I am a hands on type of person and was willing to tackle a broken spring. Duane was so helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to get the job done.

Called to get some information from the answering machine (knowing they were closed) and an individual answered who was extremely rude! In an unprofessional tone, told me they were closed, call back on Monday and hung up. If you need anything dealing with a garage door, I would definitely call someone else. Plenty of other businesses who would be willing to give some help, then politely have you call back during business hours.

Duane found what I needed to repair my door at a fraction of the price. Great service. They know garage doors!

I run the Corinne cemetery. When I called Pioneer Door and explained that our door was so discombobulated we were not even able to close it and secure our mower for the night. They had a door in stock and bent over backwards to get it installed the next day because of our predicament. The door looks and works perfect...Thank so so much to the whole Pioneer Door team, you are awesome... A side note, the door is 3 times the quality of our old one and is 10 times more secure. I broke a spring on my Garage Door and called them to come service it. They were awesome! They came the same day and the technician was super nice and clearly knew what he was doing. The garage door is much quieter now and works better. In the past Ive had to race to these guys for parts right when they were closing and that ornery guy on the phone, he stayed late to help me out, for a $5 part! He may sound gruff on the phone, but hes a pro and will take good care of you. He has for me. Some people arent bubbly, do you want someone who knows what they are doing or do you want a silly bubbly feel good type? These guys are good. They know their stuff and they charge reasonable prices. Ive dealt with a couple other garage door companies and they cant touch these guys prices. I choose Pioneer for my garage door needs. I highly recommend.
