Our experience with Bullfrog was wonderful in all aspects. Picking it out, purchase, and delivery was a very pleasant experience. Super excited to receive it almost a month earlier than expected! Literally THE best spa I have ever been in!

We booked to get a spa in February 2021 and due to factory delays we got it later than expected (September 2021) with no updates on delays until we inquired. But once bullfrog was aware that it was late (us calling), they kept us updated and we’re very attentive and great from that point on. They delivered our spa, a little earlier than they originally told us the delay would take, which was Amazing and super appreciative. The delivery guys were great and helpful, especially Josh! We’re so happy with our M7 and have already been living in it the last day! Thank you!

We were experiencing thermal creep in our spa and concerned that our thermostat was bad. Wayne came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and patiently educated us how to manage the cycle times with the excessive heat we were experiencing. We were very grateful for his knowledge and the time he spent with us.

Installers arrived exactly on their appointment time. They were quick, efficient, and professional. We had a minor problem with the wiring that our electrician roughed in for the hot tub. But the installers had tools and knew exactly how to remedy the situation quickly. They were great.

It has been five years since we have bought our bullfrog spa and Covana. We have had absolutely no trouble with the cabana at all. It is has been one of the best investments that we have made. We considered not getting it at first but have ever since been grateful that we did. It has been safe for our grandchildren and easy for us to use. The lights are great for night use and it looks nice on our deck up or down.

Ogden Bulldog was quick with an appointment; service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fixed motor (replacement) all within an hour.

3 Bullfrog installers worked with my schedule to arrive earlier than expected on our delivery day. They installed our new spa flawlessly. I told them exactly where we wanted it on our dedicated space, and they didnt hesitate to make sure we were 100% satisfied. All the connections were done with ease, the spa was filled, and they trained me on how to operate the controls and kickstart the chemical treatments. Nothing beats Bullfrogs superior design and customer care/support.

Service rep was very good getting things where they should have been from day 1. Bullfrog has been so backlogged from the factory it was a long wait. Then to have issues it was frustrating, but the installation people and the warranty rep have it going well now.

I originally called them to ask about repairs for my 2006 Bullfrog Spa. I was given an honest evaluation and decided that it wasnt worth repairing. They bent over backwards to help me get a deal on a new spa that I could afford. They are one of the best businesses I have ever worked with.

We bought a refurbished model of hot tub from them due to the long back order on new models. I was a bit nervous in doing so not knowing what I was going to get. After delivery we had a couple issues with it and I went there to speak with them about it. They almost beat me back to my house to take care of the problem. Amazing customer service and great quality tubs. Extremely happy with our purchase. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a hot tub. Great service.

Beyond frustrated with this company! My spa is a little over a month old, can’t get the water right! Every time you call you get told something different and you do it, and then they say I don’t know why someone would tell you that.... still can’t use our spa and all you get is a run around! They never return their calls and can’t tell you when someone will try and call again to help you. Keeps wanting us to drain the spa draining it for the second one time now. Last time they had me drain it, when I called back they said who asked you to drain it? We don’t ever need to drain them! But guess what draining it again. The tops of my jet packs are all ruined from all the chemicals already and we’ve only used it 3 times! And not to mention we got sores all over our bodies from the first time when it was only 3 days old! So far extremely bad experience! Will update if things turn around

We not only bought a hot tub from them, but bought a cover from the as well. First off we were told they would come out and provide service with no deductible. Then all of a sudden there was a deductible. The cover has never been squared to fit the hot tube right. They attempted to do it and all they did was drill more holes in the legs, and made it worse. Now the insulation in the cover is falling apart. We were told that there was a replacement kit. But, we should not have to pay for a replacement kit for a faulty product that they have sold us. Horrible service. They dont stand behind the products they sell.

We waited five months for are hot tub to arrive due to covid-19, We were very happy when it finally arrived . We have only had it a few days but so far we love it .

We ordered a hot tub back in the summer. They let us know then that things were a little behind due to COVID and that it would not be until November that we would get our hot tub. We did end up getting it today. The techs that came out were Casey, Cade and Trystan. They were all very respectful and careful with the hot tub and with the lawn. It all came together really well and looks great! They explained things really well and were patient with the things we didn’t understand. Due to our low water pressure we will have to wait until tomorrow for the water to be warm enough to enjoy the tub. So just know that you may have to be a little patient before you can enjoy the luxury. We are super excited and personally I have dreamt of this moment since I was little. Apparently 2020 is the year for making home dreams come true.

Crew was very efficient with installation of lift and swim spa. Technicians are still learning new systems but fixed the problem with pump without any problem

After a great deal of research in hot tub brands, weve decided on Bullfrog Spas A7 model. What really sold us was the engineering behind the design of the product. It just makes since.So once we chose this direction we went to check out our local dealer, Bullfrog Spas of Ogden. Located in North Ogden, the showroom was an easy drive. Upon our arrival we were greeted with thorough knowledge of the product but not a pushy sales pitch, which we greatly appreciated. We were able to take a quote home where we could discuss whether or not this was the right investment for us.A week later we revisited to dealer where we asked further questions and decided to go ahead and order the spa. All in all, so far, this has been an enjoyable purchasing experience. In the beginning of ownership of my Bull Frog Spa I experienced some disappointments primarily created by the first installers (who is no longer with Bull Frog) lack of knowledge and attention to detail. All of my concerns and needed corrections were taken care of by Seans follow through and determination to make me a happy customer. He and his new technicians have met my (admittedly high) expectations. Therefore, they have earned my 5 star review.

Started with a very informative first visit with no pressure to buy and a few weeks later after my spa was installed, I had questions, they answered them and cared as if they were still trying to earn my business. We purchased our spa and swim spa through Shawn. He was very great to work with. He spent several days with us answering all our questions not to mention the countless emails and phone calls. He even let us do a wet test, where he was willing to take pictures of our family with our cameras, so we could capture the memories. Would definitely recommend friends go there!

We love our Bullfrog spa and use it often. We bought ours in Draper at the outlet store almost 2 years ago. We have had no problems then it got very cold and it started to trip the GFI. We called the North Ogden store and requested a service call. Just a couple of problems though. The night temperatures were around 20 degrees and I was leaving town for two weeks. The gal that I talked to at the store said she would take care of us and get it fixed as soon as possible. I am happy to say it was fixed the next day and all under warranty. The tech left a note and said it was just a electrical capacitor or something like that. Thank you guys for your honesty and integrity. You have earned my repeat business as you could have taken advantage of us very easily.

We were curious about the shopping center and stopped by. The gentleman was happy to show us their products and explain various features. If we ever decide to get a hot tub, this will be the place we go.

I wish I could make this negative stars. This company has been the biggest pain ever. From electrical hookup, to taking care of the spa, to getting replacement parts to being on time and the list goes on and on. I am shocked that this place somehow has the reviews it does. Oh ya I forgot the power canopy system they have the seal fails it makes the top of the spa dirty and when the seal fails the repair work this place performs looks terrible. I challenge anyone to get the same answer on how to care for the spa from any two people at this place. Everyone has a different answer and tells you I dont know why someone told you that. The salesman makes it sound maintenance free. Just float this stupid frog in the water check the PH and your good. The next person tells you no they gave you the wrong system that wont work use this filter. Next person that wont work why would they tell you that. This is what works this filter system with this built in chlorine system. Oh ya here I am writing this post 3 hours past when they were suppose to be here to deliver the filters that were wrong when sold to us even though we had the part number without even call. Oh ya just remembered when they first installed it they didnt have all the parts for the canopy and when then came back with the right parts the installation was wrong no screws and when you would raise the canopy one corner would lift off the ground. I went ahead fixed that myself.

On May 12th 2015 I googled some spa stores in my area, called bullfrog spas and told them my control panel on my hot tub was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. The lady whom I spoke with is also whom scheduled the service for the following day, she said they may have to order the part in and that they required a credit card before someone could come out ( I see why they do this now, so they can charge people no matter what happens, even if that means them not doing anything at all), I gave my card info against my better judgment. The guy came out the following day, called me and told me the panel was fine which I know is not true as I haven’t been able to use my hot tub for a month now due to it switching on and off, blower on, lights etc all by itself. He said he couldn’t get it to do anything. Now I don’t really care what this uneducated serviceman thought, I asked for a new control panel yet never got anything except some dummy telling me nothing was wrong. On top of all of this they charged me for this idiot to tell me nothing was wrong when it’s clear there is as I still cannot use my spa to this day. I have tried many times to call and get it resolved and ask why I was charged yet didn’t receive anything even after I told the serviceman that I wanted a new panel. No one could help me and the owner didnt ever call me back as I was told he would! They have committed theft at this point and have acted in the most unprofessional manner that a company could. Not even sure how they have stayed in business this long! Id highly recommend not going here for any type of service or products! Horrible!

Went in this morning to purchase a hot tub. Stood around for about 15 minutes. Watched a lady talk to other costumers about her dog. Never got offered any help. Off to lesiure pools and spas.In response to your reply:I understand your store does not open until 10. Which begs the question why the other people were being helped and we were fully ignored. At least the employee who helped the other customers with chemicals could of said something. Very poor customer service.
