The way this business is run is very odd. We had great service from Brandon for a couple of years and good service from the store when we went in person. Then this spring Brandon missed 4 appointments. These were appointments HE suggested because he wanted to evaluate our pool. He called and cancelled the first but the next three he just didnt show up. I thought his concerns must not be that huge so I let it go. I also emailed - like usual - for winterizing of our pool this fall and didnt get a response. Im not exactly sure what is happening, but it seems to be common with this business so I hired someone else. Brandon is a great tech - knows his stuff - but good customers should not be treated this way if you want to keep their business.
We had just got a new pool type that used a Sand pump. I had never used a Sand pump before. It was cloudy no matter what I did. The people at the store cared listened and helped me to get my pool beautiful again. They asked good questions and got me the right stuff to fix my pool. I ended up having low sand levels in my sand pump. Awesome staff. Highly recommend even for Q&A with the lower budget above ground pools.
Hot tub started leaking within a year. Had to call five times and deal with a no-show appointment before they finally showed up to fix it more than a month later. Then AFTER the warranty repair was done, they surprised me with a $50 travel fee. When I protested, the owners wife threatened to charge me $10 more if I didnt immediately pay today, and $25 more if I argued with her about it. Not joking. Total B.S. Steer clear of this company.
Wow...the receptionist either hates her job, hates people or both. All we did was call and ask if they require an appointment for the showroom. She was very rude as she interrupted us and said theyre only curbside. We asked if we can actually walk the showroom to look at the hot tubs. She came back and said 2 people only and masks are required. All we did was ask again, Do you require masks even though weve been vaccinated? She said, Masks are required! and she hung up on us. So Im happy to say that we went to their competition down the street and bought an 18K hot tub. I guess her attitude was a blessing in disguise!
We are first time pool owners and Brandon came out to open our pool for the season. He was so helpful and informative, came back the next day to fix minor things and explained everything several times to ensure we fully understood. He also showed me how to use several pool equipment items/product that we had to help us keep the pool running so the pool and equipment is running and operating. I feel he went above and beyond in helping us be prepared and informed pool owners!
We purchased muratic acid from the store and had our water tested, but they could not run the test that afternoon and were going to call us with the result in the morning. We finally called them at 4 the next day and they hadnt run the test yet. They call back and tell us that it will be $15 for the test, so we have them the credit card number. We then noticed that they billed us $21, so we called back. She told us that they had to charge us extra since we didnt buy any product from them. We told her that we did but product yesterday. She said that didnt count. It had to be same day. On and on. She finally told us that was the way it is and that they would remember to credit us the $5 the next time we come in to purchase product. WOWMost pool supply places dont even charge for treating your water.
Helped me save my July 4th party! Pool was green didn’t know what to do went into leisure pool and spa and everyone there was so helpful and knowledgeable. Got me everything I needed and detailed Instructions! The kids thanks you too! God bless 🙏
Dont bother going to their location to get parts for your own pool. Unless you have the exact part number for the part your pump or filter they cant help you.What a joke!I thought it would be good to shop locally first. I found the part on Amazon, a simple o-ring for the lid on the filter basket, $9. for two of them.I guess Amazon wins for customer service.
Just purchased a pool and thought we would check out this store for some supplies. Go inside and we were shewed out like dogs. If you are doing curb side only should have a sign that is visible and treat every customer with respect.
Incredible experience!!! Weve been shopping for a hot tub for quite some time and have been to all the different dealers in the area, and while everyone was nice, we loved our overall buying experience from John and Kim. They have been incredible to work with! Delivery of our hot tub could not have been smoother. Their team was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly know what theyre doing with install and set up. I couldnt recommend them enough, they will have my business for years to come.
The hot tub repair technician from leisure pool and spa was awesome! He figured out immediately where the leak in our tub was and also figured out that we had double gfci breakers which were causing issues with the thermostat. A++++
If I could give them a zero I would. I couldnt get a single person to return my call so I set an appointment online to get a service call. Showed up the appointment was veey quick to get me my quote. I approved the quote and was told by email that someone would be in touch with me. I waited a week with no word. I made 5 call with voice-mail left no return call. The 6th call someone actually answered told me the tech was going to repair my pool on Friday. Friday no one showed called said hed me there Monday. Monday no one shows calls Monday says Tuesday. Tuesday comes no one shows calls says for sure Wednesday 2-4 DOESNT SHOW. I call today (Thursday) the owner Jon tells me they are busy and hes sorry that Im upset there other customers love them. Who treats their customers like this?? Dont shop here!!!
Great service and ashtrays have what I need. Call in advance and order and pay, then when you get there they bring it out. Great people.
Store is operating poorly. Watched a lady get yelled at for entering the front door, they locked the doors so it wouldnt happen again. I stood outside and waited for a very long time. Never got help. No real indication on how your supposed to do business with them. Apparently you can only get help if youve called a order in. Customers in front of me claimed they were being treated as a burden. Not a great experience at all.
We received the best service and care with this local business. They are attentive and very customer service based. We bought the Michael Phelps 850. They came out and installed it and its been great. Perfect spot for us to relax at night. Spacious and comfortable. The lights and massagers are awesome. We will definitely be coming back for all our spa needs.
If you want to be yelled at and get hung up on, this is the place for you! John Brady (owner) was all smiles when it came time to buy, but after spending well over 10 thousand dollars at his business, he was usually kinda gruff and seemed put out by having to deal with us. We had an issue with our master spa that was covered under warranty. Shortly after this warranty repair the under water screw the tech installed began rusting. After two months of being ghosted via phone, text, and email I was finally able to get Mr. Brady on the phone who was again gruff and put out by having to speak to me. Mr. Brady then proceeded to attempt an excuse about improper water chemistry being the cause of deteriorating hardware and he would charge me to come out and replace it, despite the fact that the ONLY hardware rusting was what was installed under warranty by Liesure pool and spa.I told him Im not paying for a warranty repair, which Mr. Bradys response was to hang up on me. I called him back in an attempt to salvage the situation only to have him yell at me to screw off and was hung up on again. We filled a complaint with Master Spa...well see what happens.I will say that if you do choose to do business with this company ask for Chris (owners son). At least he has some sense of how to be polite to customers.
Called and spoke with one of the owners, Kim and have to admit I am a bit disappointed. I am one to try and shop local however, Kim was clearly not wanting me to ask too many questions and I could tell She either wanted me to just write a check or hang up the phone. I tried to get some specifics in pricing and could tell She did not want to give it to me as She is trying to offload a unit on its way in that was custom ordered and a terrible color combination. She continued to persuade me why I should not custom order a unit, but rather purchase this one because of extended order time. She became defensive when I asked when this -terrible color combo unit was ordered, and told me She would not tell me that. aka -Didnt want me to know it really does not take as long to order one as She expressed.Ended up contacting the distributor (who actually supplies Leisure Pool and Spa), and will be purchasing directly from them and cutting out the middle man. Its a shame, I like supporting local business, but not when I am treated like a nuisance rather please let me know if you have any other questions, we are happy to help anytime sort of attitude. I like to get as much info as possible to make the best decision for me, if this is how you are too... then Leisure Pool and Spa is not your place. Give Master Spa your direct information and youll be in touch with the distributor directly and be treated with the utmost respect and class.
What a joke, don’t waste your time. Give you bad info. and then act like you’re bothering them when you ask a question. Pool parts are garbage. Won’t ever go back and I will make sure to tell everyone else I know to do the same.

Trying to get help with a pool issue and it has been nothing but issues. Called leisure pool in Ogden Utah and they were going to stop last Thursday took a 1/2 A-day off and they couldnt do it so we rescheduled. They were going to come out today but found out they were TWICE as much as the other pool. When I cancelled I received a text from the tech using the F bomb 3 times. Obviously it wasnt meant to go to me but to dispatch. Went to talk to the owner and he made excuses and actually it said he understood his workers viewpoint. BUT to make matters worse it wasnt the owner but an employee giving that impression. He didnt apogolize and dismissed us. REALLY? What has happened to customer service and accountability? Employees need to be trained on customer service.STAY AWAY FROM LEISURE POOL

We were looking for a Master Spa and I think they may be the only dealer in the Wasatch Front (theyre in Ogden) We dealt mainly with Kim. Finding a hot tub these days is tough as everything is on back order with wait times months long. We talked with Kim, told her what we were looking for and she said shed let us know when anything came in. She indeed called a few weeks later, told us that the tub model we wanted had arrived and we could come up (from Heber City) and have a look. The tub looked fine, we paid for it and Jon came down to Heber and installed it. No muss, no fuss. Leisure was straightforward to deal with and performed just like they promised.
We showed up at the store in Ogden on a Saturday morning. We called inside the store as the sign in the parking lot requested. Kim answered and said they would be happy to talk about purchasing a hot tub. She followed all Covid restrictions and I love the concern she had for her at-risk employees and in turn us in showing us the options. They have been in business for over 20 years and Kim was clear, and concise in what they had available, and what to expect from them.We found the perfect hot tub for our family and to add to our delight it was a great deal and product and they even offered to deliver (64 miles out of their way) and install that very night. They showed up on time and stayed outside (in 20 degree weather) even offering up longer conduit for install than what we had available. (They also followed strict covid protocol the entire duration of install) John and Kim stayed until 930 pm on a Saturday night to help us, new customers. We are so happy with this company and our new hot tub. We are glad we purchased from them and expect to have a great relationship with them as life-long customers.
I gave it a 1 star only because 0 stars was not available. i ordered a spa back in July and paid a deposit. The spa was supposed to be delivered. I inquired several times, and got evasive answers as to when the spa would be delivered. I called the Master Spas customer service number - they told me they could give me a status if I gave them the work order number. Upon calling Leisure Pool and Spa, Kim refused to give the number and then proceeded to berate me about going over her head. This must have been the most bizarre and unhinged customer service experience I had. Moral of the story, they lost this customer and furthermore now I have to wait x more months to get a spa somewhere else. Judging by the other reviews I am not alone. Avoid this place like the plague.Edit after response of the owner: I totally understand that production schedules are less reliable due to Covid. We have made that clear. All we were asking for was an updated delivery forecast so we could plan accordingly. Each time the answer we get is We dont know, we are getting in a truckload in next week, maybe it will be on there. I do not understand what the problem is providing the work order number so a precise status can be known. Masterspa Corporate confirms they can provide. Instead you chose to blow us of with a non-answer, refuse to give the work order number so we can check ourselves and then proceed to lecture us about respect. For the record, I was not offered a refund of my deposit, on the contrary - you made sure to convey the $500 deposit was non-refundable. Only now - after a bad review are you offering me a refund as you are now unwilling to sell me a spa. I am astounded that a family business prefers to battle its customers over fair and reasonable requests. Looking at other reviews, this is not an isolated case. You have spent more time fighting this than it would have taken to answer this very simple question. I am a supporter of small family-owned businesses but quite frankly I do not understand how you expect to run a successful business by going to great lengths battle your customers. Maybe it is time to retire.
A great place to buy a hot tub. Very friendly and great service. After my tub was delivered they took the time to go over all the maintenance and how the chemicals worked.UPDATED (from 5 starts): There were a few issues with my hot tub when I got it. They had the repair guy get out to my house in a few weeks. That was 2 months ago and I havent received a call back from the service call. I have a new tub with issue and they have no urgency in getting it fix. Chances are you will not have issue but if you do they are lacking at getting it fixed.
Terrible Service - Called the technician to come out and check our spa and waited all day (took the day off) and after several calls to the company, the tech texted that he ran out of time and had a covid vaccination scheduled and would show up on Monday (again took the day off). Never showed up on Monday and never contacted us again. I will never recommend them to any one who needs spa service. We also were thinking of getting a pool bid but with such poor service we will never use them EVER! Plus when I complained they started to argue with me that I did not purchase the spa through them so I guess it is ok to give terrible service if you dont purchase the product through them. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Careful not to get out of your car or not wear 3 masks. They gave me a in stock part they said would work, it didnt fit. Took it back next day and they charged me a restock fee??

Beware of this place! I purchased some parts from here that I ended up not needing. I called to see if they were open (holiday) and she informed me they were but would not refund me! She hung on me! I called back to let her know I would be leaving this review. She said go ahead and hung up on me again! Now I am stuck with brand new packaged parts that I cant use. Is this legal?
The lady was rude and rushing to answer my questions. As a customer I wanted information that would help my pool situation and was willing to spend money to fix it. I understand the COVID outbreak, but she could of at least been more helpful and not rushing me away. I decided to shop online rather than my local pool store. I will never go there again.
The lady running the curbside pickup has awful customer service! I would be asking questions and shed walk away. She hung up on me twice. And then when I wanted to buy some hose, she handed it to me along with a hacksaw and a tape measure, told me the length and said not an inch over then she walked away and made me cut my own hose. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Nobody should be treated the way we just got treated.
Today, I was threatened by the lady (owner) to remove by wife’s rating of 1 star or I would not receive the part on order. I could not understand where this hostility was coming from until I sat down and reviewed the other 99 reviews on this company. There is a common thread here as there are a lot of negative comments which are directed at how she treats people. Besides being told I had a choice of removing the rating or no longer would receive my part, I was called a liar, I was also told my wife’s one-star rating has dramatically impacted their business. She was antagonistic, insolent, discourteous used words I would never expect directed at a customer or anyone else. She was intent on convincing me to change a rating as hostage for ordering a part that honestly, I was surprised she had not previously ordered when I called her to set up another appointment. But of course,in her words I did not tell her it was the same part on the other side of the tub that was leaking, so I am a liar also. The bottom line to this 45-minute repetitive phone call came out when she finally put it out there and admitted no service or part unless the rating is changed. Strange they did the service call, then brought up this issue after the technician (her husband) had left and told me the part would be ordered. If the rating was such an issue why did, they do the service call? Now I cold use a lot of hateful words to describe this person, but that is not me and I will not let someone like her drag me down to that level. But I will say this, after being stood up twice, writing a negative review, gave them a third chance to redeem themselves after they called, and then receive this phone call from her, let me be clear and state it firmly, I would recommend no one ever do business with company. We will never call, go to their store, or support this business as they clearly lack the skills to engage with the public on an intelligent, courteous level. As was mentioned to me on the phone call, they are losing a lot of business. Well you lost another one and I am sure the lack of skill to listen, not hear the customer, will continue this downward trend for you. By the way threats, bullying and negative attitudes will never work on us or other Americans who have the right of free speech. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEISURE SPA! Look forward to you rebuttal of lies, because you know this is exactly how you conveyed the threat on the phone. One Star only because there are no negative stars.
This is a great family business. Customer service is unparalleled. Love our hot tub, pool, and they have quality chemicals. My pool and hot tub have crystal clear water that smells nice.
I have used Leisure Pool & Spa for my water testing, chemical purchases as well as spa repairs. They are fantastic. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The service tech, Brandon, is awesome. He repaired my spa. He was quick to find the problem and had everything he needed to repair it on the spot. He was happy to answer my many questions and left me feeling well taken care of and informed. I will continue to use this fine company for all my spa needs.

They have opened and closed my pool for 5 seasons the whole family is super nice and awesome to to work with!
First off we bought our spa from these guys about 6 years ago and their customer service was great. Now our hot tub in leaking and I called them for a service call. I called a week ago and they said they would come on Monday May 11 2020. No show! Called them this morning Tuesday and their service line #2 s mailbox was full. That is never a good sign. I called the showroom and the guy there told me he would text the Service Department. Well about a half hour later a girl called and apologized saying the tech wanted his schedule cleared for Monday and she didnt know how we were missed(on getting a call about the matter I guess) She kept apologizing and said a tech would be there today between 3:00-5:00. I called her at 4:55 and said we havent heard from the tech. She said she would text him and call me back. It is now after 6:00 with NO word from the company at all. Poor business practice. Never doing business with them again. BEWARE. negative star. 6:35 Just got a text from Brandon saying he had a pool opening and it took longer than it expected. Should have kept us in the loop so we are not sitting here wondering. Thursday May 14 2020 We called them and scheduled another date. working with them to have a mutual relationship. Brandon came out and fixed the spa. He is very proficient in his work. We have another leak and he is supposed to come out today July 7th. Brandon came out fix one of the leaks then he said he had to order a part. I figured it was all good when about 2 hours later, she called my husband and chewed him about my review. they wont order our part unless we change my review You can read my husbands review. The End.
Leisure came out and brought my green pool back to life. They quoted me on A new pump . Came back and installed pump and explained everything to me. I am a new pool owner and it was Really nice to get a full rundown of my pool system!
We purchased a pool heater from this store. It put warm water into our pool for more than 10 minutes at a time a few times a day for the 2 weeks we gave had it hooked up. I called to ask about it, they told me someone would call me back. Never happened. I waited a week and called back. The man I talk to didnt believe anything i told him. He just kept telling me I was wrong and talking down to me like I was 5 years old. Im not sure if it was because I am a woman, but thats due what it felt like. When I asked him to please talk to me like I wasnt stupid he hung up on me. I will go anywhere else before ever spending another penny at a place that treats their customers this way.
Their Customer service is awesome! Always friendly when we come in and more than happy to test our spa water! Would recommend to anyone! Truly best service In the area.

This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would give a zero star if I could. They never answer the phone, the owners are absolutely horrendous to the customers. They lie and threaten you when you disagree. They act like they are the only ones in town.If you read the reviews (which I should have before going there) the common thread is the owners/managers attitude. They are confrontational. Their lack of customer concerns trickle down to their other staff members. However, Brandon is the best thing they have going for them. How in the world he can stand working for them is beyond me.DON’T GO THERE. It’s just plain AWFUL!!!

I had the WORST experience at this place. I don’t care how inconvenient it is, I will NEVER go back to Leisure Pools. The very nice employee sold me the wrong product after I showed her the specific product I wanted. When I got home, I realized it wasn’t right and took it back the next day. The manager/owner is the only person that can handle this transaction. Mind you, the whole transaction was almost $200, I was told that she wasn’t going to give me the tax back and I was going to be charged a credit card fee. When I explained that, that wasn’t right, she could care less and left it as is. She explained that they are getting killed with credit card charges. (Again, not my problem) then she goes on to talk about her staff and they work in over 100° weather and I said that has nothing to do with me and she said it does. I told her, her customer service was horrible and she said no it’s not and that’s okay I feel that way. I could go on and on about how rude this lady was. I will stress to everyone to never use them for anything!
The lady is a thief. After doing the quote unquote curbside pickup and her not telling me the price a gentleman came out said its going to be about $22.50 but he wasnt 100% sure I asked if he could get me the price he went back inside and she ran my card for more than double that. I did not want to pay that price I told him I wanted to refund immediately she came out all huffy and puffy saying things like Ill give you a refund but its going to cost you $10 cuz it cost me $5 to swipe the card each time when she shouldnt have swiped it in the first place completely illegal. She is a a thief do not go here unless you want to be ripped off. And I still only got a partial refund Im going to dispute it with my credit card company and shes going to lose all of it and still have to eat her swiping fees not my problem. Should have better business practices and be honest and upfront first. Oh and to top it off as she was going back into the store she flipped me off. What service NOT!
We have had great success with leisure pool and spa. We have used their service for 3 years and have always had prompt service. Brandon does an amazing job at keeping our system working beautifully which in turn has my pool sparkling clean all season! We will continue to use leisure pool and spa.
The staff at Leisure Pool & Spa were great. They helped us pick the right swim spa and explained all the features and options and there was no pressure to include unwanted features or options. They kept us informed through the entire process from ordering to installation. They worked with our schedule once the swim spa arrived and did a great job on a tricky installation. Friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff were a pleasure to work with. They made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. Highly recommended.
The owner was super kind and helpful. We were struggling to keep our pool clean and she knew exactly what to do. They loaded my car for me and used their manners. I will definitely be going back there again.
Do not patronize this business! I ordered a new filter grid which was expected to be available the next day (Tuesday). I called the following day (Wednesday) and the part was not yet in, not a big deal these things happen. When I called the second day (Thursday), I was informed that it appeared the majority of my order was on backorder at which time I informed them to cancel my order and I would be in for a refund which I was told I could do, unfortunately this was only done verbally (big mistake). I proceeded to source the part from another business. The next day (Friday) I stopped to request a refund at which time I was informed of their NO REFUNDS policy and that the part would be in later in the day and I wasnt allowed to get a word in egdewise. When I tried to call to give them a second chance before filing a dispute with my credit card, I was hung-up on. Just do yourself a favor and go to Hot Spring of Northern Utah, they have better prices and better customer service.
Called to order a part. Rude and short with me on the phone. Thats sometimes understandable especially if there are others in the store (there couldnt have been people in the store since no one is coming into the store due to covid, but Im willing to look past this one).I decided to go into the store weeks later (still covid era). They wouldnt allow me in the store, which is fine. I made an order of chemicals. They brought it out and asked if they could place it on my back seat. That was also fine.However, when I got home, it was the wrong chemicals. I tried calling back several times and they wouldnt talk to me. I understand its the law they cant take them back, but to not talk to me just seemed weird. I wasnt even confrontational, I just wanted to understand. The last time I tried calling them, she said that she had a customer with her and just hung up. Again, I am open to the fact she might have been helping someone else, but to hang up on me was a little extreme.So, I decided to go to the store with hopes that someone would talk and explain my options, if any. Since it was covid season, a guy came out to the car. So, I asked to talk with the manager. Soon after he went back in, I saw a hand flip the lock on the door. They locked me out. Just crazy.Read the other comments and Leisures responses, youll see how they fire back at people. Im not saying everyone that posts on here is in the right, but if youve worked with the public sector this is no way to treat people.Right, no need to tell me Im not in your system. I never will be. Do you write-off all of your potential customers (that were not in your system)? I see thats your response to many reviews. Do you only talk to those people youve done an actual install for? Sounds like it. Pretty sad way to get potential customers that want something bigger and better in the future.BTW, no need to send me a competitors number, I already have it.
I called to have them open and clean the pool. When the tech came the first time after we had to reschedule we started the pool pump and it had some leaks, and we talked about what would be needed to stop the leaks. We also asked what would need to be done to use our pool heater rather than our solar panel heaters. Replace some pipes on my filter, add a chlorine feeder to my System, and diagnose if something was wrong with our heater. I ended up getting rescheduled twice and each time the tech didn’t show up on time and wouldn’t let us know til after he was supposed to have come and on the third time just got some of the pipes done and put the chlorine feeder in. Was supposed to look at the heater and see what was wrong with it and we still don’t know if he even looked at it or not since it still leaks and we didn’t get an update. Sent the tech a text just to see what was going on got completely ignored still haven’t heard from them since and it’s been two days. We were trying to be patient by after taking days off work to try and get this done, we are getting very frustrated.

Helpful folks, but not everyone has the same experience level. One associate was recommending bromine, (instead of chlorine) for a little above-ground pool. Thankfully one of the owners pointed out that it wouldnt work for my application, and saved me the headache and waste of money.Great supplies -- and if you get the right person -- great information. Perfect place to go if you have no idea how to care for a newly inherited pool! 😂
I would leave a 10 star review if possible Leisure pools built our pool 20 years ago and has serviced the pool and all our needs ever since. They know their stuff! The office is also great to work with!
I really hate that Im writing this review because I really want to like this company.Ive used them many times over the years and theyve been adequate. But thats because Ive only had to deal with the techs and never their office.If you read other low star reviews youll see that this seems to be a common theme (I was glad to see them because before reading them i was worried that I might have been crazy).1) Expect to be rescheduled on at least a few times, possibly without communication.2) Expect their scheduler to be unpleasant and aggressive when you call in to ask about it.3) If you have any issues repair expect them to immediately start blaming you/attacking you rather than asking questions or explaining whats going on.The techs are good with basic repairs, it just seems to be the office that is the problem. Theyre awful with communication and horrible with customer service.They should probably have the office staff take courses in basic customer service.
I am 5 months pregnant and one of Leisure pool and spa’s trucks (US DOT 739301 ) ran me off the road despite me honking my horn frantically multiple times. The two men in the truck didn’t even pull over to check on me and looked completely clueless. If these people can’t even drive properly I surely wouldn’t be trusting them to install heavy equipment.
He didnt have what I needed but they at least knew what I was talking about good job guys
Tech was nice enough although didnt have the right part to fix our spa. A week later he installed the part and the jets worked for 2 days and stopped. Tried texting the tech to tell him the issue but he never got back to me. When I spoke to the owner (?) she was abrupt and did not listen well. Wont use them again.
I didnt even want to give one star. They were good at first. Then once Brandon came over and TRIED to fix our slide with a new gasket it went down hill from there not only was it a wrong gasket he broke a bolt to our slide we found the washer in the bottom of our pool leaving a rust spot in our pool that we havent been able to remove yet! We have been trying to contact Brandon for two months now with no luck he wont call us back at all. We went into office to pay bill and fix a few charges that were charged incorrectly but the person who could fix the bill was not in so they asked us to come back in on a different day. We are still trying to get the bill fixed and still getting statements. They owe us 10% off on a part and over charged us on labor hours. So still waiting for Brandon to call us. We are not going to go through this company ever again very disappointed. Very bad st customers service. We referred a friend to them and she has an above ground pool and they treated her as if she was beneath them and didnt help her at all. Very upsetting.
I’ve used several pool maintenance places in the past and would end up disappointed. Brandon changed all of that for me...he is hands down the best! He knows everything about pools and has been able to troubleshoot and fix any issues quickly where others seemed to rely on trial and error. Brandon takes the time to educate me through the process. I always feel great and confident about the experience. He is professional, personable, passionate about the work that he does and very knowledgeable!
Do not use these people, worst customer service ever. We have been waiting on a part for 4 months. We have been lied to, we have been given the run around for months. We were told a hot tub jet was not broken even after the technician came out and said it was definitely broken. Save yourself some time and grief and dont waste your time going to this company. They are horrible.

I spent nearly $3500 with Leisure Pools getting my spa fixed. It was decided that there was no saving the hot tub. Jonathan had said that he would give us credit towards buying a new hot tub and remove the hot tub we had. Jonathan said that there were lots of new parts on the hot tub that he could salvage. I waited over a month for the hot tub to be removed, having to constantly contact Jonathan, and then in the end was told that his Dad said that they had to charge another $300 to remove the hot tub. I am a man that likes to keep his word and expects that businesses should keep their word as well. Something that My Dad taught me.
We have loved using these guys for years! We wouldnt use anyone else on our pool and spa

Purchase products for our hot tub, wrong product TWICE, went back to return for correct product right within a few days, told: NO RETURN POLICY. Product had not been open, still nice and new in its original packaging. First time, we ate the cost, second time we took the brand new product back that had not been opened to exchange and was met with this opposition : NO RETURN POLICY. Still we ate the cost of the not needed product and went ahead and purchased a third time (ended up being the right product finally). Now we have multiple brand new products we dont need or cant use (will be listing on FB marketplace and/or KSL. We will from here on out purchase all our spa products from the internet or a different local vendor. This locally owned family business had once earned our business as loyal customers, we highly support local businesses but feel that they could have switched out the products with no hassle since it was their mistake and unopened, still a new product. Its not like they would have lost $$ on an exchange. Instead they lost a paying repeat customer.

We recently had called another company to come out and fix our hot tub. I won’t waste space explaining our horrible experience with that company. In frustration we called Leisure and they sent out Brandon. He went above and beyond to get our tub up and running and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and pleased. Chris was awesome tech. Has fix my spa several times. Went there after hours and the owner was still there. Instead of telling me they were closed he helped me and was very pleasant even though he was trying to leave. These guys get customer service!
I bought a hot tub from this place. Its amazing. I have very poor health and sitting in my hot tub once in a while has brought me great relief with my daily pain. If you are thinking about purchasing a spa, I would recommend this dealer for Master Spas. Their spas are very easy to take care of. I replace a filter ever 6 months for chemical care and dont do much else except enjoy it : )

They built an amazing pool. Raised bond beam wall around the pool. With natrual stone walls. 4 water falls and a huge connected hot tub that featured 4 foot wide waterfall into the pool. Brandon and Chris have provided fantastic service. Brandon each season opens our pool and he goes the extra mile to fix and repair even the smallest issues. I give he and Chris the highest rating possible and they have exceeded my expectations for all our needs.Mike
Very poor customer service. You think theyd be better at this since thats all brick/mortar companies have to offer. So much for buying local, Ill save my money and buy everything online.
Poor customer relations. Unnecessarily argumentative during phone contacts. Their service person Brandon is the best of this company.
I came in because the chemicals in my pool were all messed up, and I had no clue how to fix them. They were so kind and helpful and had my pool up to par in a couple days.

I want so badly to like this company! If you get Chris, he knows EVERYTHING, but unfortunately, hes not always there. 90% of the staff they have working there do not know anything about pools or spas! They will sell you supplies you dont need. They look at you with blank stares (because they dont have the knowledge or experience). Brandon is great, but I think hes spread too thin and doesnt return calls. Its a shame because they seem like a really good company, just need a lot more training and staff.
Our pool looked sparkling clean each week....the chemical balance was kept at its best...we were able to use the pool more than we ever had before... Thank You!
I ordered a spa cover on June 6th. Do receive it until October 5th. I was told every reason in the book... Its a obsolete cover, the cover was custom (gray), the shipping comp. Wont deliver it, ECT... In the end leisure pool & spa did and said everything to make it my fault. Would have cancelled the order except they wouldnt return my deposit. Absolutely a joke, never again will I go there.

I was a little hesitant to shop there after what I read on google review to be honest. I walked in and was greeted immediately. He was helping another customer. His wife or sales associate helped me as soon as she got off the phone. I brought in the wrong filter and he gave me good advice and helped me with new filters and got my hot tub up and running before the weather froze my lines! Happy customer! Thanks!
Brandon is easily the best technician for pools and spas in the greater Ogden area. I have used aqua tech and sunplay and there is no comparison. He literally knows everything connected to pool and spa maintenance and repairPlus he has excellent mechanical skiils .
I had a to fix my very old hot tub. I wasnt able to find any parts online. I came here for my last resort for help on getting my piece of junk spa fixed. The services techs here are very knowledgeable about old spas. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for any old parts for your spa.

Well Ill make this short my pool cleaner quit working needed a new one so I purchase one from these gentlemen it has proven to be like than stellar so I called them and basically they told me its my problem so they dont stand behind their product so I asked him about the pool cleaner had before it here it is 3 days later waiting for a phone call about it so basically dont go there not the only game in town from the other reviews Ive read Im not alone
I bought a used Bullfrog hot tub from them 2 years ago. All of the Bullfrog parts are amazing. However, they lied and said they put in a new motor that was a genuine part. Nope. They replaces one of the motors and jerry rigged it in there with one screw. That motor didnt even last 2 years. Ive been working with Bullfrog and they couldnt believe the shotty job. GO TO BULLFROG!!!
The customer service is abysmal. I came in to return a special order part that DOES NOT fit my model of pool light and had to wait 15 minutes after an argument with the owner, after which he stormed off yelling in a back room, just to be told they cant take returns because they cant afford to. You also cant afford to lose local business, especially when the mistake was yours. Ill take my money elsewhere.
