These folks have been great. We finally got our hot tub. It only took 4 months. The delivery went well. The crew were professional and well organized. They were great to talk us through the use and maintenance. We have truly enjoyed our tub.

First time pool owner, after researching in depth what I actually needed, I came here today for new pool opening chemicals. I gave carte blanche for the salesman to select everything I needed, he was extremely helpful, selected everything I needed and didnt push anything I didnt. Took the time to explain every item and how and when to use them. Fantastic service and the prices were dang near as cheap as I saw on Amazon. Except the salesman gave me a crash course on pool chemical balancing and made sure I understood it, which Amazon doesnt. A+ SERVICE. Support these guys!

Stopped by a few months ago in hopes of finding a multi brand dealer that’d be able to give me some good insight. A hot tub just wasn’t really my thing, but my wife and kids thought otherwise. Sean was a very genuine representative of the brand (Hot Spring) and earned my business. Yesterday, our relaxation device, was delivered and as promised was a very professional and timely experience. Couldn’t be happier. The allure even got my wife out of bed before 7am....😂If you’re on the hunt - give Sean and his team a shot to earn your business, they won’t disappoint!

No inventory available. The cheaper spas are 6 months wait and the higher end tubs are 10+ when we expressed to the the salesman we didnt want to wait, he just used the its the way it is everywhere. Its not true. We went somewhere else and purchase a tub that will be delivered in 2 days. We found a couple places that had luxury tubs a available without a wait.

If I was looking for a hot tub this is the place I would go they are really nice people over there and they have all sorts of choices for hot tubs

We will never go to a different hot tub store again. The entire crew at Hot Spring is great. We went in and talked to Sean after starting the hot tub decision process, later we went and Shannon helped us out with the actual purchase. Sean has helped us with water and chemical questions, hes knowledgeable and gives us great info. We recently had a wind issue, they helped us figure out the best option and found the right part. These guys are great! Check them out before you make your final decision.

After a lot of research, I decided on a Hot Springs Spa. I looked into pretty much every other brand out there, and just couldn’t settle for anything less. From the build quality to the insulation and features, you just can’t beat it. The team was able to get everything installed same day that I purchased the spa, and did a great job at maneuvering it even with the tight space beneath our deck. They answered all the questions that I had, and set everything up, and made sure it was working and ready to go. Extremely knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Love my Hot Springs spa. I bought the pulse over a year ago and got a great deal on it. The store is very helpful in teaching how to maintain the hot tub and always very friendly when I come in for supplies. Thanks again hot springs for a great experience. My life is better for it.

5 Stars only because Google doesnt offer 10 Stars! This company is so nice and friendly! Definitely the place to go when you need a new hot tub. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and to make sure you are happy. Their service guys and store personnel are so knowledgeable in their products and they even helped me diagnose a problem over the phone without paying for a service call. These guys will not nickel and dime you like others will. Thanks to James and Sean for the great service they have provided me.

I am so glad I found this supplier for my above ground pool needs, specifically the Frog Mineral system. They test the water for you for free if you bring in a sample up to 2 times a month. The info tells you exactly what chemical adjustments to make, including what increments in order and how much time in between. The customer service is excellent, stop by and check give them a visit!

The first time in the store the man that helped me seemed like I was bothering him with what I was requesting. My son went in to get a net for my pool. My son asked for prices and was told by the man helping him that he was too busy to look up prices for him. Never going back to that store! They are way to busy to help us!!!!

I just purchased a hot tub from Sean. What a great experience. It is refreshing to go shopping for something and run into someone like Sean. You could tell right away that not only was he very knowledgeable about his products but totally believes in them and is excited about them and it shows. He delivered the tub exactly when he said he would, set it up like I wanted it, and hauled my old tub away. I had an electrical problem and I knew I had to call an electrician to get it fixed. He called later and suggested a few things I could do myself before I called the electrician. He was right on the money and I have no idea how much money he saved me. All of his staff were very helpful. I agree that if we could give more than five stars we would. I will highly recommend them.

Businesses can be untrustworthy but not this one. Hot Springs did a repair on my hot tub. I am thoroughly satisfied with the repairs they did. I was not even aware that it was done until the repair guy left my house and he called me. I ran down to their store and paid what I owed. The sticker shock kind of got to me. And I was thrown off but I paid it. When I got home I called and spoke to the manager, he explained thoroughly what I paid for and I explained that when I inquired as to the cost of the repair, it seemed to be much less. But I was satisfied with the response and the repair. Tonight lo and behold one of the owners came by to give me a refund on a portion of the repair. But I could not accept it. They did a great job in a fair amount of time and provided great responses to my concerns. I will continue to do business with them and you should to.

We are thoroughly enjoying our hot tub. The real mark of a good business is how they stand behind their products and what they do to help when you experience issues. Sean and his crew have always been available to answer questions and they provide top notch service. I highly recommend them.

Bought a new hot tub from here. Was a great buying experience, they were able to deliver and install it very quick from the time I bought it. The second day having it, there was a little problem with the hot tub, I called the hot springs store and they came out the next morning and quickly fixed the issue. I highly recommend this place, it is a very well run business, and they take great care of you.

All the employees here are awesome and very helpful. They are always friendly and answer all my questions. We love our hot tub! We had a different brand before, but we love all the features of this one better.

These guys have been amazing! We did a lot of research before purchasing a hot tub and we haven’t regret buying from utah hot springs for a minute. They walked me through the initial setup and were so patient with all of my crazy questions. They have continued to be available to answer questions and free water testing since. We are still trying to get a hang of things, but we feel confident we will get it with their continued help and patience. Thanks guys!

As first time buyers we went in to their store a couple times to get information and do a wet test. James and Sean were very knowledgeable and not pushy. They got us in the right hot tub for our lifestyle and didnt push their more expensive models too hard. There was a miscommunication with the delivery day but they went out of their way to deliver it when we needed them to. Delivery and install was efficient and professional. Excellent customer service. Excellent product.

I did a lot of research on different hot tub brands before deciding on a Hot spring hot tub. I own a different brand in my house in Denver and it is nice but costs me $70 a month to run. The new relay tub I just had installed here in Layton is a much more efficient tub and has better jets. I like the look of the tub better as well. Sean and his people were great to work with and did everything they said. They even made a special trip out to my house to deliver the electric panel so that I could have the electrician set everything up the day before they delivered the tub. They came back later in the day after delivering the tub as they had to bring stairs to get into the tub that matched the color of the siding I picked. Great service overall and a great price as I checked around and they had the best price on the tub I wanted. Thanks

Hot Springs of Northern Utah is a great place. The staff is very friendly and are beyond willing to help you in any way they can. If they dont carry what you are looking for they will get it in for you. They have a great supply of chemicals for swimming pools and spas, but the staff is really the reason you should choose this store.

We have an aboveground pool with saltwater generator- nothing fancy, but every time we come in for help, the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. I love that I can bring in a water sample twice a month and they will supply a printout of what we need to do to adjust the chemicals.

Shawn and James were awesome! Their prices are much better than anywhere else I could find. Furthermore, their personal touch is something you cannot find anywhere these days!!

Hot Springs is not a company you would want to deal with. They lack the ability to deal with people on a mature basis. Shauncalled my husband an ...hole and blew up in his face. They serviced our hottub about nine months ago and it continues to leak. WE paid them close to $1,000.00 to repair it and when I came in two weeks ago JASON SAID he would send out Shaun to look at the tub while we were gone. That did not happen. Do not do business with people who cannot follow through with their work or commitment to customers.
