This is repetitively the worst customer service Ive ever had. I get that things happen, Ive been I customer service before, but this is one bad experience after another. I thought they would charge my card upon ordering, but apparently they charge it upon delivery and by then I didnt have enough in my account so they came to my house to decline the delivery and left. I put money back on my card and went online and saw they had rescheduled my delivery for 16 days away without consulting me first. I got in touch with customer service who told me that I could update the delivery time, which I did and delivery day came and went. No order was dropped off and I got 0 communication about it, not even a recalculated delivery date on the app, it just says pending orders. Again, I talked to customer service who told me that they couldnt see the reason for the missed delivery and they were going to reschedule me for a 3rd time. This has been a very frustrating, unprofessional experience. They should communicate better with their customers.

I have tried to place 3 orders with this company. I talked to the delivery person yesterday October 3rd and he said he would be at my house in the morning Oct 4th with a catalog. Being assured he would be at my house before 2 pm, I went ahead and ordered once again, and still no delivery before 2:00 p.m. I called the companys toll free number they informed me my delivery was scheduled between 3 and 6 pm. I was told to call the local office. I tried 3 different phone number, 2 could not be complicated as dialed, the 3rd rang 22 times with no answer. I canceled my subscription.I am extremely disappointed and will not ever place another order.

Delivery appt was 0200, arrived the day before at 1400. Able to park on property and wait, but no facilities. Easy to maneuver around building. Staff came in around 2200 and received load ASAP. Great service and quick unloading. Will be returning anytime!

Managed by friendly people. Visited to complete a job and in the end became a customer. I love their egg rolls and pot stickers as well as their key lime pie. They stop by my business every other Friday and deliver their scrumptious morsels. I only wish I had a bit more room in my freezer.

I went to work there and the environment was welcoming. A great place.

Great food great recipes and delivery for$1.75..great ice cream and frozen fruits.just great items precooked and ready to serve.😀
