Mike called me back within minutes and after closing 5pm and troubleshooted my garage door over the phone. He saved me $100 + instantly for free without even trying to set up appointment or sell me on anything! Now that’s service thank you so much!!!!

Highly unlikely that I would go through Windsor again, however my hands were tied to use them because of our builder. I found that the office secretary wasn’t too friendly and wasn’t very helpful when it came to answering questions. She also routinely failed to pass on messages it seems otherwise they are awful with follow-up, which is also very possible. They insisted that I needed to give them my final decision by a certain deadline because we needed doors installed as soon as possible and we had been debating between two doors, both customized in style and color. Delivery would take a few weeks and they had to get my order on the next shipment. I totally understand all of that, I met their requested deadline and confirmed it was being ordered but 2 weeks later I’m getting a phone call from the office secretary to verify what my decision was. That really bothered me that they’d confirmed my order but come two weeks later they’re calling to check so they could now get it ordered. Once the doors were installed there was a panel with a big dent that needed replaced which they did and I’m grateful for, but they could have been more proactive in communicating they were working on it being replaced. The final straw for me was that we paid extra for steel backed doors and one of the interior panels was dented, which they again didn’t address, but also had missed. When I brought it up I was told they’d look at it and take care of it. Their remedy was slapping a caution label sticker over the dent. When I brought my concern up again they said, again that they’d look at it (which supposedly they were going to do and very clearly did based off the placement of the new sticker) nothing more ever came about it. Communication is far from a strong suit. The way things were handled and how disorganized they seem to be is what finally did it for me. Not impressed with the lack of customer service. 7 months later my doors squeak and the side seal has started to come off.

Horrible service. We have been trying for 6 months to get them to come put the correct glass in our doors. At first it was one excuse after another. Now Sean Wilcoxen will not even answer calls or return messages. Do not purchase from him.

I’m more upset of how the lady I had to speak with over paying my bill handled our conversation. I received an invoice stating that our warranty department said we should pay for the damage, but for some reason it was under my mothers name who has no association with our home or builder. When asked the receptionist? Was snappy and rude and gave no explanation as to why, she then proceeded to talk to me in a “annoyed” manner voice when giving her my payments information and when reminded to change the name, she said okay and hung up.

Called to get my garage door serviced as it became unbalanced and wouldnt open or close. A service tech came out and said he would have a couple other tech come and fix the door the following a.m. as he didnt have the proper equipment on his truck. At 2:00 p.m. the following day I call to find out what time to expect them as the a.m. had already passed and I had already called off work to wait for them. The lady that answered the phone knew exactly who I was and said that no one would be coming out because their truck was full and it needed to be unloaded. I asked why they couldnt at least call to inform me of this so that i didnt have to call off work to wait for them, as a service, this is a professional courtesy if your not going to be going out when you say you are. She said she was just getting ready to call me. Come on now 2:00 p.m. and your getting ready to call to inform me that your techs wont be coming out. Terrible service... I called Tommy at Garage Door Utah and he got it taken care of for me.

I paid my deposit on my door one week ago to this day I have not been given an exact time someone will be out to install my doors. They say oh we will be out Thrusday or Friday sometime. So what Im given a 48 hour period to sit and wait? Ridiculous. I understand things happen with employees but this is ridiculous! Ill be making a call to the office and if no one is at my home by 9am today Ill be getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere! Everyone said oh go to Windsor doors the service is incredible blah blah.. yeah not my experts all! The customer sho ui ls never have to call multiple times to get some sort of update. How hard is it to make an appointment with your PAYING customer!

Called Windsor door late on a weekend, because my garage door wouldnt open & my car was STUCK inside. Worried Id have to wait until Monday, I thought Id at least call Windsor and see the soonest I could be helped.Was so happy and surprised that the owner came right out and fixed the problem. Wonderful customer service, and very knowledgable. lll be recommending them to all my friends.
