at 9:50 AM and they were here by 1015. Their service was quick. They not only fixed the problem I called them for, but identified the cause of said problem and fixed it as well. Even with the extra work they were in and out by 1035. There is a 5% charge for paying with your card, but to me it was worth it.

This company is the best there is. I was referred to garage door utah through numerous friends. Went and picked up the parts for my garage door at there shop. I Installed the parts over the weekend and something was wrong with a sensor. So I called him the next business day and by the end of the day he had installers out to fix my mistakes. They had it fixed in no time, were very friendly, clean and less expensive then any other companies I called. They definitely are a 5 star company. I would recommend them to everyone.

My son and his car had a run in with my garage door so I called Tommy and he sent someone out the very next day to take a look. They gave me an honest and straightforward estimate and were back a couple of days later to fix it. Tyson was especially helpful and understanding when we had to work out some insurance kinks. I called to see how soon they could have a tech out to replace the springs on my garage door and they had a tech out the very next morning. The tech gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way and had the springs replaced in no time. He was friendly and professional Good customer service goes a long ways and they proved to have great customer service with good pricing. I highly recommend Garage Door Utah.

Extremely poor repair and lousy customer service. When I called a week or so later to explain that once again, the garage door wasnt functioning properly, I was told things I could do to fix the door - really? Of course, zero follow-up too. For 40% lower cost, you can call other companies in the area that actually appear interested in customer service, are lower priced, and have better customer ratings. Bottom-line, Garage Door Utah is an abysmal experience.

Brock from Garage Door Utah did a great job on my garage door. It kept opening after every time I shut it. I tried to fix it myself and broke the gear that turns the chain. Brock was friendly, and efficient. I definitely recommend these guys.
