Called the store after 2 days of frustrating run around from the Bed Bath and Beyond corporate customer service. Explained the situation to the sales associate at the store over the phone, she was friendly but unable to help. She made sure she connected me to someone who would be able to help. The store manager Jared gets on and is very empathetic as well, and hears me out. He tells me to come to the store and he will make everything right.When I get to the store he greets me, gets on the phone himself with the corporate numbers, is polite but firm hes going to make this work. It takes about 15 minutes but he made something the company said was impossible, possible! He was very polite and had a great customer service attitude.He cared, which is what made him stick out to me. He actually cared and wanted to help. I cant speak highly of all the corporate stuff, but this store will do its all to take care of you under its current management. This is now my go-to Bed Bath and Beyond Im going to when I want to shop.

I like to make a monthly trip to B,B &B.They have great kitchen, bath, bedroom and miscellaneous items. I always find something I need or just want.

I only came here because they offer 50% off for the co2 exchange. I didn’t know that I couldn’t order online and do a store pick up. So they had to let my original order expired and start the order over again. They were nice enough to let me transfer 20% off from my pick up order. Overall they were friendly and quick, just walk in if you want to do co2 exchange.

HUGE selection of items for any place you want to decorate. 😎 Great staff and lots to choose from. Look out for sales as you can get a good deal for the dollars spent.

I really enjoyed shopping here. Wanted a new coffee maker and this nice young lady didnt hesitate to get down the one I wanted.. very top shelf. Then she helped me find the hot chocolate I wanted to try. Just a good experience

I love just looking at all the items in BBB. Things you want, and some things you never knew you wanted. Store is very clean and well stocked. There are dividers at cashier, and enough staff for a quick transaction.

I ended up needing help. I asked just the 1st employee I say he tried to find what I needed. Couldnt find it so asked for help from someone else to help. He still came back and helped me find what I needed and stayed until i told him I found what I had found what I needed. He was so helpful. The store was clean and so fun to just meander.

I went inside to pick up some things today and found some delicious Holiday snacks.I needed some house slippers mostly But, the snacks were better.The staff were friendly and I like the new.check out system.The store was clean and well stocked.I will be back and I recommend this store.

Saw a nice 3 cube organizer with a cushion top. There was no price on it got an associate to assist. After doing research online and asking around he said he was not able find a price. Therefore, it was not able to be sold. Then I saw a nice red plaid comforter that I wanted to purchase. Could not find stock nearby. Asked another worker who said it would have to be ordered. I said that would be fine. She could not find online to order and said it must not be available anymore, sorry.I asked if I could buy the display. She said no, not until they change the beds out which she did not know when that would be since they hadnt gotten the new stock in. I asked if I could put my name on it and someone call when it is available and was told no. Was quite disappointed that I was ready to purchase and both items told no. My guessimated total would have been between $200- $250 of lost sales.Last time I came they had an old sign up and refused to honor their clearly marked sale item. Sometimes I wonder why I return. I would have given 1 star, but the people tried to be helpful so I gave it 2 stars. Disappointed for sure.

This store chain has gone down hill ever since they changed the store- the kitchen area always had the best gadgets/etc, but no moreThe emphasis seems to be on home decor and the health and beauty section. No more shopping at BB&B for me!!

Asked for help and was told I dunno. Walked the whole store and what I wanted was right behind her. I like the store but that was just rude.

The wrapping station at this location made the experience awful. We went in to quickly get a gift for a friend and knew we could wrap it there because they have a wrapping station. Their prices are high and you pay for this convenience. However, they did not have half of the supplies we needed and it took about 15 minutes for us to find someone to come over and try to assist us. She ended up not knowing anything about the boxes and was zero help. Dont go here expecting to be able to wrap a gift last minute. They should go back to the old way of wrapping for the customers.

One of my families favorite store. Good prices, good deals/discounts, and pretty decent service. We bought a spatula from here that we are in love with. Amazing how something simple can be made so well and sold at such a decent price.

Ladies here were very helpful. We went in for a pressure cooker and after some talking and they showed us the insta pots etc the lady said, oh u want an old fashion pressure cooker and showed use where they were and we purchased one to do some canning in.

Some empty shelves, but products somehow always seems to be crowded everywhere. Employees are very nice, though. I would recommend just ordering online and picking it up at the store.

This is my first time at a bath and beyond. For years, I have been waiting to visit one.Before, for some reason, I always thought the prices were too high. To my surprise some items are way more affordable here than Walmart.Home decor is great.

When I was there Christmas shopping I stumbled upon workers trying to get a deaf man to wear a mask. My thought is how does a man that can only read lips get any help from those with a mask on? But what is worse they made fun of him for his disabilities. they failed as people to have compassion on a poor soul just trying to celebrate a joyful time of the year. Therefore I will not shop here for that reason.

Your sakes associate Jacqueline was absolutely the most friendly and helpful person I’ve had the pleasure working with. She politely stopped what she was doing to help me locate something completely on the other side of the store. The young man at the register was very friendly and polite as well... it’s uncommon to receive such pleasant experiences in retail these days. Give theses folks a high five🙌

We bought a $479 down comforter with a 15 year warranty. It is made exclusively by BBB. After less than 2 years the down is starting to shift and become uneven. I tried to EXCHANGE not return. Denied because I dont have a receipt. I do have credit card statements showing I have spent over $900 at BBB in the last two years. Package does not specifically say I have to keep the receipt. The most frustrating thing is the district manager will not even call me back to discuss. I am frustrated that I dont have the receipt, but I would suggest others not make big purchases from this retailer based on this experience.

Customer service is not their specialty. I’m talking about in their drapes/curtain area. I asked 2 questions, both times “if it’s not behind the curtain, we don’t have it anymore”, you can’t look online or order things online anymore??Or you just don’t want want to help your customers? I spent a lot of money in this place, the last few times was very disappointing, I won’t bother with them anymore.

Currently in line with 7 other customers and there’s one cashier. Ridiculous.

Everyone was very helpful once I pass the doorman who didnt speak.

The customer service here was far better than any other Bed Bath & Beyond Ive every been to that being said the customer service at the other Bed Bath & Beyond has always been excellent. Dustin was courteous patient and incredibly helpful as was his manager I just cannot say enough positive things about the 2 of them and the time and care they took in assisting us.

I love BB&B! They were in the midst of putting out all of their seasonal holiday decorations, but otherwise the store was in typical BB&B excellent form. I cant wait to come back and upgrade my bathroom!

The store was extremely warm and having to wear masks made me sick so we bought what we came for and got our of there quickly.

Oh my goodness! Where do I start! I love the renovations they did. Beautiful! And the lady that was checking us out was the sweetest woman ever! She asked if we found everything we needed and i sadly let her know i couldnt find mortars. She asked another associate to find one if he could. He did! 😊 and he brought it to us at the check out! You guys are amazing! 😘

There is a woman at this location that does not care what the store hours are. She locks the doors and tells customers to go away at any time she pleases. She would be better fit at a place of employment that doesn’t stay open until 7pm since she obviously cannot comply with this place of business. Extremely rude and ridiculous situation.

I would have loved to have purchased a blender here, but despite asking for an associate twice, no one helped us get it out of the case. We waited several minutes, standing around like idiots trying to give these inept people our money. Not happening again!

The ladies who work here are so helpful and go out of there way to exchange & search for items. Thank you!

Friendly and courteous staff. Currently the number of products in the store is limited. I am sure this is due to covid 19. I will update it my next visit.

This bed bath and beyond is very clean, the prices are right, and the location is decent. I do enjoy coming here just to find anything I didnt know I needed, or a gift for someone I care about. They also have a good little shopping area for necessities.

A huge store with a great selection of dish ware. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a nice toiletries area. So much to see and buy here, it’s just a pity that they close at 6pm on Sunday when the store is chocked full of customers. They must be living under them ancient Oklahoma blue laws.

Was looking for specialized sheet sets for a specific mattress, they did not have and could not get on line as well. Was surprised not to find them there both in store and on line.

Went in today and they have totally changed things around. It makes for a nice look. However they now have one of those long check out lines where customers are corralled around and subjected to impulse buys. In my opinion the items that were on the clearance sale were highly over priced to begin with making the sale price non appealing. The parking in front of this location has been under construction for some time. I did find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Bed, Bath and Beyond is now a mix of CVS, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot and some remnants of the old BBB layout. They have really diversified their offerings.

It wasnt as organized or well stocked as it used to be not many displays of new products kinda a mess and it seems like they are more expensive their towels in the clearance section started at $15 a towel and went up from there

I love this place. All the wonderful smells the sinuses can handle at one time. Great sales, seasonal clearances through out the year, and a wide variety of items. My favorite place to get hand sanitizer. Ah, smells wonderful and sanitizes for your protection. 😁

This location actually deserves a negative number of stars but unfortunately thats not an option. My husband and I visited yesterday to purchase new bathroom rugs and toilet covers for our bathrooms. We were followed around while looking at cutlery by one of their employees who I believe was named Tony. disgustingly, we even caught him looking around the corner and then trying to run off as if he werent watching our every move. not once were we asked by any associate that we passed if we needed help finding anything. Instead we were followed around as if we were somehow criminals.

Went to a store I use to love...very disappointed!!! My family and I went to buy 4 chair pads and 2 footstools. No one was anywhere to be found when we walked in. After about 5 minutes I found 2 employees talking. Then his radio went off and they just stared at me. So I went on down the aisle and found 2 more employees talking. After a minute they turned and asked me what I was looking for. I told them and they pointed to the front of the store and said the stools were up there. I went and looked. We could not find them. I asked another employee where they were and they said they did not have them, but they did finally point us in the right direction of the chair pads. I am in a walker, and after walking around the store twice I was exhausted...walking trying to find some help. I stayed up front and my husband and daughter went to find the chair pads. They brought 1 of each up front for me to look at. I selected the style I wanted and they went and got 3 more. The only person nice to us that was also so helpful was the cashier. She was an older lady and she deserves a raise! The rest need to be fired!!! I guess customer service is a thing of the past for Bed Bath and Beyond. They sure have lost my business, but maybe they no longer care. That was a horrible experience.

The store is fine without turning into a Wal-mart or convenience store with rows of toiletries and food items. They dont need to compete with those type of stores. It lessens their brand and identity.

The staff was so friendly, and willing to help you with anything you needed! The only downside was, its kinda far away from home. But everything in their store is beautiful.

The store is always very organized and neat . I was looking for a pastry cutter but I couldn’t find it . The associate came up to me and asked me if I needed help. That morning, it took the time to look up the item on their website to check if this is the item I was looking for . I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

I bought a very overpriced comforter set and sheet set about three weeks ago and already my two hundred dollar comforter is falling apart at the seams and the eighty dollar sheets were so large they’ve worked their way off the bed every single night. So I look up bbb return policy today and it tells me even if I never opened the package they only would have given me 80% of my money back in store credit. So save your money y’all. Garbage product at a garbage price. Not to mention the store itself was so overcrowded two people can’t even walk side by side in the “isles” and products are stacked so high and precariously its an accident waiting to happen. Never shopping here again.

A great store for anything for your home or a gift. Used coupons for good price. Clean, well organized, good choices.

Finished shopping in 15 minutes stood in checkout line for 20+ minutes. Avoid this and order from their website online.

I come here to replace my sodastream bottles. They are helpful in helping me find them when I go into the store since they move those around a lot. They are friendly.

Got exactly what I was looking for. Three women customers sass it and said they really liked theirs. A steam mop.

Went to buy a better set of sheets and new pillows for my bed. Finally had it all picked out but I just sat everything down and left. Im sure nobody cares why, but it was just an unpleasant store and unpleasant experience in almost every way possible. I try to spend locally when I can, but my new bedding will come from online. I cant imagine this location will be in business for long unless many general shopping experience issues are dealt with. It felt like I was shopping at Mathis Brothers, except under construction and with employees who dont pay attention and business meetings taking place on the showroom floor. Boo.
